Summary: you were Giyuu's 'only' friend, according to Shinobu, but the two of you really weren't that close in your mind.  So it was a surprise to you that he flipped out after hearing the news of you getting a boyfriend.

As your phone lit up with a text, Tomioka Giyuu could only watch as your face lit up with an expression of sheer joy.

You typed back to whoever it was pretty quickly, and went back to talking to him.  Since you were so quick to ignore whoever it was, Giyuu brushed it off as you talking to your parent/guardian.

Until it happened again, a few minutes later.

Your phone went off, you giggled, responded, and waited for a reply.  When it came in, you zoned out of the conversation you and Giyuu were having.

Eventually, he had enough, and he asked who you were texting.

Hoping against everything that his suspicions weren't correct, Giyuu could only stare in horror as you destroyed his whole world.

"Well... I'm talking to my boyfriend.  He's in your class, Giyuu-san!  You know Shinazagawa Sanemi, right?"

Anger and jealousy burned through him, and he wanted to rip Sanemi's name from your memory.  That rat-faced dick!  How dare he get with you, knowing damn well you were taken?

You took note of Giyuu's angry expression, and asked him what was wrong.  That was what made him snap.

"Break up with Shinazagawa," he stated bluntly.

You stared at him, confusion and hurt written all over your face.  "Excuse me?"

Giyuu tried again, this time his words coming out deathly quiet. 

"Break up with Shinazagawa.  Or I will kill him."

Confusion and hurt changed to horror and terror as you realized he was completely serious.

Fearing for his safety, you did as Giyuu asked.

"You're going to date me now.  Or I'll kill everyone you know."

For the sake of your loved ones, you had no choice but to agree.
