17. Know Thy Enemy

Last night was probably the worst night for Aria, not only had she accidentally spilled to Bonnie, Elena and Stefan that she means something to Klaus, Isobel, Elena's mother, Aria's aunt, showed up at the Gilbert house and announced to Jenna that not only is she Elena's mother and Alaric's wife, but she is also Aria's biological aunt and that Aria and Elena have already met her, because of which Jenna was furious at both Elena and Aria and refused to talk to either of them.

Aria wanted to scream at Elena, who despite Aria telling her to leave it, kept wanting to know what Jonas made Aria see, what she knows about Klaus. She didn't get it that Aria no longer trusted her, she wouldn't risk telling anyone except Damon, Caroline and Alaric, who Damon had filled in on everything he had missed out on.

But that wasn't all Aria was mad about, she had warned Elena that Jenna would be hurt if she found the truth from someone that wasn't them, yet Elena, like always, completely ignored Aria's warning, because of which, not only is Jenna and Aria's relationship in jeopardy, but also Jenna and Alaric's.

Now you see why Aria had probably one of the worst nights of her life yesterday?

Damon and Aria were laying in Damon's bed, with Aria's head on Damon's chest, and Damon running his fingers through Aria's hair, Aria didn't want to stay in the Gilbert house with Elena's constant nagging, so Damon brought her back to the Boarding House, warning his brother not to ask any questions.

"Move in with me" Damon said suddenly, making Aria look at him in shock.

"What?" Aria asked, not sure if she heard Damon correctly.

"Move in with me" Damon repeated.

"Damon what--".

"No, just listen to me" Damon said, sitting up and facing Aria, "I don't trust Elena around you, whenever your with her, my mind keeps going back to the prophecy Kol told you about, I'm always scared that I'm never going to see you again, and now Isobel is also back in town, that doesn't really help my worry".

"Damon, you don't have to worry about me so much" Aria said, cupping Damon's face, "I'm a big girl, I can take care of myself".

"I know you can, I know if you wanted to you could easily kick my ass" Damon said, grabbing Aria's hands into his, "But that doesn't mean I don't get worried, Aria you don't get it, I've never loved someone as much as I love you, not even Natalie, and just the thought of that there is someone out there who could hurt you, makes me want to lock you up in my room and never let you leave, but I know I can't do that, at least if you move in with me, you'll be near me, I won't be so restless all the time".

"Damon--".

"Shh" Damon said, putting his finger on Aria's lips, "You don't have to decide now, just think about it for a bit, whatever you decide, I'll understand and don't get paranoid, you saying no, won't affect our relationship, I know this is very sudden and I know how much change scares you, so just take your time".

"Thank you for giving me some time" Aria whispered, feeling as though her heart was about to leap out of her chest, seeing the amount of love Damon has for her.

Damon didn't say anything, just brought Aria into his embrace and both the lovebirds laid there in silent, relishing each others presence to the fullest.

"Hey, is she up yet?" Alaric asked Elena, entering the Gilbert house with Aria.

Though Aria didn't want to be here, she knew she needed to be there for not only Jenna but also Alaric who was losing his mind with his ex wife's return, it also gave her some time to think about Damon's proposal.

Elena shook her head in denial, "She won't come out of her room".

"What did you tell her?" Alaric asked.

"Nothing, she won't talk to me" Elena replied.

"Did you actually try talking to her?" Aria snapped, "Or did you knock on the door once and when she didn't answer, just gave up?".

"Aria--".

Aria ignored Elena and turned to Alaric, "Don't panic, we are going to fix this".

"I hope so" Alaric whispered, extremely scared he was about to lose the woman he loves because of his past.

Suddenly, the trio's attention went towards the stairs where Jenna was descending from.

"Jenna" Alaric said.

"I don't want you here Ric, you need to go" Jenna snapped, completely ignoring Elena and Aria.

"Listen, I can't begin to imagine what you must be feeling right now" Alaric said.

"Rage and betrayal would pretty much cover it" Jenna said, glaring at Alaric.

Aria sighed, "Jenna you have every right to be mad at us, we shouldn't have hid this from you, we were wrong, but I didn't know how to tell you, how was I supposed to tell you that Elena's biological mother, who we all thought was dead, isn't really dead, and is actually my dad's sister, I tried telling you once but the words never really came out, I'm not asking you to forgive me, because I know it's going to be extremely hard, if someone hid something like this from me I would be pretty mad at them as well, just don't be mad at Ric, it was me and Elena who told him not to tell you about Isobel, he wanted to tell you the truth as soon as he had found out, but me and Elena stopped him, we were scared Jenna, we didn't know what to do, so we did the most childish thing we could, we hid it from you, and I am really sorry you had to find out like this".

By the time Aria was finished, both Jenna and Aria were crying, Aria's heart was filled with extreme guilt, Jenna was the last person she wanted to hurt, yet somehow she ended up hurting her.

Alaric looked at Aria with a slightly shocked expression on his face, Aria had never told Alaric to hide the truth about Isobel from Jenna, it was Elena who didn't think Jenna could handle it, Aria just took half of Elena's blame on to herself without even thinking about it for a moment, in that moment, Alaric realised how selfless Aria Connor really is.

"Where are you going?" Elena asked Jenna, seeing her packed bag.

"I'm going to stay on campus" Jenna replied, "I have a thesis to write and I don't wanna be in this house".

"Jenna--".

"I'll speak to you soon" Jenna told Aria, subtly letting Aria know she wasn't as mad at her as she was with Elena, at least Aria apologised.

"Jenna, please, just stop, let us explain to you exactly what is going on" Alaric tried.

"Elena, I need you both to go to the Lockwood's today" Jenna ordered, completely ignoring Alaric, "You need to accept the Historical Society's check for your Mom's foundation".

"Okay, but-- Jenna, please just--".

"I don't have it in me to hear any more lies from you" Jenna snapped at Elena, leaving the house in anger.

"Jenna, just--".

"Let her go" John said, entering the room, making Aria's blood boil in anger, "It's better that she's not here with everything that's going on, but maybe had you been a little more honest with her from the beginning, this--".

Before John could finished his sentence, Aria had punched him in the nose, shocking both Alaric and Elena.

"Aria!" Elena yelled, while Alaric looked at Aria with a proud expression on his face.

"You have no right to talk about honesty you asshole!" Aria yelled, completely ignoring Elena, "Ever since you have come into this town, all you have been doing is telling us constant lies, you claimed that my father was your best friend yet you helped the woman who killed him escape from the tomb she was meant to suffer in for killing your best friend, you knew about everything John, even about the Originals and my past with them, yet you kept you stupid little mouth shut, and I'm going to go on a wild guess here and say that you also know about the Connor Petrova prophecy, but said nothing to me or Elena about it!", John looked at Aria in shock, not excepting Aria to know out about that.

"What prophecy?" Elena asked confused.

"About how you will lead me to my death Elena!" Aria yelled, not noticing the mirrors around her cracking.

"What?" Elena whispered shocked.

"Oh don't be so shocked Elena, you were going to hand me over to Klaus so he could kill me, don't pretend to be innocent" Aria snapped, "I've had it with you both, I told you Elena, we should tell Jenna the truth, but no, you didn't listen to me, now because of you she hates me, why are you so hell bent on taking everyone I love from me!".

"That's not true Aria" Elena whispered, tears in her eyes, having never seen Aria so broken before.

"Isn't it?" Aria asked, glaring at Elena, "When we were little, when me and Caroline became best friends why did you befriend Caroline? I'll tell you why, because I did, you wanted my best friend, but when you realised Caroline wasn't a big fan of you, you started keeping her out of the loop, and we both know about Damon, everyone saw how happy Damon makes me, even Bonnie, who hates vampires with a huge passion saw that, but you refused to accept our relationship, not even realising how much you were hurting me, then you daggered Elijah, despite me warning you not to, and now, because of your secrecy Jenna hates me, thanks a lot Elena Gilbert, thanks a lot for ruining my life!".

Elena tried to step towards Aria but her way was blocked by Caroline. Ever since she woke up Caroline has been feeling like something is wrong with Aria, so she called Damon who told her Aria was at the Gilbert house with Alaric, making Caroline panic, she just knew Elena had done something to her best friend, and her doubt was confirmed when Alaric texted her saying Aria was losing it and she needed to get here as fast as possible, which is why she quickly rushed to the Gilbert's, she had listened to Aria go off at Elena and was so happy Aria finally saw Elena for what she really was, a jealous bitch.

"Don't go near her" Caroline warned, a dangerous tone in her voice.

"Caroline, she needs me, please let me go to her" Elena pleaded, seeing a hysterical Aria fall to the floor.

"No!" Caroline yelled, "What she needs is for you to get out of her life Elena, look what you and your father have done to my best friend, because of your so called father she believes that her parents died because of her, because of you she has lost belief in herself, I beg of you, stay away from Aria, let her live in peace".

After telling Elena off, Caroline quickly bend down to Aria, who Alaric was trying but failing to calm down, she was on a verge of a panic attack.

"Hey, hey Aria" Caroline whispered, her tone drastically changing into a soft tone, "Look at me, stop crying your going to make yourself sick".

"It hurts Care, it hurts!" Aria cried.

"Aria what can I do?" Caroline asked, desperate to help her best friend out, "How can I help?".

"I just want to scream" Aria cried, "I just want to scream!".

"Then scream" Caroline said, hoping that will help her, "Scream Aria, scream".

Aria didn't waste another second, as soon as she heard Caroline's words, she let out a ear piercing scream, causing everyone in the room to cover their ears and fall to the floor, and all the glass in the room to shatter.

"Where is she?!" Damon asked, barging into the house with Stefan behind him, who was shocked seeing the state of the house.

What Aria didn't realise that when she screamed, every supernatural creature in Mystic Falls heard it, from Tyler to Bonnie, Katherine to Isobel, and Damon to Stefan, they all heard Aria's painful scream.

"Caroline took her upstairs" Alaric informed, "She's pretty shaken up, she's kept all these emotions in her for god knows how long and I guess the thing with Jenna just pushed her over the edge".

Damon ran upstairs and Stefan went to follow, but Alaric stopped him.

"I don't think you or Elena should go near her right now" Alaric said.

"She's my best friend Ric, she's been in there in my worst and I need to do the same for her" Stefan said.

"Was she not your best friend when you, Bonnie and Elena daggered Elijah despite her warning you guys not to" Alaric spat, making Stefan and Elena look down at their feet in guilt.

Damon entered Aria's room to see Caroline hugging a still very shaken Aria.

"Ria" Damon said, hoping to gain Aria's attention but she ignored him and kept hugging Caroline, she needed Damon, but right now she needed her best friend more.

Damon sighed and sat next to her and ran his hand in her hair, "What happened?" Damon asked Caroline, knowing Aria wasn't in any state to explain.

"She went off at Elena, everything she has been holding on to she let it go, and then it seemed like she was in physical pain and she told me she just wanted to scream, so I told her to scream, and when she screamed--".

"It was full of extreme pain" Damon finished.

Caroline looked at Damon in confusion, "How do you know?".

"We all heard it" Damon revealed, "Every supernatural creature in Mystic Falls heard Aria's scream, even Bonnie, who has no supernatural hearing".

"Kol said if I don't learn to control my powers they will lead me to a horrible disaster" Aria whispered, speaking for the first time since her scream, her voice very sore, "Do you think my scream hurt anyone? Damon I don't want to hurt anyone".

"Hey, listen to me" Damon said, wiping Aria's tears, "You can never hurt anyone, your too pure for that, this scream, it's a sign Aria, it shows how powerful you really are".

"Damon's right Aria" Caroline said, "You are so powerful, way more powerful then Bonnie can ever be, I feel it whenever I touch you, it's time you realise how strong you really are, it's time you stop letting other people walk over you, specially Elena".

"Do you hate me?" Aria asked suddenly, repeating the same question Caroline had asked her after her transition, "Do you hate me for what I just did?".

"Absolutely not" Caroline said, "I love you, your my sister, I can never hate you, everyday you make me so proud of you, the way you fight the world for the people you care about, even the ones who don't deserve it, I can never hate you, we are Aria and Caroline, we are going to be together forever".

"Aria and Caroline promise?" Aria asked.

"Aria and Caroline promise" Caroline said, hugging Aria.

Caroline and Damon exchanged a look, both of them knew the thing both of them were so scared of had happen, Aria had finally broken, and now it was up to them to bring their old Aria back to them, no matter what it took.

When Damon and Caroline were comforting Aria, Alaric had ran up the stairs, telling Damon they had a problem downstairs, after making sure Caroline was going to stay with Aria, Damon went downstairs to see Isobel in the kitchen.

"You invited her in the house now!" Damon yelled, glaring at Elena, he was already worried about Aria's safety and Isobel being invited in here, really didn't help his worry.

"It wasn't her Damon" Stefan said, stopping his brother from lunging at Elena, "John invited her in".

"I asked John for a do over" Isobel said.

"Are you father daughter duo hell bent on hurting Aria?" Damon snapped.

"She has information about Klaus" John replied, slightly scared of Damon's anger.

Because of their connection, Damon could feel Aria's emotions, they made him go on extreme edge, he wanted to murder every single person who hurt his Aria.

"So?" Damon asked, not caring about Klaus right now, his number one priority was Aria.

"Please, just listen to her, okay?" John pleaded.

"All right" Stefan said, "What do you know?".

"Since I was last here, I've been doing everything possible to find Klaus" Isobel revealed, "We knew our best chance was to find him before he could find you and Aria, even with Aria having a past with Klaus, he is still very much capable of hurting her".

Damon and Alaric exchanged a look, Aria had told them about the vision Jonas showed her before dying, Aria had assured both of them that Klaus wasn't going to hurt her, he will use her in the sacrifice but he wasn't going to let Aria die, and both Alaric and Damon trusted Aria's word, but right now they decided to keep their mouth shut, wanting to know everything Isobel knows.

"Best chance at what?" Stefan asked.

"Keeping Elena and Aria alive" John replied.

Damon scoffed, catching everyone's attention, "You guys don't have to pretend anymore that you care about Aria, now even she sees your true colors".

"Aria's my brother's daughter, of course I care about her" Isobel snapped.

"The same brother, whose killer you joined hands with?" Damon snapped, making Isobel look down, slightly ashamed.

"Were you able to find Klaus?" Stefan asked Isobel, before his brother could rip her heart out.

"No, nobody knows where he is" Isobel revealed.

"Then what's the point of you being here?" Alaric asked, still very furious at Isobel for coming infront of Jenna.

"There are these rumors that are flying around that a doppelganger and a Connor witch exists" Isobel informed.

"Which means any vampire that wants to get in favor with Klaus, will be lining up to capture you and Aria" John told Elena.

"I'm not buying any of this" Elena spat, she turned to Isobel, "The last time that you were here you made it clear that you didn't give a damn about me or Aria and all of a sudden I'm supposed to believe that you wanna help?".

"Just like you don't give a damn about Aria" Damon taunted, making Stefan glare at him, "I guess they are right, like mother like daughter".

"Isobel's been helping all along" John snapped, "Klaus has been obsessed with finding Katherine for centuries, all it would take was any one of those 1864 tomb vampire to spread the word around that Katherine was still alive and it would bring him straight here to Mystic Falls, where you and Aria were bound to be discovered, so we killed them".

Damon speeded towards John and held him in a choke hold, "Aria jumped into that fire you set, if anything had happened to her then you don't want to know what I would have done to you".

"Damon let go of him!" Elena yelled, but Damon ignored him.

"Damon".

Hearing the soft voice of the girl he loves caused Damon to immediately let go of John and speed towards Aria, "What are you doing her Ria, Blondie I thought you were taking care of her".

"She said you were anxious" Caroline replied, a small smile on her face.

"What's wrong?" Aria asked, having not seen Isobel.

"Aria" Isobel said, making Aria realise they had company.

"Isobel" Aria spat, anger shown clearly in her voice, Damon quickly grabbed Aria's hand, over the course of time Damon had quickly realised his simple touch calmed Aria down immensely, just like Aria's touch calmed him down, this hand holding was not just to calm Aria down, it was to stop Damon from going on a killing mission.

"Aria, before you get angry, just listen to me, I'm not here to fight you or Elena, I'm here to keep you both safe" Isobel explained.

"Aria doesn't need your protection" Caroline snapped, "She has us, you worry about your daughter, she's the one with a death wish".

"I have a safe house that I can take you to, the deed is in yours and Elena's name" Isobel told Aria, completely ignoring Caroline, "No vampires can get in without both your permission, not even me, let me help you both".

"Screw you" Aria said, glaring at Isobel, "Whenever I see you, all I remember is that you let you brother's killer free, hell you work for her, so screw you and your need to help me, I don't want it or need it, take care of your daughter and stay the hell out of my life, that applies to your whole family by the way".

After the whole Isobel drama, Caroline, Aria and Damon went back to the Boarding House, while Alaric went to try to talk to Jenna again.

"Guys" Aria said, catching Damon and Caroline's attention, "I need to learn how to control my powers before I end up hurting someone".

"Ria--".

"Damon, I know you think I won't hurt anyone, but I don't want to take a chance" Aria said, "And I think there is one place where I can learn more about my powers as a Connor witch, cause guys, by now we know Connor witches aren't like normal witches".

"Yeah, they are much better" Caroline replied, making Aria give her a small smile.

"I just, I need to know, I need to know my potential and I need to know how to control it" Aria said.

"Where exactly are you going to go to figure it out?" Damon asked.

Aria went to speak but then realised Katherine was still wondering around the house, so she grabbed a pen and wrote the place down, and showed it to Caroline and Damon.

"You sure?" Caroline asked, slightly worried for her friend.

"Positive" Aria replied.

"So Emily Bennet, the witch who protected your and Natalie's relationship, she also died here?" Caroline asked, walking in the woods with Aria and Damon.

"Founders thought it was poetic burning her where the other witches burned" Damon replied.

"What dickheads" Caroline said, wondering how could people be so cruel.

"Damon, how did you know where all these witches were burned?" Aria asked curiously.

"Because I tried to save Emily" Damon replied, "Emily not only helped me and Natalie but she was also my key to getting revenge from Katherine".

The trio walked a little further, when they suddenly came across a abandoned mansion.

"Is that it?" Aria asked, Damon nodded.

The trio walked further and entered the witches house.

"Anyone else get chills?" Caroline asked, looking around slightly scared.

"You're a vampire Blondie" Damon said, as Aria walked further in, "Stop being scared of ghosts".

"Stop being scared of ghosts" Caroline mocked, speaking in a high pitch voice, "Stupid".

Damon gave Caroline a mock smile, and both the vampires went to follow Aria, but quickly realised they couldn't move.

"Guys, what's happening?" Aria asked confused, seeing her best friend and boyfriend stuck in their place.

"The witches don't want your friends here" A voice said.

Aria turned around to face the voice and seeing the person both Aria and Caroline were left shocked, while Damon was confused.

"Oh my god" Caroline whispered, tears welling in her eyes seeing the women infront of her.

"Mom?" Aria whispered.

Amelia Connor smiled looking at her daughter, "My baby girl, you have grown so much", she looked towards Caroline, who was crying see her second mother, "Both of you have, god I remember when you both used be little babies, always attached to the hip, just like now".

"How-how are you here?" Aria asked, not believing that her mother was standing right infront of her.

"Liz buried my body here" Amelia revealed.

"Why?" Caroline asked confused.

"So one day, when my daughter needs me the most, I can come back for her" Amelia said, "Liz always knew I wanted to be buried here whenever I died, she never asked me any questions, she just knew had to bury me here and that's what she did, this place is where a hundred witches got burned alive, there's a lot of magic here, enough magic for me to use to see my daughter one last time, because I knew one day you would need me, one day my daughter will find her way here and I couldn't let the other witches get their hands on you".

"You're actually here?" Aria cried.

"Not for long though baby" Amelia said, "My magic is stopping the other witches from messing with you, but I won't be able to hold them for too long".

"Mom" Aria cried hysterical, "Mom I need you, something is happening to me and I can't control it, I need you".

"Baby don't say that, if anyone can control this then it's you" Amelia said, "I've watched you Aria, I've seen my baby grow into this beautiful young woman, you might not realise it, but I've seen it all, your first love, your first heartbreak", Amelia looked towards Damon, "I was even there when you found your true love, I know you think that your not strong enough, but never think that, you are so strong, you are my daughter and no daughter of mine is weak, I know what's happening to you is confusing it's scary, but it will all be better, you just need to believe in yourself, never stop believing".

"How do I learn to control myself before I end up hurting someone?" Aria asked.

"See that's your problem Aria, you're too scared that you will hurt someone, because of which your not letting your full powers surface, you need to let go of that fear, stop fearing your going to hurt anyone, those two behind you, they are your anchors" Amelia said, pointing towards Damon and Caroline, "Don't let them go, if you go overboard they will bring you back like your Dad and Liz used to do for me, let go of your fear Aria and become the most powerful witch to ever exist, just like you were born to be".

"I wish you were here" Aria cried, "I wish you could teach me".

"I'm always here baby" Amelia said, really wanting to touch her daughter but unable to, "When you need me just close your eyes and the wind you will feel, know that's your mother keeping an eye on her trouble magnet".

"Mom, before I leave, I need you to tell me, what I did and said to Elena was that wrong?" Aria asked, wanting to know her mother's opinion, "Did I go overboard?".

"Absolutely not" Amelia said, "I never liked your friendship with her anyways, Liz was supposed to adopt you not Miranda, but Liz being a single Mom, the court gave you to Miranda, I remember feeling so outraged seeing my princess in a doppelganger's shadow, but it's now time to come out, it's time you emerge out of Elena's shadow and tell the world who the real Aria Connor is, you're not only the last but also the first Connor witch to exist, show the world your power, it's time they know messing with you is a horrible idea".

Aria had so much more she wanted to say to her mother, so many more questions, so many more things she wanted advice on, but before she could ask anything else, the mansion started shaking, making Amelia look around in worry.

"Aria you need to get out of here" Amelia said, urgency shown clearly in her voice, "And whatever you do never come back here baby, these witches are not nice people, they will use you, a very powerful witch on the other side wants you for something very diabolical, you must never come back here, promise me Aria, you will never return".

"But Mom--".

"Promise me Aria!" Amelia yelled, the shaking getting worse.

"I promise" Aria cried.

Amelia gave Aria a sad smile, "Remember I love you, mine and Lucas's death isn't your fault, so stop blaming yourself, if we could we will do it again, we will gladly die for our princess over and over again, we both are so proud of you, always be happy baby, and let go of your fear, be free", Amelia turned to Caroline, "Stay with each other always, you both together are force to be reckoned with", Amelia then turned to Damon, "Thank you for giving my baby girl the love she deserves, people will try and come between you, just remember you are each other's happy ending".

Before Damon and Caroline could reply, the shaking started getting even more violent and around the trio bricks started to fall and Aria started hearing whispers, but she couldn't make out what they were saying.

"Go!" Amelia yelled at the trio.

When Aria made no move in moving, Damon grabbed her hand and speeded them outside, Caroline following closely behind.

"No Damon!" Aria yelled, struggling in Damon's grip, she just wanted to be with her Mom, but Damon refused to let go, "Damon let go! My Mom's in there! Mom!".

Suddenly, there was a huge white blast, causing the trio to fall backwards on to the ground.

"No!" Aria yelled, about to run into the house but Caroline and Damon quickly grabbed her, all of them knew this blast was Amelia Connor, once again she had scarified herself to save her daughter, "No Mom! Mom!".

Aria sobbed and fell to the ground with Damon and Caroline on either side of her, trying their best to comfort the hysterical witch, who had lost her mother for the second time.

Across the town, in Alaric's apartment, an unconscious Katherine woke up from her sleep. Turns out Isobel had found Klaus and this whole time she was compelled by Klaus to deliver the moonstone and Katherine to him, which she successfully did, and after ended up killing herself by removing her daylight necklace and burning in the sun, right infront of Elena's eyes.

Katherine looked at the scene infront of her in confusion, a witch was preforming a spell on Alaric, when he was done, Alaric removed the drip from his hand and turned to Katherine.

"Alaric?" Katherine asked confused.

Before Alaric could reply, Katherine tried speeding out the door but due to a boundary spell, failed to leave.

Alaric walked over to Katherine with a smirk on his face, "Zdravei, Katerina", Alaric stepped forward and grabbed Katherine's face, "I have missed you".

Suddenly realisation crossed Katherine's face, "Klaus".

Okay, I need to say somethings, firstly, as you could tell this chapter went in a completely different direction compared to the show, do you guys like that or would you like me to stick to the show?

Also, in the show, this is the episode Matt finds out Caroline is a vampire, however in my story Jonas never stuck a glass in Matt's neck so Caroline never fed him blood and he is still very much in the dark, I want Liz to find out about vampires but I will do that my way, I didn't like the way Matt snitched on Caroline in the show, I also think given how close Klaus is, Caroline wouldn't leave Aria's side, and I like the whole concept of Damon, Caroline and Aria forming a power trio, and if Matt has to stay in the dark because of that so be it 😂
