mom - "quand vas-tu trouver l'amour ?" (When are you going to find love). My mom asked me.

delphine - "je ne sais pas." (I don't know). I said to my mom.

dad - "ne la précipite pas chérie." (Don't rush it darling). My dad said to my mom.

mom - "pourquoi ne te retrouves-tu pas avec Adélard ?" (Why don't you end up with Adélard?). My mom asked me.

delphine - "moi et Adélard ne sommes que des amis." (Me and Adélard are just friends). I said to my mom brushing off her sentence.

dad - "Delphine, n'écoute pas ta mère, tu n'es pas obligée de te précipiter." (Delphine, don't listen to your mother, you don't have to rush). My dad said to me while resting his hand on my shoulder.

mom - "oui, il faut qu'elle se précipite, Adélard et Delphine seront mignons ensemble." (Yes, she has to rush, Adélard and Delphine will look cute together). My mom said to my dad getting angry.

dad - "laissons cette conversation tranquille, je vais te conduire à l'école Delphine." (Let's leave this conversation alone, I will take you to school Delphine). My dad said to me.

mom - "on recommence cette conversation quand tu rentres à la maison Delphine !" (We will start this conversation again when you come home Delphine!). My mom said to me.

delphine - "Je t'aime maman, au revoir !" (I love you mom, bye!). I said as I ignored what she just said.

⇒ My dad and I left the house in a hurry so my mom wouldn't stop us. When my mom talks about me being in love with someone, it's scary because when I say I don't want to be in love, she throws a whole tantrum. My dad knew how my mom was when it comes to my mom being so nosy when it comes to my love life and my dad tries to help me escape her.

dad - "ta mère n'apprendra jamais, n'est-ce pas ?" (Your mom will never learn, will she?). My dad asked me.

delphine - "Je suppose que non, elle me pose la même question depuis que j'ai 16 ans." (I guess not, she's been asking me the same question since I was 16). I said to my dad in an annoyed tone.

dad - "Je sais, j'ai essayé de la faire arrêter mais rien n'y fait." (I know, I tried to make her stop but nothing worked). My dad said to me.

delphine - "Je ne sais pas, je veux juste m'éloigner de la maison." (I don't know, I just want to be away from home). I said to my dad annoyed.

⇒ My dad nodded and he drove off.

{ SCHOOL }

⇒ My dad dropped me off and I kissed him on the cheek. I got out the car and went inside the school building.

??? - "Are you being serious right now?!" She yelled.

principal jared - "I'm sorry Jin, you can't come to school dressed like that!" He yelled at her.

jin - "You can't just give punish me when I dress like this!" She yelled at the principal.

principal jared - "You violated the school's dressing policy! So I will see you after school!" He yelled at Jin.

⇒ Jin sighed so loudly and I walked up to her.

delphine - "You got in trouble with principal Jared again?" I asked Jin.

jin - "Ugh! I hate this school!" She yelled at me.

delphine - "If you're tired of getting in trouble, why do you dress like that?" I asked Jin.

jin - "How exactly do I dress Delphine?" She asked me curiously and with an annoyed tone.

delphine - "Well....you come to school with a crop top on, and shorts that are super short, and high heel boots, and you see no one dressing up like that here." I said to Jin.

jin - "I like to be different....when did you get here?" She asked me.

delphine - "Just now, where's Nalerie and Anna?" I asked Jin.

jin - "I don't know, Anna is probably studying and Nalerie is probably in the gym." She said to me.

delphine - "Should we go meet up with them?" I asked Jin.

⇒ Jin nodded and we went to meet up with Nalerie and Annalise.

{ TIME SKIPS }

⇒ We found Nalerie but not Annalise.

nalerie - "Finally, you two are here." She said to me and Jin.

jin - "You were waiting for us?" She asked Nalerie.

nalerie - "Yes I was, Anna was just here but she left." She said to me and Jin.

delphine - "Where did she go?" I asked Nalerie.

nalerie - "She went to her book club, we were supposed to study for the assignment together, remember?" She asked me and Jin.

delphine - "Oh yeah, I forgot. Why did she go to her book club if we have to study for the assignment?" I asked Nalerie.

nalerie - "We both were waiting for you two for 2 hours." She said to me and Jin.

jin - "I'm sorry, it took me a few minutes to beg my mom to take me to school." She said to Nalerie.

delphine - "And my mom was talking to me about when I'm going to find a lover, she said I should date my friend Adélard." I said to Nalerie.

jin - "Oh, your friend from France? Why don't you date him?" She asked me.

delphine - "No, I only see the both of us being friends, nothing more." I said to Jin.

nalerie - "But he's cute, I might get with him." She said to me.

delphine - "Go ahead." I said to Nalerie.

annalise - "There you two are! Me and Nalerie have been waiting for you two for 2 hours." She said to me and Jin coming up to us.

jin - "We know and we're sorry." She said to Annalise.

annalise - "I guess we have to study tomorrow." She said to all of us.

delphine - "Yeah....wait, weren't you with your book club?" I asked Annalise.

annalise - "I was, we just had a brief meeting." She said to me.

adélard - "Delphine!" He yelled from a distance.

⇒ I heard a familiar voice calling me. I turned around and it was Adélard. I smiled and waved to him. He ran up to me and hugged me and rested his head on my shoulder. Sometimes Adélard gets too comfortable with me. He treats me like we're dating.

delphine - "Um, Adélard, why are you hugging me?" I asked Adélard fake laughing.

adélard - "O-oh, I'm sorry." He said to me while breaking the hug.

⇒ It was so awkward because he just stared at me.

adélard - "tu vas en cours ?" (Are you going to class?). He asked me.

delphine - "Oui." (Yes). I said to Adélard.

nalerie - "Delphine, tell me something in French." She said to me.

⇒ I nodded and whispered something in Nalerie's ear.

nalerie - "Um.... Je t'aime bien." (I like you). She said to Adélard.

⇒ Adélard looked confused and just waved bye and left.

nalerie - "Did I say something wrong?" She asked me confused.

delphine - "You told him that you like him." I said to Nalerie.

nalerie - "Delphine! Why did you make me say that? Now, he might think that I'm a weirdo." She said to me.

delphine - "Adélard doesn't think you're a weirdo." I said to Nalerie.

nalerie - "Then why did he look at me confused and walked away?" She asked me while hitting me on my arm.

delphine - "I'm sorry." I said to Nalerie while rubbing my arm.

jin - "Well, you like him right?" She asked Nalerie.

nalerie - "I do but I didn't want to confess to him too early." She said to Jin.

annalise - "At least he knows you like him now." She said to Nalerie.

nalerie - "You 3 are not making this situation any better." She said to all of us.

⇒ We all laughed and eventually went to class.

{ CLASS }

⇒ All 4 of us had the same class and sat together. It was a quiet class today because we usually had substitute professors since our main professor barely comes to the class. But today, our main professor was here in class.

{ JIRO'S POV }

dante - "Tomorrow is my girl's birthday, what should I get her?" He asked us.

tyrone - "Your girl? When did you have a girlfriend?" He asked Dante.

dante - "I don't have a girlfriend, it's my fwb (friends with benefits) birthday." He said to Tyrone.

tyrone - "Fwb? How come we never met her?" He asked Dante.

dante - "She lives across the world....she's from South Korea." He said to Tyrone.

dante - "She's still learning English, but she wants to come to Florida to visit me....Jiro! Can you translate for her if she comes to visit me?" He asked me.

jiro - "I'm no one's translator." I said to Dante.

dante - "Just do it for me please." He asked me.

jiro - "Let's pay attention to the lesson." I said to Dante and Tyrone.

dante - "When have you ever payed attention to a lesson?" He asked me.

jiro - "Right now as your talking." I said to Dante.

⇒ Dante scoffed.

{ AFTER CLASS }

⇒ I fell asleep during the lesson and I was ignoring Dante yelling in my ear as I was sleeping.

dante - "I thought you were paying attention to the lesson." He said to me annoyingly.

jiro - "I was....with my eyes closed." I said to Dante.

tyrone - "That doesn't make any sense." He said to me.

⇒ I shrugged my shoulders.

{ DELPHINE'S POV }

jin - "What did the professor even teach? He hasn't been present in class for a while and he's losing his teaching abilities." She said to all of us.

annalise - "The professor taught us architecture, that's the name of the class, remember?" She asked Jin.

jin - "You know I don't pay attention to that." She said to Annalise.

⇒ Annalise scoffed.

nalerie - "So where are we headed?" She asked all of us.

delphine - "To eat-" I said but I cut myself off.

⇒ I bumped into someone aggressively that all my stuff in my hands dropped on the floor.

??? - "Watch where you're going!" He yelled at me.

delphine - "Excuse me? Who are you raising your voice at?!" I yelled at the guy.

??? - "Obviously you." He said to me.

{ ???'S POV }

⇒ The girl started to yell at me and I realized she had an accent. Her voice was a little high pitched and the way her accent overlapped her voice was kind of hot.
