Everyone who wanted to start the studies of dentistry in Acadia University, was told the stories about Seppo Järvinen - the most incompetent student, who somehow still got to study in there.

He was known for being the most clumsy dentistry student, who was causing the most pain, even if he was using anesthesia. Though he was passing tests and exams with flying colors, his practical skills left much to be desired.

Dean gave Seppo an ultimatum - if he manages to perform the procedures successfully, he will continue the studies. But if he fails, he'll be expelled in an extraordinary rendition.

It was a punch for student. He has always dreamt of being a dentist, he couldn't fail now!

He got a permission to practice in the university dental office. He only needed patients to practice on. But since his reputation was quite damaged, no one wanted to make appointment, even for free.

But Seppo didn't give up and went out to the town, to hang the posters advertising his free service.

He was hanging the last poster, when this little boy, no older than 5, walked over to student and eyed the poster.

- Do you really fix teeth for free? - he asked.

- Yep! But only for limited time, so better hurry up! Why are you asking, do your teeth ache? - student asked.

- No, my teeth are fine. However, my brother's not so - child explained.

- Well, he's welcome to come to the address on the poster, I will be waiting for him there - Seppo replied. Boy fiddled with his fingers.

- Would you wait for him to come at night? - he asked unexpectedly.

- Why? - student was confused.

- He's really, really shy and doesn't like when strangers are staring at him. When it's dark, it's less likely to stumble upon others - kid said.

That sounded strange and quite suspicious. What if this kid's brother was a criminal and didn't want to get caught?

- Could your brother possibly have done something bad and that's why he can't come in the daytime? - Seppo asked.

- No! He's really kind and gentle, he just doesn't like to be pointed at and stared at, as I said before - boy replied.

Seppo then thought that maybe kid's brother had an social anxiety and was an introvert.

- Okay, I'll be waiting - he promised.

- Thank you! Uhhh... - kid didn't know how to call Seppo.

- I'm Seppo - student said.

- I'm Kimi and thanks again for your kindness - boy said and was about to leave, but then added:

- I almost forgot! You have to swear that you won't tell anyone about my brother.

"His brother must be a weird guy" Seppo thought, but promised not to tell anyone about Kimi's brother appointment anyway.

After that, boy seemed contented and scurried off to somewhere.

Seppo shrugged it off and headed to the university dental office, to wait for his potential patients.

Clock struck nine and no one came so far. Seppo was sitting in the office for the whole day, waiting for anyone to come. All for nothing. He hoped that Kimi will keep his word and will bring his brother for the appointment.

He perked up, hearing soft knocking on the door. He dashed there and opened it. He got confused, seeing only the boy.

- We didn't come too late, right? - Kimi asked.

- Yes, but... - Seppo looked to his left and then to his right - Where is your brother? - he asked.

- He's waiting outside - boy replied.

- Well, what is he waiting for? Go, bring him here - man said.

- He can't come in here - Kimi said.

- How am I supposed to help him then? - student asked.

- You have balcony here, right? - boy asked instead of giving an answer.

- Yes, but what does it have to do-? - student didn't end, as Kimi walked past him and walked over to the balcony's door. He opened it and walked out to the balcony. Intrigued student followed boy, but he saw nothing outside. He began to wonder if Kimi was pulling a prank on him, but then boy shouted:

- Juho, you don't need to be shy! Seppo will help you! Come out, please!

Seppo saw how something moved in the darkness. He came closer to the barrier, but still couldn't figure out anything.

- What's going... OOONNN???!!! - he screamed, when an enormous face filled his vision. Giant had long, dark blonde hair and bangs, which entirely covered his eyes. His right cheek was puffy and he was massaging it with his hand.

Seppo let out another scream and ran inside the office, hiding under the dental chair. He pulled out his phone and with shaking hand tried to dial 911.

- No Seppo! - boy shouted and having yanked the phone, turned it off.

- What are you doing?!! Do you want us dead?!! That beast outside-!

- Juho is not a beast! He's my brother! - Kimi growled.

- That giant is your brother who needs my help?!! - student became dumbfounded.

- Yes. He has been having toothache for a long time. And since you do it for free, I thought you would help him - boy said.

- No way! I'm not helping a monster out! - student claimed.

- But Juho is not a monster! The fairytales are lying! He's really nice, I was left alone in the orphanage, then during my strolling I met Juho, who took me under his wings and claimed me his brother!- Kimi argued.

- I said no! There's no way I'm barging in the giant's mouth, I'm not crazy! That's final! - student yelled.

Kimi didn't reply, it worried student a little. He saw tears forming in boy's eyes, followed by sobbing sounds.

Guilt flooded him, he shouldn't have been so harsh on the kid. He sighed heavily and ran his hand down his face. He put a comforting hand on Kimi's shoulder.

- Fine, you've won. I'll try to help your brother - he mumbled.

Boy stared at student in disbelief. He then threw himself at Seppo's body and exclaimed:

- Thank you! Thank you!

Student wiped kid's tears and lifted him up. He then walked up to the examination lamp and drove it onto the balcony. He gulped nervously at the sight of the giant, but asked:

- O-open y-your m-mouth, p-p-please.

Giant complied. Student looked at the gigantic oral cavity in awe. He knew by heart human cusp formula, but looking at it in such enlargement, it was a whole new level.

He soon noticed the cause of giant's toothache. He had a nasty tooth decay on the mandibular right first premolar.

He came back to the office, only to bring mobile delivery cart with him. He looked at the dental tube - it was too small to suck hectoliters of saliva giant's mouth was producing.

He replaced it with long, elastic garden hose, which he had disinfected first. He put it to giant's mouth, the device began to aspirate the saliva. He approached the decayed tooth and having turned on the dentist's drill, tried to shatter the dead tissue.

But after a while of drilling, the drill broke. Giant's tooth was too hard for it. He needed a drill of a bigger size...

- Wait here, I'll come back soon - Seppo said and left the office. He headed to university storage room, where he knew he could find...

A jackhammer.

He took the device in his hands and headed to the toilet, where he cleaned it the best he could. Then, he came back to the balcony and disinfected it once more.

He put it against the giant's tooth and began to drill. Now, it was working successfully! Giant was squirming from the pain a little, but his younger brother was calming him down. Soon, student erased the decayed enamel. Now he had to fill the tooth.

He asked Kimi to help him with this one. They prepared baking tray, full of the filling. It should be enough.

Seppo poured the filling to the tooth and then tried to dry it with the UV lamp.

After some time, student gently tapped the filling. It was hard. The appointment was over.

He gave giant a whole gallon of mouthwash and instructed him to rinse his mouth. Giant did as he was said to.

- How are you feeling now Juho? - Kimi asked.

- The pain is gone - giant said, surprising Seppo.

- That's great! Thank you Seppo! - kid said, hugging student.

- No problem - student uttered, being also patted by giant.

Kimi climbed up giant's hand and they took their leave, waving their goodbyes to the student.

Seppo was still standing on the balcony, waving with stupid smile on his face and comprehending what he had just done.
