Volga is a playable character in Hyrule Warriors(via DLC). He is an original character created by Koei Tecmo, but he draws heavy inspiration from the boss Volvagia from Ocarina of Time. Once the dragon guardian of the Eldin Caves, Volga was confronted by Cia and her armies as she searched for a general to lead them.

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristic, a skilled spear wielder, brawler, and general, magic, energy blasts, transformation, flight, breath attack, fire manipulation, wind manipulation, can see and attack ghosts, immunity to soul manipulation(Possess no soul)

Attack Potency: Island level(Equal to Wizzro)

Speed: At least Supersonic+, likely Massively Hypersonic with Relativistic reaction/combat speed(Can keep pace with Impa and Link fairy easily)

Lifting Strength: Class 100, at least Class G in dragon form

Striking Strength: Island Class

Durability: Island Level(Took attacks from Lana and survived long enough to then overpower her)

Stamina: High

Range: Extended melee range normally, Hundreds of meters with ranged attacks

Standard Equipment: His Stonecleaver Claw spear and his armor

Intelligence: Average

Weakness: Can be aloof and stand offish and has a short fuse.
