"Hey Declan! What's the deal?" Yuya shouted. After the reveal of the Battle Royal being a cover for the Lancers, Yuya started berating Declan with questions.

"I am simply trying to save our world, Yuya." Declan stated calmly, as he turned away from the group. "Once I learned warriors from the Fusion Dimension were planning to ingiltrate our home..." Delcan turns back with a serious expression. "I needed a way to stand up to them without causing a panic. The Battle Royal was the perfect camouflage for the real conflict at hand."

Kaiba adopted a smirk, "He even sent in the best students LDS had. But they failed fairly miserably, even Sawatari did better than them." This made Sylvio smile in delight.

"Exactly." Declan picked up. "But you and your friends, however, have what it takes." The frown on Yuya's face grew more.

"So you used us?" Yuya questioned angrily.

Declan answered without hesitation, "I simply used the resources available to me. By repulsing the Fusion Warriors you proved your strength today. But defending our world is not good enough. We have to take the battle to the Fusion Dimension. And you and you fellow Lancers..." Declan puts on a smile and opens his arms. "...will lead that charge!"

Yuya started to shake in rage. "And end up like our friends?" He then lifts his head up to look Declan right in the eyes. "Turned into cards? Reed and Trout," He remebered back to Reed and Trout, now turned into cards, fall to the ground. "They didn't deserve this! Nobody did! Don't you see that?" Above those, stuck in the air, are the cards of the knights. "And Yuzu, what about her?" Now Yuya starts to cry and sob.

"I wouldn't worry too much about-" Kaiba tries to speak out, but Declan stops him.

"What if they got to Yuzu, too?" Yuya continued. "She might be gone forever! And it's your fault!" "He isn't to blame." Everyone looks over to where the voice came from, it came from Serena.

"If anyone's responsible for her fate, it's me." Serena regretfully admitted.

"So Yuzu's M-I-A 'cause of you? Gong don't even know who you are lady!" Serena turns to Gong, ready to reveal her identity.

"My name is Serena. I'm from the Fusion Dimension!" After hearing that, everyones eyes widened in shock. But Sylvio satrted to investigate her with this new information. This was quickly shut down by Moon Shadow though. And this allowed Serena to state why Yuzu had swapped clothes with he: to find Shun and have him explain what truly happened in the Xyz Dimension.

Declan continued to taunt Yuya, which lead to them dueling. And this was held on the Action field, Neo Heartland City.

A look of confusion and a feeling of nostalgia wept over Zackary. As if he had been in Heartland before... lived there before.

"Matthew..." Zackary thought to himself. He knew why this had happened, because of Matthew being apart of him now.

But soon after Shun failing to explain everything to Serena, where Declan had to fill in the holes, the duel between Yuya and Declan began. Yuya didn't wait to summon both Rune Eyes and Beast Eyes on his second turn. Rune Eyes made quick work out of all 3 of Declans kings, while Beast Eyes failed a direct attack due to Declan using the trap D/D/D Contract Change to banish Gust King Alexander and take no damage. But at the same time add a D/D Pendulum to his hand.

Declan let's slip the fact Yuzu wasn't carded, but let the others think Obelisk Force just took her prisoner. Of course, only Declan, Kaiba and Chase know what happened to Yuzu, but the last one tagged along with her. This leads into Declan Pendulum Summoning D/D/D Oblivion King Abyss Ragnarok and use it's effect to bring back Wave King Caesar.

Then using a combo to get rid of both Rune Eyes and Beast Eyes. First, using Abyss Ragnarok's ability to send Necro Slime to the grave and banish Rune Eyes Pendulum Dragon. Then using Nerco Slimes ability to fuse Wave King Caeser and Abyss Ragnarok into D/D/D Wave Oblivion King Caesar Ragnarok and add a Dark Contract to his hand. Then Carsar Ragnarok destroys Beast Eyes.

But this doesn't stop Yuya's approach. He goes into Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon but Declan is able to live the attack and get rid Odd Eyes Pendulum Dragon. Then he Pendulum Summons Abyss Ragnarok and D/D/D Doom King Armageddon. And afterwards use them to Xyz Summon D/D/D Due-Dawn King Kali Yuga.

And this monster destroys Dark Rebellion. But Yuya is able to live and brings back Dark Rebellion and Odd Eyes Pendulum Dragon to Xyz Summon into Odd Eyes Rebellion Dragon. But not even this is able to stop Declan. As he activates Kali Yuga's ability to destroy every card on the field and use Dark Contract with Renewall which allows him to use Yuya's Wings of Misdirection's effect. Which raises Kali Yuga's ATK to 4300 and for Odd Eyes Rebellion Dragon to get destroyed due to having less ATK and causes Yuya to lose the duel.

After the duel, Declan walks up to Yuya, who is on the ground. "Your endgame needs substantial improvement." He points out. "There's still much you need to learn if you want to rescue Yuzu." Yuya groans in pain. "Still, you do show promise. You all do. Your Pendulum Summoning skills have developed more quickly than I expected, and that's just what I need to take on the Fusion Dimension. So instead of just Yuya," Declan turns towards everyone else "I will make you all my Lancers. Together we will travel to the Fusion Dimension."

Kaiba closes his eyes, "I'll be tagging along, not to become one of your Lancers Reiji, but to see if these other Dimensions have any note worthy duelists." Kaiba then opens his eyes with a serious expression. "So I can then prove I'm the best duelist in not only this Dimension but in all of them!"

After that, Reiji walked away, with Kaiba in toe. "Claude, did you record the data I requested from this duel?" Declan asked of his assistant.

"Yes, Mr. President." Claude responded.

"Well done." Declan congratulated. "I want to review everything.

Yuya clutches his fist while on the ground. "I have to face the facts." He slowly starts to get. "Declan was right. I'm not strong enough to rescue Yuzu yet. But I promise, one day, I will be." One his knees he then shouts "Yuzu!"

The later that day, everyone was sent back to tournament grounds. There, Nico Smiley began to announce and introduce them. "The Battle Royal is now over!" Nico announced as excitedly as ever. "They've taken on fiery flames, icy icebergs, jungly jungles, and raucous ruins, but nothing could stop them from taking center stage on our center court!"

Shadows of the group were shown in the entrance way, since it was so bright. "I know we had some technical difficulties and couldn't watch the duels in their entireties-- sorry but no refunds, folk-- so even I'm curious to see who made it through to the next round!" Nico exclaimed joyously. The group was now visible. "And here they are now! Give it up for these ten dynamic duelists."

The kids in the stands were excited to see their friends make it. "There's Yuya, right in front." Tate excitedly said.

"And Yuzu's there, too!" Allie stated with just as much excitement.

As the group fully entered the main stage, a group of cheerleaders started, to well cheer, "The... great... ten!"

Yoko began to look a little pale in disappointment seeing that Reed failed to make it. "You'll just have to feast your eyes on Yuya snd Yuzu then." Shuzo said with a smile on his face. Everyone wasn't looking all to excited once they stopped walking, except for Dennis and Sylvio. "Just look at Yuya and Yuzu-- they're both totally exhausted." Then they started to discuss over why Sylvio and Aura were down there, since they had lost in the first round.

Then a bunch of people started to dog pile on Sylvio, calling him a cheater, asking him if his politician dad got him back in. It wasn't stopped until Sylvio took Nico's microphone. "Be quiet, all of you! I got here for one simple reason! I got the skills that give the chills, cause the thrills, and pay the cable bills, so silence all the banter, and show some respect to this Lancer!" That last part of Sylvio's rhymes got people wondering what a Lancer was.

The feed then cuts to Henrietta. "Ladies and gentlemen, I have an important announcement to make on behalf of the Leo Corporation." She started. "I ask that you remain calm, as this may come as a great shock. Effective immediately the Arc League Championship will be... suspended indefinitely!" This did indeed come as a great shock. For what reason would call for this course of action.

"There is no easy way to say this." Henrietta continued. "The reason for suspending the Championship is that, during the Battle Royal, and enemy force from another dimension has invaded our world! We've learned some extremely disturbing facts about how this group operates. As organizers of this tournament, the Leo Institute feels it's absolutely essential to reveal the truth about what's happening, no matter how ominous and unsettlingly that truth is."

"To invade the dimension we live in, the invaders sent their elite army Obelisk Force. When we discovered this, we decided to shut down the live broadcast of the Battle Royal to avoid panic not only here in Miami City but throughout the whole world." This got crowd spiraling again. Wondering what all this new information ment. Some of them didn't even believe what Henrietta was telling the truth. But everyone who knows wishes that were the case.

"I understand the cause for doubt," Henrietta's voice cuts through the crowds many voices. "but if you don't believe me, see for yourselves!" Footage is played on the big screen. This footages show an Obelisk Force soldier carding a duelist. This, obviously, terrifies the audience. Julia and Kit start discussing whether this is why they haven't been seeing Dipper.

This led into an introduction to the Lancers. There was even footage played Shun and his group defeating some Obelisk Soldiers, and Zander facing Sora. Thanks to Henrietta, the crowd starts cheering Lancers but, most of those Lancerd aren't exactly thrilled.

"The way she makes it sound, Sora's one of the enemies." Shuzo says in utter disbelief.

"She's lying! That can't be true!" Allie shouts in rage.

"Allie's right." Tate joins in. "Sora's always been our friend. But that doesn't explain why he was dueling when he was out of the tournament."

"He might have gotten a do-over like Sylvio did." Allie tried to explain.

Tate didn't seem totally convinced. "But why was he battling Zander then? Everyone else was battling against the enemy except them."

Henrietta continued to praise the Lancers and then told everyone they needed to train harder and that the Leo Institute will help that. Basically advertising the Leo Due School. This made everyone in the crowd want to be a Lancer. Even Kit and Julia. Then the screen changed from say Lancers to Declan sitting in a chair.

Declan then purposed that the students of the Leo Institute will stand as warriors for their world. The crowd was loving this. Then, Declan stated that he would be battling with them. And the crowd was eating this up. But Kit and Julia were confused. Where was Chase?

"He said he needed to do something important, but never came back." Kit said. "I was hoping it was Declan or something."

Julia had a concern look on her face. "I hope he and Dipper weren't carded."

After everything was over, instead stopping to talk to their friends, Zackary and Zander bid their farewells and went home.

"Man." Zackary said, while staring at the ceiling of their home.

Zander took off his jacket. "I'm gonna take a long hot shower and head to bed." He then headed upstairs, leaving Zackary all by his lonesome.

Zackary began to wonder to himself, Should restructure my deck a bit? Maybe I should trim off some the edges. Then he thought of which cards to remove. Berserker is cool but I think should get rid of 'em, along with 1 copy of Delta and the other magnets. I can still use Delta to go into Utopia so he's somewhat useful. Oh wait my 2 Magician Navigations came today I can add those and take out the Marshmacarons. Maybe I should also go out and get Rank 7 Xyz Monsters that'd be helpful.

'May I suggest Ebon Illusion Magician?' Zackary nodded before realizing what had just happened. "What the?" Zackary turned his head to the right. He was shocked to see a transparent Matthew floating next to him.

'Yo.' Zackary was at a loss for words. He had thought Matthew was just inside of him. That they were one being.

"How are you here? I thought I somehow absorbed you. I thought we were one." Zackary questioned. The spirit of short time friend smiled, happy to answer.

'You aren't totally wrong.' Matthew began. 'You did absorb me. But our souls didn't join together. Like with Yuya, you now have two souls inside of you. And that soul is mine.'

Zackary nervously nodded. "Are..." Zackary couldn't get the words out, but he felt terrible for what happened to Matthew.

'Sort of, yeah.' Matthew answered. He was a part of Zackary now so he could read his mind. 'But it isn't all bad though. This way we can carry on hope together. Improve as duelists and people. And we both can help everyone, in the dimensions, even the Fusion Dimension, join forces and strive for a bright, bright future.'

Zackary nodded in agreement. "And the first step is improving my deck. Also how did you know about Ebon?" Zackary asked.

'When you and Zander were walking home, I saw it and Magi Magi Magician Gal in a shop that shouldn't be far from here.' The black haired spirit answered.

"Sweet!"

'I'd also suggest getting rid of Curse of Dragonfire, Gaia, Sentry Soldier of Stone and those Black Luster Soldier cards.' Matthew suggested, and Zackary did so.

"So now the monsters left are Spellcasters, magicians specifically, Silver and Gold Gadgets, 2 copies of each, Celtic Guard of Noble Arms, for Xyz Summoning, 1 Delta the Magnet Warrior for the same purpose and Rainbow Kuriboh. Along with my Ritual Magicians." Zackary continued tweaking his deck, with Matthew's help, eventually they would go and buy those Xyz Magicians Matthew was talking about, among other cards that could help.

The Next Day, Zackary and Zander arrive at the Leo Institute, where they find Sylvio, Serena, Dennis, Moon Shadow and Shun already there.

"Yo guys." Zackary greeted. He was mostly ignored, except by Dennis who walked over to him and his brother.

"How's it hanging you two?" Dennis asks the shorter boys.

Zander took the liberties of answering, "It's been fine, now that we're refreshed we're ready for whatever's gonna happen." While Dennis and Zander conversed over Xyz Monsters or something, Zackary took notice of Serena's bracelet. And decided to walk over to her to asked about it.

"So, where'd you get your bracelet from?" Zackary asked nonchalantly. Serena wasn't expecting him to come up to her to ask about some as unimportant as her bracelet.

"What do you care?" Serena glared at him, as if trying to tell him to leave.

"I just thought it looked pretty cool. Really like the purple." Zackary's voice brimmed with curiosity.

Serena sighed. "Well, I don't really know. From what I could recall I've had since I was a child. It's special to me for some odd reason." Zackary grinned as Serena pointed at his pendant. "Where'd you get that?"

Zackary took off the pendant hung it infront of Serena. 'It's called the Emperor's Key.' His spiritual friend told him.

Right. Zackary thought. "It's called the Emperor's Key, it was given to me by a friend. He told me it's a sign to keep the hopes of others up. Pretty cool huh?" Zackary explained.

"Yeah. It looks nice." Serena muttered.

A couple minutes almost an hour passes for Gong and Yuya to finally show up. After a snarky remark from Sylvio and Dennis taking a shot for them at Sylvio, Declan comes down the stairs.

Dennis dashes to Declan snd assumes a salute. "The Nine Natural Talents have reported in and are ready for you orders, sir."

"We are more than nine." Declan corrects.

Dennis apologizes for miscounting. "Including you, we are ten!"

"We're 11." Declan corrects once again.

Dennis looks in confusion, but as Kaiba walks down the stairs he thinks he gets it. "Ah yes, I apologize for leaving you out Kaiba."

Kaiba smirks at his idiocracy. "I don't count, remember. I'm not part of your circus brigade Reiji calls the Lancers." He corrects with his arms crossed. Declan nods his head.

"Riley is our 11th Lancer." Declan states as Riley walks out on the highest step.

Shun immediately tries to shut this, "We're not going on field trip." Riley was looking down nervously. "How're we supposed to take on Academia in the Fusion Dimension if we have to babysit? The kid'll get in our way."

Shun brings up a decent point but Declan disagrees. "As a duelist, Riley could stand up to any one of you." This enraged Sylvio quickly, wondering how a small child could stand up to him.

Dennis takes a different approach, choosing to greet Riley. "Hi there. Bet you're awesome if Declan wants you on our squad. How old are you?"

"Take a wild guess, genius." Sylvio shouts. "I bet that small fry hasn't made it out of nursery school yet." Riley turns around. "And anyway, what's Riley done to earn the honor of battling beside me, the world's top Pendulum duelist?"

"Give Gong a break, Sylvio." Gong said. "Yuya's the Pendulum master here. The only thing you're tops at is tootin' your own horn."

"I don't like it one bit." The rebellious Xyzian states. "Attaking the Fusion Dimension is tough enough without having to keep our eyes on that kid."

Declan's expression is unchanged, "Then it's a good thing we won't be going there." Everyone, except Kaiba, is shocked to hear this. "Our first destination will be the Synchro Dimension."

"Why would we go there instead of Fusion?" The Raid Raptor user questions.

"Because Obelisk Force hasn't invaded there yet." Declan answers swiftly. "If we get there first, we can recruit duelists and form an alliance between the Synchro Dimension and ours."

'Doesn't that mean we'ed have to encounter the Junk guy?' Matthew wondered.

Possibly. Though I wouldn't worry to much. At least this time we might not have to fight. Zackary thought to his spiritual ally.

"By standing together, we can crush Academia." Declan made sound reasoning, but Shun wasn't having it.

"We don't have time to stumble around looking for friends. Our best chance against Academia is to strike now. We can catch them by surprise and end this fight once and for all." Shun declared.

"Your plan is perfect if you want us to me with disaster." Declan said with obvious sarcasm.

"What?" Questioned a taken aback and angry Shun.

"I'm afraid Obelisk Force is more formidable than you realize." Declan stated with the utmost seriousness. "Defeating them will require a larger fighting force than we currently have, plus careful preparations."

Shun has had enough of Declan at this point. "I should've know it was a mistake to team up with you. If you're too timid to bring the fight to them, I'll go it alone."

'Shun...' Matthew's voiced was full of remorse but also disappointment.

"You'll never win." Serena said with honesty. "I've seen you take Obelisk Force and I know how good you are, but don't forget they out number you. The Professor gathered warriors from all over Fusion and trained them to be ruthless in battle. You can't beat them alone, no matter how skilled you are. Declan's plan makes sense. Our mission won't be easy but by building up our forces and planning our assault carefully, this is a fight we can win. Don't worry, you're sister's going to be okay, trust me."

"The Professor didn't hurt me and he won't hurt Ruri. After all, we're practically twins. Triplets if you count Yuzu." Yuya gasped a bit hearing her name. "For some reason, the Professor must be trying to bring all of us together. That has to be why he had Ruri taken to Academia and it also explains why he sent Obelisk Force to hunt me down. And hunt down Yuzu."

Dennis jumps a bit before looking away nervously. "I don't have a clue what the Professor is planning to do with us, but it must be important to him. He's putting a lot of time and resources into finding us. So the last thing he's want is to put us in harm's way. Ruri may be scared, but she's definitely safe." Shun huffs.

"And Yuzu, do you think she's safe, too?" Asked a worried Yuya.

"Yuzu isn't at Academia." The answer she gave made Yuya gasp. Then she turned her eyes to Declan. "Is she, Declan?" Then everyone put their attention on Declan. "Tell them what you told me. Yuzu transported away with 2 Synchro duelists."

Dennis, weirdly, gasped hearing the news, after realizing what he did he covered his mouth. Well, I'll be fused. He thought. I thought the Professor had her for sure.

Must be Yugo and Liam. Zackary thought.

'Those are their names?' Matthew asked.

Yup.

"Is that really true?" Yuya asked slightly annoyed with being kept in the dark. "Did you see Yuzu go to the Synchro Dimension?"

Before Declan could answer, Kaiba decided to add something, "Not only her, but Katsuya aswell. They traveled together."

This put Yuya's nerves on ease a little, knowing how strong of a duelist not only Yuzu was but also Chase. They should be able to look out for each other until they got there.

"1 of them grabbed Yuzu and then Chase ran up on the scene. After that though, they vanished." Declan continued off of Kaiba. "Earlier in the Battle Royal, those same duelists defeated 3 members of Obelisk Force. When I witnessed that confrontation, I knew at once we should ally with Synchro."

Serena turned back to Yuya, "We'll find Yuzu in Synchro, I'm sure of it. We have to get there fast before Obelisk Force finds her." Then she directs her attention back at Shun. "Don't be foolish, Shun. You know that this is the best way to save your sister." Shun agrees, albeit very reluctantly, and turns to Serena who nods.

Everyone puts on their Duel Disks. "My technicians equipped these Duel Disks with positron warp devices that can spring us to other dimensions." Declan explains. "They reversed engineered this technology using a Duel Disk from the Xyz Dimension."

"How'd you get you hands on an Xyz Duel Disk?" Shun questioned. But then he had thought he figured it out, "Oh, I know..." He glares at Yuya and Zackary. "Someone got it for you by swiping it from Yuto and or Matthew." He then turns to the shorter boys. "And I'm betting that somebody is at least one of you two! I never believed that either of them just gave you two their ace monsters. Both of you stolenit from them. Along with their Duel Disks."

But he doesn't stop there, he then points at Zackary, "I'm weighing towards you. Since you not only do you have Utopia Beyond, you also have Gagaga Magician, Gagaga Girl, and his pendant!" Zackary stepped back a bit, and Serena was a little shocked at this accusation.

'Tch' Matthew very upset at this, how could he say something that to his new partner. But then the world around him and Shun turned black, and Yuto appeared.

'You're wrong!' Yuto exclaimed. Seeing Yuto shocked Matthew, but Shun, seeing the both of them was beyond that. 'You can count on Yuya as a true friend. He will never betray us. Trust me Shun!'

'That goes for Zackary as well.' Matthew added.

"Yuto... Matthew..." Shun said astonished, seeing his two friends again.

But soon everything went back to normal. A concerned Yuya asked Shun, "Something wrong?"

"No." Shun turned away.

"Back to business." Declan quickly put the attention off of what happened. "Your Duel Disks have been installed with cutting-edge technology that enables them to activate Action Fields."

"Thanks to me of course, although my Duel Disk could create an Action Universe if I so choose so." Kaiba said cutting Declan off. This earns a groan from Zackary and sigh from Matthew.

"Anywho, it's important to become experts with the new functions of your Duel Disks. Pendulum Summoning and Action Cards are two weapons that are adversary does not have. These are the keys to our victory." After he explained that, he instructed everyone to take their Dimensionizers, which everyone did. Said he uploaded the coordinates for the Synchro Dimension in the cards. And told them to insert the cards, but wait to activate it until he said so. And then he counted down, and they all disappeared, into a blinding light, supposedly to the Synchro Dimension.

"Wakey, wakey."

Right now Yugo was trying to wake a sleeping Yuzu, while Liam made sure to hold Chase down, just incase he woke up.

"Hello, anybody in there?" Then Yuzu stirred awake. What she wakes up to is Yugo, insanely close to her face. "Hey, you snore pretty loudly." In her shock. Yuzu screeches and pushes Yugo off of her.

"Yugo!" Shouted a concerned Liam. What Liam didn't know is that Chase had been faking being asleep. So at this moment Chase's eyes burst open and pushes Liam off of him.

"You know, I only came over to make sure you were okay." Yugo said, raising from the ground where he had landed against his Duel Runner. "Guess getting a thank you is totally out of the quesion, huh?"

Chase walks over to the downed Yugo. "You've got tons of explaining to do pal."

"Huh? Me?" Yugo was rather offended, seeing as, in his mind, he had done nothing wrong.

Liam got back up, and got between the two. "Let's calm down." He turns to his younger friend. "Yugo, are you and your Duel Runner okay?"

Yugo, confused looked behind him to see his Duel Runner had fallen over. He concluded that it must've been from because Yuzu, pushed him to hard and/or from all the driving he was doing. I was unfortunate his Duel Runner wasn't as great as Liam's. "Oh no!" Then he immediately went see if it was okay.

A couple hours later, Yugo had completed the fixing process. Chase was standing infront of Yuzu, just to make sure Liam doesn't try anything. Then Yugo started talking about how he thought he needed to replace thrusters and how spare parts are hard to come around here. This got Chase and Yuzu wondering.

Chase decided to voice his curiosity, "Where is here exactly?"

Yugo and Liam turned to him. "This place..." Liam began. "Is our home. The Synchro Dimension."

"Welcome!" Yugo exclaimed excitedly.

This made Yuzu and Chase even more confused. "Synchro Dimension?" Chase questioned.

Yuzu brushed past him, "But I'm supposed to be in the middle of a battle royal! The last thing I remember was..." She thought back what had happened, with Yuri and Andrew, how her bracelet made them disappeared, then Yugo and Liam showing up. Then Chase, and after that they disappeared.

"That must be... how we ended up in the Synchro Dimension" Yuzu gasped slightly after saying that.

While Yuzu seemed to have figured everything out, Chase was just as confused as before. "You mean to tell me I'm in a different dimension, one named after an Extra Deck summoning method?"

The two Synchro boys nod before Liam explains that theres a Fusion and Xyz Dimension too. "Well which one are me and Yuzu from? The Normal Dimension?"

"Close. But it's called the Standard Dimension." Liam said with a sheepish smile on his face.

"THAT'S JUST A FANCY WAY OF SAYING NORMAL!" Chase exploded out.

Yuzu ignored Chase's outburst in favor of asking something. "What were names again, Yo-yo and something else."

"MY NAME IS YUGO! NOT YO-YO! AND HIS NAME IS LIAM! GET IT RIGHT!" Yugo shouted in rage, which scared Yuzu. Then Yugo turns around, immediately calmed down. "You really aren't Rin. There's no way Rin would get my name wrong, let alone not remember Liam's."

The name Rin. It made Yuzu think back to when Yuri told her how much she reminded him of her and Ruri. But then she looked down, saddened.

"Yugo, Liam. I wouldn't be surprised if the guys who came after me also took Rin." Both Yugo and Liam jolted.

"You met the bastards who took Rin?" Liam asked.

"I'm not 100%, but these guys definitely had sketch written all over them, well, 1 more than the other." Yuzu answered. "Who is this Rin person?"

Yugo got in face, "How could you let him go?" Yugo said seriously. His expression lightened when Yuzu apologized.

Chase flicked Yugo's forehead before shouting "How 'bout ya back off a bit bub!"

Yugo's rage flared up again. "What do you want! A duel!"

"That'd be fine by me bucko." Chase pressed his forehead against Yugo's. Both of them giving each other a deathglare.

Liam grabbed Yugo by the back of his collar and pulled him away from Chase. Them he put his hand on Chase's chest. "Listen, now's not the time to be fighting. You two seem lost, I'm afraid I'm not sure how I'll be able to help you. If Yugo was still back there I'd be able to..." He stopped himself, he believed he let out too much. "Being displaced sucks, I know, but at least it's somewhere not so bad, at least most of the time."

"Yeah." Yugo agreed. "You two will get used to being here, I remember the first we got transported to another dimension." Yugo pulls out Clear Wing Synchro Dragon. "It's a day I'll never forget. It's the day I lost Rin Rin. We'd been best friends since like forever. And we had a pretty great older brother in Liam. We were inseparable... until we were separated."

In a flashback, Rin was running away from someone. "Looks like someone found a dead end." A familiar, cocky ridden voice goes out to Rin. The girl turns around to see her aggressors. "You're going to come with us." Two boys, with a clear height difference walk up to Rin. "You can do this the easy way or the hard way." Rin backs up to the wall, scared for her life. "I hope it's the hard way!" The shorter one laughs sinisterly, but the tall stayed silent.

While that was happening, Yugo and Liam were searching for her. They eventually find the dead end she was at, but now she was knocked out, the tall one threw her over his shoulder.

"Let her go you bastards!" Liam shouted. The cloaked figures turned around, both their faces being visible. The shorter had a grin on his face, while the one carrying Rin wasn't holding a serious expression.

"Don't do anything crazy, you got that?" Yugo warned.

But then both figures pulled out a card, that look similar to the Dimensionizers Declan and the Lancers used. "I'm so sorry, but crazy is what I do best!" The short one stated without care. "Buh-bye!" Both of them put the cards in there Duel Disks. A purple light shined, then they were gone.

"Rin Rin!" Yugo shouted, both confused and worried at what happened. Then Yugo shouted out Rin's name again. But after that, something began to glow on Yugo's Duel Runner. He walked over to it, and saw that it was his Duel Disk. Suddenly, Clear Wing Synchro Dragon popped out of it. He grabbed it and the glow started to get brighter.

Liam seemed to know what was happening. As he went to his Duel Runner and grabbed Stardust Synchro Dragon. "Stardust!" Then Stardust Synchro Dragon glowed, and that's where the flashback ended, but that last part, with Stardust, was in Liam's mind, he didn't share it.

"Next thing I knew, we were in the Xyz Dimension." Yugo concluded. "We've seen some terrible things, but nothing could prepare us for what we saw." Yugo then goes into how he and Liam met Yuto and Matthew. And how they began to duel. Yuzu asked if they knew who those guys they encountered were, and Yugo answered by saying they were the ones who kidnapped Rin.

"You're wrong!" Yuzu corrected, which got everyones attention. "Those two were Yuto and Matthew. They don't have Rin."

This brought Liam and Yugo great confusion. "Yuto? Matthew?" Liam questioned. Yuzu explains that basically the same thing that happened to them happened to Matthew and Yuto. But she made the mistake of calling Rin Yugo's girlfriend. This got Yugo all flustered, but he did clear that up as untrue. But he starts yammering on about what she and he do if they were.

Yuzu didn't care much though, and asked if that that was the first time he dimension hopped. He confirmed it and said Clear Wing was what brought him back and forth. Through this Yuzu thought of a connection, between Yuya, Yuri, Yugo and Yuto but also Zackary, Andrew, William, and Matthew.

"Maybe you're on to something. We've all got monsters named after summoning methods, and it seems our faces are always near each other. But what's going on with all of it." Liam thought out loud.

"I wish I knew," Yuzu admitted. "because I think it involves me, too. Rin's not the only one that looks like me. There are two other girls. I mentioned Ruri, the other is Serena. So then there's four of each of us. What can all this mean?"

Chase has been lying there, staring into the sky. "Man, this is all so... weird isn't it." He muttered as Yuzu, Yugo and Liam were putting what they know together.

"Well let's go find out!" Yugo declares. This cut through Chases train of thought. Yugo had declared that they're going to Academia to find Rin. But this broke down when he tried to get Yuzu to make her bracelet glow. She stated it only glowed when two Yuya's and Zackary's were near, but there were only 1 of each. So Yugo thought she could just call them there, but at the thought of Yuya, and how much she missed him, she started crying.

Yugo gave a handkerchief he had on him to Yuzu so she could wash her tears. She then suggested they could use his card, but ran into the same problem of it not working voluntarily.

"Hey, didn't you mention something Liam." Chase called out.

Liam tensed up. "What do you mean."

"Earlier, you said that if Yugo had still be in Standard you'd be able to do something." Chase started. "What was it?"

"It doesn't matter. Yugo's right here so there'd be be no point in telling you." Liam stated, rather seriously, almost in a threatening tone.

"Oh no!"

The older two turned to the direction of the scream. It was Yugo, and had ean over to his Duel Runner. Liam noticed 2 Tops, a mother and child near Yugo. The woman, alerted two other Tops about her sighting of 4 Commons, mentioning that one had branding mark, signifying that one used to be a prisoner.

The 2 Tops confronted the group, saying that the Villa was for Topsiders only. "Tch." Liam turn his head to Chase. "Come with me and get on my Duel Runner! We gotta go!"

Yugo threw Yuzu a spare helmet and told her to get on. Liam and Chase get on Liam's Duel Runner. Both Runners engines start and they ride away. But not before one of the Tops tells someone to call Sector Security.

"Hello?" A rough voice came out the Tops' phone.

"Yes, sir, we found some Commons in the Villa. And one of them has been in the facility."

A slam could be heard from the other side of the phone. "What did he look like? Where was the mark? Was his Runner red?"

The Top stammered a bit, but was able to give this certain officer confirmation on who this duelist was. That officer? He goes by Tetsu Trudge. And he has history with the prisoner who rides a red Duel Runnner.
