Sunday.
4:30PM.

I was so happy to see the reaction on Zara's face when I proposed to her ,I can't believe she loves me too, i thought she would lash out on me when I proposed to her.

I'm so happy about her accepting me and I promise to be faithful to her and love her and correct her in all possible way she goes wrong .

Though this is my first time dating a woman I promise to give her all the love and care in the world. I can't believe a small kid can make me go gaga, I was bought out of my reverie by my personal assistant.

"Sir you have a meeting with the Marshals in an hour." She said.

"Oh thank you  for reminding me wallah it almost skipped my mind." I said she smiled and left.

I oned my system and started checking emails till it's time , i took everything I needed before heading to the board room.

Sunday.
10:23AM.

Words cannot even describe how sad I'm feeling right now . All my family are not talking to me even Daddy.

Earlier when Mummy fainted I went to talk to her after she woke up but told me to get out of her room that she would call me when she needs her answers, I don't even know what to do anymore Both my brothers and their wives slept in the house.

The sound of the door closing brought me out of my reverie. It was the maid.
"What do you want." I asked my voice grooggy.

"Hajiya is calling you." The maid simply answered bowing her head.

My heart poundered at the mention of my Mother's name . Now i have to give the answers i promised too Oh Allah I'm doomed.

I raised my head only to see the maid still standing . "You may leave." I said dismissing her, I braced myself and say a short dua before going downstairs to give my answers.

Everybody was there except the kids. I greeted them but nobody answered me.

"I'm listening go ahead." Mummy said without even bothering to look at me. I muttered a short dua before starting.

"I was with Faisal." I said as if they will know who the hell Faisal is without me explaining.

"My boyfriend." I blurted, They were all shocked especially Mummy.

Ya Mahmud stood up to slap me but Mummy stopped him. "Let her." She said.

"Who is the Faisal and when did you guys met and where were you yesterday?" Mummy asked all at once.

"Mummy he's Aunt Nafida's cousin and we met when I went to her house that day after school and yesterday he took me out for dinner but I swear to you nothing happened between us, he didn't even touched my hands." I said on the verge of tears.

Nafida  opened her mouth at the mention of Faisal's name does that mean that Faisal is Zara's boyfriend and he proposed to her yesterday what about her sister Dinah . Oh God she has to do something this relationship has to end.

Everybody was looking at me with mouth agape.
"Faisal you say as in my cousin?" Aunt Nafida ask to be sure maybe she didn't heard it clear.

"Yes." I answered playing with my fingers.

She wanted to lash out on Zara but kept quiet she can't do that in front of the family she has to compose herself. She will teach Zara a lesson when they are alone. She feels the hatred of Zara in her heart increased.

Daddy cleared his throat he can't believe his daughter has grown enough to have a boyfriend but at least she's done with her Secondary.  Hethought.

"So do you love him too." Daddy asked making everyone stare at him.

"What kind of question is this?" Mummy asked.

"What? It's not a crime to have a boyfriend at her age she can even get married at her age remember Nana Aisha got married to prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) at the age of nine. And you also got married to me when you were fifteen so what's there if we marry Zara off at the age of sixteen we aren't commiting any crime."

"No Daddy please I don't want to get married now I'm too young and as it is he just proposed to me yesterday how can we get married and I want to be done with my degree first before getting married."

"So Daddy does it mean she can date him now?it is not possible she's too young for all this stuff." Ya Muhammad angrily said.

"Yes she can." Mummy added "You don't expect her to stay single all her life as it is she will be seventeen next month so she can but it has to be a halal relationship." Mummy smiled looking at me  ,She still can believe her little baby is all grown up now.

"Whoa welcome to the gang baby sis." Ya Amir teased.

"You are not serious Amir." Mummy said. "Come Princess." She said opening her arms for her me.
"I'm so sorry my baby." She added.

"It's okay I'm so sorry too for not telling you too." I said smiling. I never thought it will be this easy considering how my mother was behaving hours back.

Everybody apologize for what he did except for Aunt Nafida who was thinking of a way to solve this puzzle.

The family gathered and ate together cracked jokes with the brothers teasing and whatnot . Except for Nafida whose thinking has gone far away.

Sunday.
12:17PM.

Nafida has been pacing her spacious bedroom thinking of a solution to her new problem.

She took her phone and dialed her sister's number ,She picked at the fourth ring.

"Can't you keep your phone near you." She thunders,She was beyond furious.

"I'm sorry Adda I was taking my bath when you called what happened you sound so tensed." Dinah said.

"I want you in Kano today, now precisely." She said.

"Adda what happened?" Dinah asked she wonders what's wrong with her sister.

"Just shut up and don't argue with me I want to see you in Kano in the next three hours Dinah." She said and ended the call.

Dinah on the other hand couldn't help but wonders what happened to her sister that she sounds so agitated.

"Babe what's for lunch I'm starving." Her husband Mahmud said coming into the room.

"Am I the one that cooks for you? go and ask the maid why me." She yelled at him.

"Whoa Babe easy what happened?" He said hugging her, she wanted to scream and say it's your sister but she knew better not to say that.

She knows how the family cherish Zara so she decided to act along . She pretends to love the family's Jewel just to be her in laws favourite . And she is indeed their favourite so to avoid being the black sheep of the family she has to pretend to love the girl she hates with her whole being in front of everyone.

"Ahm I'm sorry Baby is just that my head is aching you go eat your lunch I will join you later." She said trying to sound normal.

"Soory Babe you should have some rest who knows maybe Fareed and Fareeda's sibling is on the way." He said smiling.

Hell no she hates kids ,The two she has are already pain in the neck so hell no she is done bearing children.

"I told you the twins are enough so no I'm not pregnant and never will again." She angrily said.

Mahmud's heart drop he really loves children but his wife doesn't..And he loves his wife so very much to argue with her so he just sighed and said.

"It's okay Babe you don't have to give birth again you've already given me the best gift I will ever wish for so relax hm." He said smiling.

He left the room after she returned the smile. Just then the twins came in.

"Mummy", "Mummy" . They said hugging their mother,Ahh what again she groaned.

"What!" She shouted, "I have a headache please go away." She said.

"Mummy Aunt Zara is here we are going to the ice cream parlour she said we should ask you if you want some."

"What?" She said, Zara is here she even has the audacity to enter her house.

She left the room leaving the twins there ,She met Zaraand Mahmud gisting and laughing at something.

She balled her fist and felt like throwing it on Zara's face but composed her self.

"Good afternoon Aunt Nafida." Zara greeted frowning ,How she hates this woman.

"Afternoon." Nafida answered as if she was forced.

"Babe I need to go I have an urgent meeting bye sis." He said and waved at both of them before leaving.

Immediately he left Nafida stood up and went to Zara.

"You how dare you ,how dare you to even think of dating Faisal he is Dinah's boyfriend and soon to be husband so you better back off." Zara let out a heartless laugh and said.

"Oh really you think your threats can make me sacrifice my love then no Faisal is mine and only mine and who the hell is Dinah?"

Tas . Nafida slapped Zara. "How dare you talk back to me? and Dinah is my sister and she is the one who will marry Faisal and that is a promise from me to you, and get out of my house."

"Mtsew we will see all I know is that Faisal loves me and only me so you can go ahead and do whatever you want as for the house I'm not going anywhere this is my brother's house you didn't brought the house all the way from Katsina."

Zara said and hissed before going to her niece and nephew living Nafida with mouth agape, she took her phone and dialed her sister's number again.

"Where the hell are you Dinah why are you still not here." She shouted.

"Relax Adda I will be here in 25mins so relax I still don't know the reason for the urgent call."

"You will find out when you are here." With that she ended the call.

2:11PM.

Dinah squealed as she went and hug her sister she missed her so much.

"Adda you have no idea how I miss you and the twins." She said still hugging her sister.

"Yeah I know." Nafida simply said.

"Adda what happened why are you so worried and why did you asked me to come."

Nafida was about to answer her sister's question when Zara came down chatting on her phone . She was dressed in an A gown , her hair was open making it flow and stopped at her waist. And her face natural. She looks so simple and cute.

Dinah has been looking at her wondering who the beautiful creature was.

Zara didn't spare them a look as she walk pass them and sat down on of the cushions in the parlour and continue chatting with her Amor.

"Adda who is she I like her." Dinah said ,she likes the girl already and she's looking forward to befriend her. That's Dinah she always like to be friends with rich and classy people . As a Senator's daughter she only have friends who are of the same calibre as her.

"She is your enemy." Nafida said with gritted teeth.

"Why is she my enemy,I mean we've never met before so how can we be enemies?"Dinah Said. She wonders how her sister use to think sometimes.

"Let's go to my room you dumbo." She said and drags Dinah with her.

"Ouch." Dinah yelped ,she wonder what's wrong with her sister, all this while Zara has been chatting with her Faisal , She didn't even know when they left.

"Adda wai what's wrong with you?" Dinah asked.

"Keep queit and listen to me that girl you saw  is Mahmud's sister Zara."

"Really yipee we can easily be friends since we are related." Dinah said squealing.

"Just shut up Dinah." Nafida sneered ,Dinah flinched by her sister's sudden outburst.

"I told you that girl is no good you know ,she's the love of your life's girlfriend and you are here trying to befriend her."

Dinah abruptly stands up. "What do you mean Adda no it can't be she can't be Yaya Faisal's girlfriend he is mine and only mine." She gritted.

So she is the girl Feenah was telling her about. How dare she how dare she snatch her Faisal away from her.

"Relax Dinah that's what I'm worried about too and the most annoying part is that my in laws know they are courting."

"No Adda this can never happen I'm going to meet her right now." And before Nafida could say a word Dinah was already out of the room.

And she followed suit.
