"This is uh..." I mumbled, fidgeting slightly in my seat, one hand over the blood-soaked bandage.

His eyes darkened, letting out a soft growl that couldn't be heard unless you concentrated.

"A-Ayanami-"

"Get out... All of you get out," he ordered his begleiters.

They shifted uncomfortably at their seats before rising to leave the dome, their faces emotionless.

"Hyuuga get the doctor here now," Ayanami added.

"Yes sir," Hyuuga muttered, his voice monotone.

And soon it was just me and a very pissed-off Chief of Staff alone in the glass dome.

He turned his head back sharply to face me.

"I doubt the table corner can make u bleed to this extent. Tell me, what happened at the Church," he ordered. 

Oh deary me. If I were to tell him, he would ban me from going back and he will murder Frau and the Church people.

"Selaena."

If I didnt tell him...the same thing would happen...haizzz. Might as well tell him now.

"Okay okay fine. I went to Hinamizawa today and this bunch of Kor threw a spear thingy at me," I quickly said it out.

His eye twitched, "Hinamizawa...that village that got entirely possessed by Kors...AND YOU WENT AND GOT STABBED BY THE KORS??"

I laughed nervously, playing with my fingers, "Haha yea...but Frau rescued me so everything is fineeee. Totally finee~~"

I don't think I should tell him about my so called 'brother' and the fact that Veloren changed sex of a sudden.

Yea I don't think I should.

"F r au. /That/ guy..."

Woops. Shouldn't have said his name either. Now he's really gonna murder somebody.

"I think you need to calm down for a moment ha ahah ha..." I laughed nervously.

His eyes darted up to look at me and his hand gripped mine hard. His beautiful purple eyes were filled with rage. There was a knock and the doctor walked in nervously.

"Ayanami-sama," he greeted. The doctor was a young man with brown hair and deep blue eyes, his white lab coat was slightly black from whatever acitivites he had.

Ayanami let out a low growl and stood up to let the doctor treat my wounds. I turned away, feeling guilty. I could feel Ayanami's burning gaze as the doctor cleaned up my blood surrounding my wound and wrap a new bandage around me.

"Selaena-sama, lift yourself up a bit. The bandage needs to go around you," the doctor uttered quietly. I pushed myself slightly away from the backrest of the chair and felt the cold bandage cloth slip behind me.

It went around a few more times and then he secured it to the other layer using some metal clip. The doctor packed his equipment before turning to face Ayanami.

"It would be good if she can come back for a checkup every week until she's healed Ayanami-sama."

"Is it severe?"

The doctor calmly shook his head despite the cold, nervous atmosphere, "just a simple stab to the side. She'll be fully recovered in about 2 weeks or maybe earlier given her amazing regenerative abilities."

Ayanami nodded and dismissed him. I watched as the doctor hopped over puddles of spilt blue sauce and other food before leaving the glass dome.

He turned back to me, still filled with rage. His eyes had a flicker of concern but it was gone in a flash. I swallowed nervously and pushed my chair back, attempting to stand up, "I'm going back to my room."

He gently grabbed my arm and helped me up. How was he still so gentle and kind when he was raging inside that I got hurt by Kors?

"You are to stay in your room unless I allow you to leave it," he said simply.

I yanked my arm away from his grasp and glared at him which seemed to surprise him a bit. He took a step back.

"Don't argue with me on this one."

"Damn right I'm going to argue with you. I can't spend the rest of my life locked away in a room!"

"You know this is for your own good."

I cursed under my breath and gently reached for his hands, "Ayanami I know you're scared to lose me again but you can't do this. It's my life, I'll do what I want with it."

His expression seemed to stay the same, cold and unfeeling.

"If you know that I'm afraid then why don't you just listen to me?" his expression and voice softened and he kissed me on the forehead gently. I sighed, all hope lost in getting him to change his mind.

And I still haven't told him about my 'brother' and the Veloren sex change issue! He's gonna lock me in jail if I were to tell him about that, oh shit man.

To quickly avoid more sudden confessions, I pulled myself away. "I'll be off to my room then."

"Thank you," he flashed one of his rare, genuine smiles. Aw yay

"You better provide some entertainment though or I'll die from boredom."

"You already have a mega huge television with all the channels in the world you /do/ know that right?" 

"I know but-"

"Then you should be fine."

I sighed again, "fineeeeee."

He smiled at held the glass door for me, "after you my lady."
