It was the next morning and Harry was preparing for his first lesson which was sixth year Slytherins and Gryffindors. He was hoping to go over Boggarts with both the sixth year's and the seventh years that day. He went over to the teachers lounge and made sure that the boggart was in the cupboard and sure enough it was. He looked at the time and realised he was late. He ran back to the classroom and found the students sat in the classroom. "I'm so sorry guys!" he exclaimed. "I was making sure everything is ready for the lesson today." The class nodded and he looked around. "Alright if you can stand up and get your wands. Follow me, we are going to the teachers lounge."

The class whispered as Harry led them along the corridor and into the lounge. Harry walked up to the closet and made the students stand back. "This is a boggart. Who can tell me what a boggart is?"

A Gryffindor girl held up her hand. Harry pointed her. "Yes, what is your name?" The girl grinned sheepishly. "Marlene Mckinnon Professor. A Boggart is a creature that uses your darkest fear to fight you." Harry beamed. "Great job Marlene - 5 points to Gryffindor. Who can tell me what is the one way to combat them?" a Slytherin put up their hand this time. "Go ahead! Oh, what's your name?" The Slytherin looked up and Harry immediately recognised her. "Rita Skeeter." she said snootily. "Isn't it laughter?" she asked. Harry smiled. "Yes! Well done Rita. Five points to Slytherin. Tell me, does anyone the spell you need to use?" No hands went up. "Well now you will. Wands up everybody!" he exclaimed, cheerfully. "Now, repeat after me. Riddikulus." the class waved their wands in the same way Harry did and shouted the phrase.

Harry beamed. "Well done everyone!"ย  Now, when the Boggart comes out of the cupboard it will be your darkest fear. As soon as you see it, think of something funny and say that spell. I'll show you." Harry stepped towards the cupboard and turned back."Everyone stand back." the class pressed against the wall and he opened the cupboard hoping that it wasn't too revealing.

He felt cold and looked up to see a dementor. The screams of his mother was now even more recognisable.
Harry held up his wand and mutteredย  ย  "Riddikulus!" the Dementor turned into a kitten and the class cooed. The Boggart shook it's head and backed away. Harry shouted at someone to jump in and a young Slytherin that Harry thought was Regulus Black went ahead. The kitten turned into Walburga Black. Regulus shuddered and pointed his wand. "Riddikulus!" Walburga was suddenly dressed in a pastel crop top. Harry sniggered having met the lady's portrait.

Soon the lesson was over and it was time for the lesson Harry was looking forward to and dreading. The Seventh Year Gryffindors and Slytherins. The lesson went the same as the previous lesson with the exception of the marauders being late.

Harry was worn out by the Boggart the first time so he promised that if everyone did it, he'd show his Boggart. Surely enough, everyone managed to cast Riddikulus well.

Harry stepped up and the Boggart changed into a dementor. Harry froze. He was back in Godrics Hollow.

"Lily, take Harry and go! It's him! Go! Run! I'll hold him off -"

Harry could see green light and he gasped his wand shaking. The scene changed to Voldemort standing in front of Lily.

"Stand aside - Stand aside, girl. "

"Not Harry, you can take me, just not Harry!"

Another flash of green and he could hear a scream. Harry shook his head and pointed his wand at the figure.

"Expecto Patronum!" he yelled.

The Boggart went back back into the cupboard and Harry collapsed to the floor.
He could see the class watching him in awe and fear. "Class dismissed." he muttered. He watched as the class left.

Remus rushed up to him. "Are.. Are you alright?" Harry nodded. "I think I'll be." Remus dug into his pocket and pulled out a bar of Chocolate. "Here, eat this. It'll make you feel better."

Harry took the chocolate gratefully and took a bite of it. James sat down next to him. "What happened there if you don't mind me asking?" Harry smiled. "It's fine. I didn't think they'd hit me that hard. They haven't since I first saw one."

Sirius sat next to James. "You, you looked so scared it was almost as if you'd de-aged. You looked like a child."

Harry looked down. "I was a child when it happened. Not even a child. I was one."

Peter sat down as well. "What happened?" Harry scowled, remembering that Peter was the reason that it happened. "My parents, they got murdered by a dark wizard. When I see Dementors it takes me back to it."

Lily winced. "That must be so bad." Harry nodded. "It's the same lines each time. Take Harry and go! It's him! Go! Run! I'll hold him off - and Stand aside - Stand aside, Girl. Also, Not Harry, you can take me, just not Harry!" Harry deliberately made sure to leave out the word Lily.

Remus bowed his head. "And you're Patronus. Who taught you?" Harry looked Remus in the eye. "Only one of the best wizards I have ever met."

James seemed to have realised something and he tensed up. "Why- why a stag?" as he said it, the other Marauders looked up at Harry expectantly. Harry paled and he quickly came up with a story.

"When my parents died, Albus took me in. In the holidays we often went to a muggle forest. Whenever we went there, we would always see stag hanging out and Albus always used to say to me, 'Your father, he was like a stag. He was one of the most bravest and extraordinary men I have ever met.' The stag would come up and we'd feed them pieces of bread."

James seemed to loosen up and the others looked relieved. Lily seemed moved by the story. "Your Dad sounds like an amazing person."

Harry took another bite of the chocolate. "You guys didn't have to stay with me." He said. Sirius scoffed. "Are you really that dumb Harry? You were obviously going through something."

Harry sniffed. "I should really call my fiancรฉe..." Lily stood up. "Do you want us to go?" Harry shook his head. "No, she'll want to meet some of my students anyway."

They nodded. Harry went and got the frame. He whispered Ginny's name and waited until she appeared.

She laughed. "Everytime I see you, you look more fucked up." Harry nodded. "An accident happened in class. I have company by the way. I'm sure you'll want to meet them." He gave Ginny a look and she nodded, understanding.

He turned to the group. "This is my fiancรฉe Ginny. Ginny this is James Potter, Lily Evans, Remus Lupin, Sirius Black and Peter Pettigrew."

Lily grinned. "I love your hair!" she shouted, as if Ginny couldn't hear her. Ginny blushed. "Thanks." Harry turned the frame back to him. "I might have done Boggarts today and it was still a dementor. I heard my parents again Gins."

Ginny bit her lip. "I'm so sorry Harry. I wish I could be there for you." Harryย  looked at the time. "Shit!" Ginny rolled her eyes. "You should be getting to your dorms. Here, um." Harry grabbed a sheet of paper and wrote a note that they had been with him. He gave it to them. "My door is always open if you need anything. You all know more about me than anyone else here."

The group nodded and left. Harry smiled at Ginny. "It's getting late." Ginny nodded. "Yes, I need to put Teddy to bed."ย  Harry snorted. "He isn't in bed?" Ginny shook her head. "I promised him he'd stay up tonight. They're missing you. Teddy keeps asking me if you've seen his Daddy. What do I say?" Harry looked down at the bar of chocolate.

"Tell him that he sends all of his love."
