Pete's POV

"It's surprising how you keep pacing around Vegas. Can't you just calm down?" I asked unbelievably looking at him.

Vegas has acting been this way since Kinn announced his birthday surprise for Venice earlier today at the party. He was about to reject it when I stepped in quickly and accepted. How could he even think of rejecting such a present? Always petty.

"I will kick you out of this room if you don't stop pacing around, Vegas. You are giving me a headache." I said, shooting him a glare.

"How can I calm down Pete? Going on a vacation with the main family? They've got to be kidding me. I should have rejected it at the party but you quickly stepped in. You know how I hate to be around so many people right? Not just me but Macau and Venice as well." he replied finally sitting on the bed.

I know that, Vegas. I know you guys more than anyone else. It's time you three stop being introverted and tried to socialize with others. Besides, they are your family and I think it's time you all got along. Just like you did at the party. It's not that hard is it?" I held onto his hand.

He sighed before finally speaking up. "My cousins could be unbearable sometimes. Kinn wouldn't seize any opportunity to piss me off. Tankhun is just so loud and he's always all over the place. Kim, don't get me started on that one. You can never read that guy." He finished and I couldn't stop myself from laughing.

It's amusing when he gets this way. "What's funny, Pete? You're unbelievable" He said about to get up when I pulled him back onto the bed, kissing him.

"You know how to convince me to give in don't you?" He raised an eyebrow and I smiled at him.

"Okay, fine. We'll all go tomorrow." He finally agreed and I pulled him in for a hug. "That's more like it."

"Where's Venice by the way?" Vegas asked

"He's with Macau in his room. Let's go get him now." I replied, pulling Vegas off the bed.

Making our way over to Macau's room, we found Macau dancing for Venice and the kid was laughing so hard. "That's one funny dance Macau," Vegas says as he sat on the bed, picking up a laughing Venice into his arms.

"He was suddenly moody and I decided to dance for him and trust me, I am exhausted. Thanks for saving me guys. You can take your baby back to your room." Macau dropped his exhausted body on the sofa.

"Are you not worried about the trip tomorrow?" Vegas asked Macau.

"I have you guys around and there will be Chay as well so I am not that worried." He replied which made Vegas raise an eyebrow.

"The trip is tomorrow so we have to wake up early to pack our stuff therefore, everybody in this room needs to go to bed, and by that, I mean now," I said firmly, leaving no room for arguments. They all stared at me with unbelievable expressions.

"Well then gentlemen, off to bed you go. I ushered Vegas and Venice out. "

"Don't you dare stay up late, Macau?"

"Copy that, P' Pete." He replied before closing the door behind us.

"You are very faithful when it comes to your former boss huh?" Vegas said sarcastically as we got to our room.

"Looks like someone wants to sleep outside tonight, I guess," I replied and he quickly went quiet which made me roll my eyes.

Finally settling down for the night, Venice was already cuddled up to his dad. Vegas tried so hard not to move so he wouldn't wake the kid. He drifted off in the process.

Vegas rarely allowed Venice to sleep in his room off late. He's obsessed now with the kid. I smiled looking at how peacefully they were both sleeping. Getting closer, I wrapped my arm around the both of them and drifted off as well.

Morning came and I was already up packing our stuff. The two lazy men were still sleeping. I sighed and went back to packing.

Venice was finally up and kept trying to wake Vegas up. All no il, he slapped him hard in the face which got Vegas right up.

I laughed so hard at what happened. This kid never ceases to amaze me.

"When are you ever going to go easy on me when waking me up, buddy?" Vegas asked pouting which only made Venice giggle.

Took a while but we were all finally done and ready to leave. We were only waiting for the others to come to pick us up.

Suddenly, a loud honk came, startling all of us. You don't need to tell me who commanded that car to honk the way it did.

"Pete!!!!!"

"Get out with your family. It's time to leave." The voice said and we did not need anyone to tell us it was Tankhun.

"Is he using a megaphone speaker?" Vegas asked in shock while blocking Venice's ears from the crazy sound.

Macau was already frowning and I couldn't even blame them.

We made our way out to the car with the bodyguards helping carry our bags.

The cars were lined up outside. This family is really dramatic.

"You should know we don't make this much noise at our residence. You can do that at the main house but not here." Macau said to Tankhun who did nothing but shoot him a glare.

The door opened and Kinn got down with Porsche right behind him. Macau already went to sit in the car Chay and Kim was in.

"What's with the dramatic appearance?" Vegas asked looking at Kinn.

"You know the main family goes all out when we want to do something so would you quit complaining and let me spoil my nephew?" Kinn replied getting closer and tried taking Venice from Vegas.

We all thought the kid would refuse but to our surprise, he opened his arms to Kinn, and honestly, we were all surprised.

"You know who sponsored this trip don't you?" Porsche asked Venice unbelievably.

"No way am I letting him ride with you," Vegas said and I wasn't even surprised.

"You have no choice, Vegas. Ride in our car if you want." With that, Kinn made his way in with Venice and Porsche followed behind them.

"Fine, we'll ride with you." Vegas agreed but with an irritated look.

We both made our way in as well.

"Let's go, everyone!!!

"There's a surprise waiting for you all,” Tankhun says loudly into the speaker.

Khun No planning a surprise? Something crazy.
