Aadya's pov

Something was wrong . Like really. Ebba never stopped crying since the day we chased by the pack of wolves. And my pendant was with that guy. I did have some spare lavender ashes. I was in my so called home . But I was packing everything . I know that I needed to leave before things gets worse. I lived there after 12 after I found the place . I didn't really had any friends or relatives but there was one guy who talks to me and the only guy I trust the most. He was also homeless just like me when I met him .He was in his late 35 and understand that I was starving and he gave me half of his bread. By now he was around his 40 and I always share whatever I get with him. He doesn't know anything about me but he take care of me for around two years after I got off the woods . He thought me how to steal and that's where I got it from . I lived with him for 2 years on the street and I finally found this place . I asked him to come  stay here with me but he never wanted that . Thinking about it now  to leave this place I am really going to miss him . Other than him I will miss my sister too . Thr only person I know where she was sleeping. The night I moved towards the  south in order not to caught.

Ethan's pov

I was curious what was in the pendants that hidden her scent . This was my first time seeing something like this . I mean if its wolf bane it's lethal. Putting it over the neck may slowly decrease your power and kill your wolf . But she was in good shape.

Right now I knew what exactly I should do. Visit Aquamoon pack .One of the most powerful and oldest  packs that still exists. From the beginning the pack was ruled by female Alpha or Luna and it was clearly a closed pack . One wrong move and heads might get slaughtered and on the floor in a single finger snap. I carefully entered their territory .

Rumors have it that they killed their own next Luna and her family cause she married a mate who was out of the pack . That's just ruthless.

An old woman in her late 50s approached me. Eventhough she was old she was fierce and her wolf's arora was so strong that made my me  bow to her in an instant without thinking. Her fierce full blue eyes scanned the me entirely but before I can say anything she said lavender ashes.

"What?" I looked confused.

"The bottle in the pendant contains lavender ashes which is making your wolf submissive "she said with a serious face on.

"How did you k-know?" I slurred.

" I lived long enough to know darling . Well when you wear it or have it around you ...you basically have control over your wolf and physically no other wolves can recognise your smell . Your wolf will fear you and obey you ..well why does an alpha like you having it in your hands ?" She said with a smile but I know it was something serious.

"I ..I mean I can't believe what you are saying ...the person who possessed this had a strong ability both in human and wolf form.  Her wolf was powerful and strong and it has the potential to beat me " I gasped.

She laughed as if she knew what was goings on . " Where did you find this dear ? " She asked . I wasn't sure whether to answer this question or not . It may be very dangerous for Lexus .

" I got it from my mate who is on the run . She is not accepting me as her mate .Oh and she has an unidentified birthmark" I said cautiously knowing there might be consequences but hey I had nothing to loose so yeah . I pulled a piece of folded paper from me pocket and showed it to her. She gasped in horror.

"This can't be happening.." she said  giving me a death glare
