Cancer POV
While sitting down on the ground in the corner of the schools library, I was finally alone to myself and my thoughts. Today has been so overwhelming and it has barely begun. I sighed and shivered, it was freezing in here. I closed my eyes and hugged my knees, exhausted. At some point I had fallen asleep.

When I woke up I found myself in the same spot yet it was different. Someone had put their jacket on me. I sat there dumbfounded, who saw me and left this here? The jacket was large and black. I went through the pocket and saw a note.

I saw you were shivering and I didn't wanna wake you so i left my jacket. When you want to return it come to dorm 414. ~ your favourite stranger.

I felt gratitude to whoever it was that gave me this. I put on the jacket, luckily it matched my outfit. I stretched my arms out and looked at my phone. It read 12:20.

"Shit, it's lunch time. They're gonna think i ditched them".

I put my phone in the pocket of the jacket and raced to the cafeteria. There at the table was virgo, taurus, leo, gemini, libra, sagittarius and capricorn.

"Hey guys sorry i'm late, I got caught up with something", I explained.

"Don't worry, we just got here only five minutes ago", leo reassured me.

I sat next to sagittarius and capricorn. The cafeteria was loud from all the students.

"Hey Tari, why is everyone so round up about?", I asked curiously.

"Oh tonight Scorpio is throwing a party and he invited everyone. It's a big deal around here."

"When's the party?", Pisces asked Sag.

"At 9, make sure to dress well i'm expecting to see all of my lovely ladies to look amazing", she smiled.

"So-",  I got cut off by a commotion from the other side of the cafeteria. It was two guys arguing. I walked up to the crowd surrounding two people and worked my way up the front. There in the middle of the crowd, I see Scorpio fighting with a random guy. I looked at him and I'm not even going to lie, he scared me. While watching him fight and yell at the guys, tears formed in the corner of my eyes and i started trembling.

Scorpio turned to me and stopped dead in his tracks. His eyes found mine and he seemed hurt.

"Canc-", he started to say but I ran away before he could finish.

I ran to the bathroom and went to the sink. I was hyperventilating and couldn't stop crying. I splashed my face with cold water trying to calm myself down.

"You're okay, you're okay, you won't get hurt, he isn't here. You're okay cancer, it isn't him", i tried to reassure myself. I couldn't get a hold of myself I was too afraid I'd get hurt. The doctors told me I finally got over the PTSD phase, fuck. I wonder if Scorpio is going to get mad at me, I distracted him. I wobbled to the library to my little corner. I cried into my knees shaking, hoping it'll be over. After about 5 minutes I heard someone walk up to me. I was too scared to lift my head up.

"P-please don't hurt me", I sobbed to the stranger.

"Why would I hurt you Cancer?, a familiar deep husky voice asked.

"Because I messed up and when I messed up at home I got punished, I don't like getting punished it hurt". I looked up at the stranger.

"Please don't hurt me", I pleaded in a broken cry.

The stranger bent down and embraced me in a big hug. I wrapped my arms around his neck and cried in their shoulder.

"Shh, it'll be okay. You're safe, i'm here alright? I won't leave you ever, i'll be here for you always", he reassured me.

"Thank you..", i whispered,

"You're welcome cancan", i yawned and looked at him sleepishly. "Here i'll carry you to your dorm". He scooped me in his arms and started walking.

"Can we go to your dorm? I don't want anyone to see me like this. It's already embarrassing enough you did", I asked. He looked down at me and nodded. I closed my eyes and drifted to sleep.

I woke up in a bed, with completely different clothes on. I had on a huge black shirt with black gym shorts. I know it seems weird that he's helping me because we only just met. The thing is that we hadn't just met. I met him 3 years ago. He saved me from some thugs but there's one thing i never understood.
Why me? I don't understand why he protects me, i wanna go ask. I get up and walk out to the kitchen.

"SCORPIO", no response. Where in the hell is he. I walk around and go to Aries room. That's when i saw him watching sleeping Aries. He had shaving cream in his hand, and scorpio was holding a feather. He tickled Aries with the feather and smacked himself in the face with a load ton of shaving cream.

"WHAT THE FUCK?", Aries screams. Scorpio runs out the door and i stand there in the door way, dumbfounded. Aries turns and looks at me.

"THIS WAS YOU CANCER? I HOPE YOU CAN RUN BECAUSE IM GONNA GET YOU BACK". I scream and run to the kitchen to hide. Aries stomps out the room with a bottle of shaving cream in hand.

"CANCER WHERE ARE YOU, COME HERE YOU LITTLE RUNT".

I tiptoe out of the kitchen and knock on sags room.

"Oh hey cancer, what's up?"

"Please let me in he's gonna murder me", i giggle.

She spots Aries with shaving cream all over him and immediately lets me in. A minute later someone came knocking on the door. Sagittarius went to open it and the second she did she got bombarded with shaving cream.

"ARIES IM GONNA FUCKING MURDER YOU", she screams.

Aries takes off running knowing that if he would of stayed she would of shoved the shaving cream bottle down his throat. I was uncontrollably laughing, my stomach hurt from how much I was cackling. I walked out the room to find the kitchen and living room empty. I heard something behind me so I quickly turned, took the person by the arm and pinned them down on the ground. I twisted their arm, tripped them then put my foot on their head.

"SHIT IM SORRY ARIES I DIDNT REALIZE THAT WAS YOU". I quickly let him go and he looked up at me.

"Holy fuck cancer how did you do that?", he asks while gasping for air.

"Wow you've been here for one day and you've already taken down one of the most feared gang members at this school", Scorpio laughed.
i turned to him and gave him a puzzled look.

"Gang member?"

"Yes, me, sag, aries, taurus and virgo are all apart of my gang. Thanks to my dad I have strong ties to the mafia and for the most part we are influential and powerful", he smirked.
I stare at him with disbelief, that explains how he saved me all those years ago.

"Why are you telling me this? Are you planning on killing me or something?", I giggle.

"Haha funny", Scorpio sneers.

"I have to go get ready for the party, i'll talk to you later. I'll see you later Scorpi ". I smile at him and go out the front door. I walk down to my dorm room. I'm roommates with pisces, gemini, libra and capricorn. I walked in and went to Libras room.

"Hello my favourite chica~", I greet her. I plop down on her bed and look at her.

"Hola mamacita, i'm picking out my outfit for tonight", she tells me.

"You should wear a white fitted crop top with the baggy black pants you have with all the pockets. It would look so good on you libby"

"You're so right, I'll wear that. You should wear your white lacey corset with your black skirt, white fishnets and white strapped heels.", she suggested.

"I'll do that exactly, but just for you bae", I blew her a kiss and made my way to pisces room.

"Hey pi and cap, what's going on?"

"We're picking out our outfit", pisces tells me.
"Is there anybody you two have your eyes on?", I question them.

"I'm definitely feeling Scorpio ", Pisces tells me. My smile fades for a spilt second but I look back up at my trusted friend.

"You guys would be cute together", I tell her. Capricorn nods in agreement with me.

"I'm definitely feeling Leo, he's really cute and he seems fun", Cap tells me.

"Leo and capricorn sitting in a tree, K-I-S". Capricorn threw something at me, cutting me off. We all laugh but even so I have a bad feeling about tonight.
