In Some Deep Shit

Haha... now pause. Why do the first 50ish chapters have like 1k views? And why are we so close to Wano rn??

The plan was to get out of here by staying in Bege's castle body after he transformed back into his human form. I can tell you now that it is already going South. Sure, it looked all well and good at first when Germa protected us with their bulletproof capes, but not everything goes so smoothly. Why? Well, we're the Straw Hats. That's why. Luffy and Sanji already jumped out to help Reiju, who was in danger of Big Mom's wrath.

"Gomu Gomu no.../Diable Jambe, Crosse..."

I slammed my forehead onto the stone of Bege's body. I guess it couldn't be helped, it's not like Reiju could have gotten away from Big Mom's attack without them. It's too bad that she fell down from the safety of the air after the enemy's fire attack, though.

"ELEPHANT GUN!/STRIKE!" The two of them blocked Big Mom's punch with their own counter attacks.

"Luffyyyy!" Chopper sobbed.

"Sanji!" Brook cried out.

"They jumped..." Nami heaved in frustration.

The three of them cried for the two run aways. "It's gonna be fine guys, we'll still make it outta here... probably," I sighed.

"At least you didn't go, (y/n)," Nami said, wiping a tear from her eye after noticing I stayed.

"Yea, usually you'd be gone," Chopper added.

"Ehh, there's really no use in me running out there too. Blocking the attack doesn't need all of us," I replied.

"So you would have gone if they didn't?!" Brook shrieked.

Upon the sound of heavy footsteps, I looked back toward the outside world. Big Mom was chasing Sanji, Reiju, and Luffy. Sanji had Luffy under his arm to keep him from fighting. "Why are you guys trying to get away from me?!" she asked rhetorically before she slammed her fist into the ground, making Sanji have to stop due to the cracks she created. "Remember what you said to me, Straw Hat? When you were at the Fishman Island? You said, 'I'll kick your ass.' Remember what you said to be after you came to this island? You said, 'We're the ones who'll have the last laugh.' And now you're trying to run? You coward!"

Sanji tried to stop Luffy, but he got away from him. Luffy went into Gear 4 and flew at the Yonko. She blocked his attack, which caused an insane burst of wind.

"What are you doing Luffy?!" Nami yelled like he could hear her.

"Just come back already!" Brook begged.

I shook my head, "He was called a coward, even I would have went back at her."

Chopper got onto the ledge of the window I was leaning on just as a bunch of guns were pointed at Bege, and therefore us. "Can we really get over that wall?!" the reindeer cried at the sight.

"Don't worry-rero! Germa 66 will protect us-rero! They're our evil heroes who are absolutely invincible!" Vito assured us with sparkles surrounding him. (Look... I don't like Vito like that but... he's so likeable... he reminds me of Barto...)

A barrage of bullets was shot at us, but Germa blocked it again. Then, when two people jumped at us, Blue knocked them back down easily. "That's my man-rero!" Vito cheered with shining eyes. He continued to do this for Yonji and Red when they got into their own fights.

Caesar quickly fled from the action with Bege on his shoulder, yelling, "Good, Germa! Keep protecting me like that!"

"You fools!" a familiar angry voice insulted. It was Oven from what I could see. "Everyone who rebels against Mama... will be burned to death by me!" Yep, definitely Oven.

"Here comes a terrible one!" Caesar panicked.

Oven locked his hands together and raised his arms, shouting, "You will be the first!" His hands started turning into an orangish red.

I put my foot on the ledge and jumped out of Bege, even though the cowardly bunch tried to hold me back. I activated my devil fruit and placed haki on my fist, meeting Oven's attack before it could land.

"You again!" he exclaimed.

"Yea, me again," I replied with a grin. We both pushed each other back, and right as I was about to fall back to the ground, Yonji grabbed hold of me.

"I was going to take him. You do realize you can't fly, right?" he snarkily told me.

I rolled my eyes, "Like you would have finished taking care of small fries before then."

"Please, I was done with them, and then I would have mopped the floor with that guy, too," the man in green retorted with a smirk.

"You insolent children. Get down here and fight!" Oven yelled.

I looked down to see the angry man, who was back on the cracker paved floor. "I guess he can't fly either," I commented.

"Looks like it. What a loser," Yonji chuckled.

Just as Oven was about to jump at us, Yonji took off. "You are such a cheat," I commented, looking back at the seething man watching us. I directed my attention at the hand that made contact with Oven and blew on it slightly. It was a red. Looks like haki isn't enough for an elemental weakness.

The man holding me suddenly threw me into the air, causing me to flail a bit before I realized why. He was attacking some guys who attacked us. He caught me once he was done and we started flying again. "You should have stayed in that castle guy," the green head grunted.

I shrugged, "I told you, you were taking too damn long. I had to take matters into my own hands."

"Well maybe I should just put you down in the middle of Big Mom's crew since you're so self sufficient," he threatened.

"Do it then," I grunted.

Instead of being thrown down, I was thrown up as more enemies came at us. I took the liberty of kicking one of the men in the face, sending him plummeting to the ground. Yonji took hold of me again and we continued. Looks like he won't drop me then.

He looked at me and then forward again, "You're lucky I like women like you."

"From what I've seen, you like pretty much any woman," I mused, watchin his face contort at the mention of it.

"I'm not the only one who does, it's natural," he grunted.

Deciding to not test him again, I shut up. That was when we both saw a huge pink candy wall form to block Caesars path. Blue showed up beside Yonji at that moment and swiped me from his arms.

"What the hell?" I blurted, looking between him and Yonji's irritated face.

"Hey, sweetie. It's sad you couldn't sit at our table. If I knew we'd be betrayed I would have taken you from Big Mom's authority long ago," he told me.

I didn't even get to give him any attitude because as soon as we were close enough, he threw me in the direction of Bege. The castle man saw me coming, and I turned around to give Blue the bird before being shrunk into Bege's body castle.

"(Y/N)! I'M SO GLAD THEY SAVED YOU!" Brook sobbed. Chopper nodded and clung to my leg.

Nami flew forward and smacked me over the head, "Are you dumb?! What if you had to keep fighting that huge guy?!"

I rubbed my head, "Thanks for the concern, but I think I'd be able to handle him... somehow."

"SOMEHOW?!"

"Anyway, we have another problem. You see that candy wall?" I pointed toward the thing Perospero made outside the window.

"OH YEA!" all three of them said at the same time.

I looked back out there while they panicked just as our evil heroes made a move. Yonji, Blue, and Red all attacked the wall together, yelling, "Black... Bug!" This created a shockwave throughout the whole thing.

"GO!" Red ordered Caesar.

"What?! But-" before he could finish, the wall cracked and Caesar started sobbing from joy, speeding off.

Meanwhile, Vito had grabbed hold of me while we both stared outside. "THAT MOVE WAS IN THE COMIC BOOK!" I gasped, my eyes shining.

"IT WAS-RERO!" he fanboyed.

"WHO CARES?!" Nami said before all three of the cowardly group jumped up and yelled, "GO! CAESAR!... He's a loser though!"

~~~
"Eh? I could have swore we were all about to die," I said, my hands pressed against the closed window. Caesar was surrounded by a bunch of the Big Mom Pirates after being stopped in his tracks by the doppelganger Brulee, but now they were all... sliding across the floor? All besides Brule, anyway.
"We don't feel anything in Bege's body, so it's hard to tell what's going on," Chopper said, coming to the window and sitting on the ledge beside me.
"What is happening...?" Brook voiced.
Jinbei spoke up, "I don't know but... the place is in chaos now. Could it be... that the Whole Cake Chateau is shaking?"
"It's a huge mess..." Caesar said to no one in particular. I could hear Brulee talking as well, but not to him. She was freaking out over the craziness, then she started calling out for Big Mom, who I think I last saw rolling across the floor earlier.
This was followed by Bege's manic laughing. "Terrific!" he cheered, "I don't know who did it, but I gotta thank them! We didn't have to kill her! Now, the Yonko BIg mom Pirates have been... ANNIALATED!"
I continued to scan over the outside world, trying to spot the people who'd left us earlier. "Where do you think they are?" Nami asked me, having noticed my concern.
"Hopefully not in hell," I responded.
"Don't jinx it!" Chopper and her yelled at me.
"I didn't. Look, there they are," I pointed towards the side of the window where Sanji was sky walking.
Nami took hold of my arm and ran off toward the entrance to Bege's body castle, everyone else following after us. The drawbridge opened up and we waved at the blond coming our way. Red and Reiju cleared his way of falling debris and he jumped over to us.
"You're alive," Bege sassily said with a smirk.
Sanji gave him a grunt and then went into his castle body with us. "Sorry to keep you waiting," he apologized.
"You're so reckless!" Chopper scolded.
"Honestly!" Nami agreed.
Brook heaved a sigh and muttered, "I'm so relieved."
"Glad you guys are back," I hummed, looking between the two of them. I then took Luffy out from under Sanji's arm since he's been holding him the whole time. The blond was going to try to take him back, but I already started walking off.
The drawbridge reeled back up as we moved away from it. "Alright, Caesar! Let's get out of here as fast as we can!" Bege told the scientist.
"You don't have to tell me that!" he yelled before flying farther from the falling chateau while chanting, "Run away! Run away! Run away!"
As soon as we got near a coast, Caesar dropped Bege. The mafia boss immediately told us to get out of him, opening the entrance and pushing us out. I landed on my ass beside Luffy and Chopper, while somehow Sanji, Pedro, Jinbei, and Brook landed on their feet.
"Thank you, Bege! I really thought we were dead..." Nami sighed out.
"Don't thank me! I feel like I did something good and that makes me sick," the man responded.
I laughed a little at that and stood up to brush myself off. "I'm the one who carried you, you jerks!" Caesar screamed in irritation.
I gave Nami a hand so she could stand, which she took. She then put her hands on her hips, looking at the clown, "Shut up, loser! Do you remember what you did to those kids at Punk Hazard? We don't need you anymore so... Go drop dead."
"HUH?! How dare you speak to a genius like that?! I can turn this place into a poison gas trap if you want!" the scientist threatened, having been fed up with Nami's insults.
"Maybe if you wanted some brownie points, you should have used your special poison gas to knock Brulee out. But nope, the enemy still has Brulee. One of the most useful people on the island," I sighed with a shake of my head.
His face twisted in frustration, "I was in dire conditions, damnit! Don't treat me like this!" He started aggressively swinging his head around until Bege pulled out his heart, successfully getting his attention.
"Here, it's your heart," the short man said.
Caesar started tearing up, making the ugliest expressions. "It's my... my... my..." he didn't get to finish because Bege threw the cubed heart elsewhere, making the scientist fly after it.
"You should have crushed it," Nami stated. We watched as Caesar finally took hold of his heart, accidentally squeezing it. "You should have crushed it," she repeated. I laughed while the gas man ignored her, continuing to cry over his missing organ.
When he started started talking about never seeing us again, we ignored him and focused on the fallen Chateau. "How did it fall?" Luffy questioned.
"Yea, it was sudden. Why did it happen?" Pedro added.
"I have no idea," Jinbei answered.
"I'm just glad it fell. The reason why doesn't really matter to me," I said. I wonder how many of them survived. Katakuri probably did. Not that I wanted him to or anything... but he definitely did.
Vito, who was looking at the Chateau with his binoculars, cut off my thoughts by calling out to Bege. "Father! Just as expected, it seems like Big Mom and her family members have all survived-rero!" the man informed. "The whole castle turned into a cake..."
"That's Streusen's ability. He was a mystery to me all along. I don't think he's just a head chef. He must be quite a fighter, too. I thought that was it for the Big Mom Pirates... How lucky they are. But that's okay. The castle collapsed. I feel a bit better," Bege thought aloud.
"Well then, all there is left is to run, right?" Luffy asked him.
"That's all we've been doing... There were too many obstacles from the beginning," Bege replied.
Luffy stood up and smiled, "Alright! Let's run!"
"We'll part with you guys here, Straw Hat," the other captain told him.
"What? Really?" he asked.
Jinbei stepped into the conversation, saying that we failed in the mission so there is no more alliance. Meanwhile, Bege pulled a sign out of his body and hammered it into the floor in front of him once Vito jumped back into the man's castle body, agreeing with what Jinbei said. After wishing us luck, Bege sped off with the help of his devil fruit ability.
I walked over to the sign Bege put up. Sanji followed after me and read it aloud, "The Straw Hats went this way?" He turned towards Bege's retreating figure and yelled, "Don't do such a pathetic thing!"
"Shut up! We have to survive!" the man called back.
I patted Sanji's shoulder, "I would have probably done the same thing."
Hearts formed in his eyes and he took the hand on his shoulder into his own, "It would be alright if you did it, (y/n)-swan!" Then he returned to normal and reached for the sign, "We should probably take this down."
I took the sign before he could do that and turned it the other way, "No, this way is better."
Carrot walked up to see the sign and smiled, "Wow! That's such a smart idea!"
"Right?" I said, smiling proudly to myself.
Nami slapped me over the head, "No it's not. No one would listen to that."
"Then why'd Bege put the sign up? Explain that." I queried.
"I think it'd be better to start our escape than to talk about this," Jinbei commented.
Brook took that as a sign to start talking, "Okay, we'll pick up the Shark Submerge and go straight to the Sunny." He motioned to Chopper, who had moved to stand by him.
Luffy smiled, "Yea, be careful! We gotta hurry up, too, and get back to the coast where we landed!"
"Uh-huh, let's get out of the territory before they come for us!" Nami agreed.
~lots of running later~
"Eh? What's that over there?" Nami asked, pointing off in the distance. We started running closer to it, and Nami seemed to recognize what it was. "Oi! OOOIIII! You're alive, Kingbaum!" she hollered to it.
Luffy joined in, "Good to see you again! Tree!"
Upon closer inspection, anyone could see that the tree clearly was not happy to see them. Not even a little bit. "GO AWAAAY!" it shouted.
"My gosh, what did you guys do to it?" I asked.
I soon found out. Nami pulled out the vivre card that Lola gave her and commanded the tree to let everyone on its head. We all got on, and the navigator proceeded to order it to start running into the seducing woods.
"I'll make you pay, you bastards!" he cried as he ran against his will. The girl tree he was with before we got here had fallen behind already.
"You really enslaved a tree," I sighed, shaking my head to shame the orange headed navigator.
"Hey! It's an evil tree! It's okay to boss it around!" she defended herself.
I just sat down, looking at all the stuff we passed. "This sure is fast," Jinbei pointed out.
"Since he's the master of the Seducing Woods, he can travel in a straight line," Nami told him.
Luffy grinned and pointed forward eagerly, "Alright! Keep going to the Sunny at full speed!"
"Go!" Carrot cheered behind him.
The tree gained and irk mark and looked up at our captain, "You guys are like the plague-ju! Get out of this country already-ju!"
"Did you say something?" Nami threated after whipping out the vivre card again.
"Do as Nami-chan says!" Sanji shouted, stomping violently on the tree's head.
I looked over the side of the tree and told it, "It's not like we want to be in this country. It'd be too soon if we saw you ever again."
"Honestly! We're trying to leave anyway!" the orange head agreed.
Carrot gasped and said, "Look behind us! Enemies!" Everyone did as told, seeing a small army chasing after us.
"Kingbaum! Go faster!" Nami told the tree.
"This is as fast as I can go-ju!" it responded.
"If we get caught, I'll rip that seam!" she threatened it again, talking about the seam connecting the halved tree together.
Pedro turned in horror, "How terrible!"
Right after that, the horrible laugh of Big Mom was heard. We all looked in the direction we heard it from. Low and behold, there she was. "EEEHHHH?!" everyone shrieked.
"Wedding Caaake~!" she sang before licking her lips. "Give it to me!"
"AAAHHH! Nami this is your fault!" I yelled.
"WHAT?! How's it my fault?!" she retorted.
"This is the world giving us karma for your abuse on this tree!" I shouted.
"WHATEVER! Kingbaum! Shake her off!" Nami ordered it.
"How can I?!" it cried.
That conversation didn't go much farther because Big Mom started talking again. "Straw Hat! Give me the cake!" she screamed.
His brows furrowed in anger, "SHUT UP! I don't know what you're talking about!"
She gritted her teeth before screeching, "My... CAAAAKKE!" The tree that we were on shook from the violent gust of wind she racked up. The blade in her hand shimmered as she moved it upwards, "Take the Spear of Elbaph!"
"Elbaph?" Luffy repeated.
"Look out for her attack!" Jinbei warned.
It was no use anyway because when she swung her sword, there was nothing to do about it beside try to jump out of the way. "Ikaku Sovereignty!" she shouted as a pink blast came shooting to us.
 Almost half of the tree was shaved off from it. So much for being repaired. Anyway, I nearly flew off of what was left of the tree, along with everyone else. I was clawing at the top of it, and then I had to catch Pedro before he went flying off too.
The wind stopped and everyone went back to their feet, but Big Mom was still here so not much has changed. We're still in immediate danger. "That resembled the Giants' technique!" Luffy said.
"What technique?" I asked.
"Oh you weren't there! A long time ago, when we met some giants on an island, they saved us from a Sea King by shooting a beam through it's stomach so we could escape!" he told me.
I rubbed my chin, "Hm. Well she did say her weapon was from Elbaph. Maybe there's something going on th-"
"Kingbaum!" Big Mom yelled the tree's name, successfully cutting me off.
"Mama! Forgive me-ju! I've been forced to do this-ju!" he begged for mercy.
She ignored him, obviously. Her mind is long gone right now. I have no idea who put it in her head that we have a cake. Where does she think we're hiding it?  "Oh no! The next attack will come! We have to get off and fight!" Luffy exclaimed.
Meanwhile, Nami got on her hands and knees so she could look at the tree's face. "Kingbaum! Who was that girl you were with? Your girlfriend?" she asked.
He blushed, "S-She's my fiancé-ju! We promised to stay together forever-ju!"
"Then... you must live on!" she told him," Survive for her sake! Live for her!" He started running much faster after that encouragement, but she kept going, "What lies in ahead is your life together with her! A future filled with love is waiting for you!"
I sweatdropped, "I really thought she was gonna let him go for a second there."
"She's like a devil..." Pedro said beside me.
I nodded in agreeance while Carrot smiled, "That's our Nami!" I'm gonna guess she didn't understand what Nami just did to the poor guy carrying us.
"Yosh! Now it's my turn!" Lufft said, reeling a fist back.
"Wait, Luffy! I have a plan!" Nami ran over and stopped him.
She stood in front of him and pulled out her specialized weather staff. "Black Ball!" she called out, letting out a chain of dark sparking cloud bubbles as she twirled the staff. The next attack that Big Mom tried to throw at us missed because she fell right off the living cloud as it took a sharp turn to start eating the clouds that Nami was sending him.
"BAHAHAHA!" I laughed after seeing Big Mom fall on her face. I slapped Nami on the back, "That was great! I can't believe it worked!"
"Hmph! All my plans work. Now..." she turned around looked toward the Seducing Woods. "Once we get to the forest, we'll have the upper hand! Because Kingbaum is the master of the forest!"
"GET OUT OF MY WAY!" Kingbaum shouted, making the forest in front of us part all the way to the coast.
This revealed the goal of our little running spree: The Sunny. "Your plan is amazing!" Carrot complimented our navigator, hugging her.
A hand on my shoulder made me turn to my right. It was Sanji. "I saw that Yonji was carrying you earlier. He didn't do anything, right?" he asked.
I laughed, "Well that was off topic. No, he didn't do anything. All he did was make an empty threat to drop me. Obviously, he did not."
"Huh..." he hummed, rubbing his chin.
"Don't think too much about it, he was well behaved," I assured.
"That's what's concerning," he mumbled. Then, his eyes turned to hearts and he swooned, "But I'm glad you're safe~! That bastard finally did something right~!"
"He sure did," I nodded.
That conversation was interrupted by the cloud that dropped Big Mom on her face. He came over, wanting more of Nami's weather balls. He introduced himself as Zeus.
Luffy and Carrot started poking him. "Hey, Cloud! Forget it and give us a lift!" Luffy demanded.
"No, I can't. Only Mama who gave me part of her soul can ride me," he replied.
I walked up and put my hand on it while Luffy said, "Oh, so you're just an ordinary cloud."
"If it was, why can we touch it like this?" I voiced my confusion, smushing the talking cloud. "I thought maybe my hand would go through it if that were the case. Like the cloud water in Skypiea."
"Eh? Cloud water?" Carrot chirped in curiosity.
"I'll tell you about it later. I have two pages full of it in my journal," I told her. She smiled in excitement.
Nami stepped forward and directed her voice at the cloud, "Zeus... in that case... Will you become my servant? Then you can eat the Black Ball every day!"
"What?! Really?! What should I do?!" it excitedly contemplated.
"You have no loyalty to your boss?" Jinbei rhetorically asked.
I put a finger to my lips and shushed him, "Shhh. He doesn't need to be thinking about that." The fishman sweatdropped. I'm not all for every scheme Nami has, but having Zeus on our side is probably the best one yet.
Once Nami complimented Zeus a bit, a thud shook the whole forest. Big Mom was up, and she was not happy. Surprisingly, her first words weren't cursing Zeus, but rather just more talk about the wedding cake she wanted. The ground rumbled from her anger.
"Seducing Woods.... STOP THEM!" she shouted. The forest closed in front of us.
"Ah! The annoying forest is back!" Luffy complained.
"Can't we just kick them out of our way?" Sanji asked.
Carrot shook her head, "No. While you're rampaging like that, you'll lose sense of all direction in this forest!"
"That's right. This forest disorients people," Jinbei added.
Despite all that, Kingbaum started stampeding through the forest since we could see above the tree tops. Nami eagerly encouraged him. A few of us helped cut down trees in front of us in order to help the tree run easier. That plan was pretty much done too for when the entire sky above us was taken up by the talking sun always by Big Mom's side.
"Oi, Kingbaum! You betrayed Mama..." it said.
"P-Prometheus-sama!" Kingbaum gasped. He couldn't move, even when Nami reminded him of his fiancé. The sun was closing in on us.
"He can't move! We got to get off!" Luffy told the navigator. When she didn't get off, Luffy grabbed hold of her and jumped off with the rest of us following after.
The tree was soon burned up by the talking sun, making us all fly back from the impact between it and the ground. Thus, we returned to running. I don't even know if we were close to the Sunny. I was too distracted by everything going on around us. I don't even think it matters now that we're in the Seducing Woods if what Jinbei and Carrot said earlier was true.
