- Together -

They warped to a forest, close to where the ship had went missing. "Could you both go find clues?" The sapphire had said. Both went together in the forest. "So, your welcome-" Copper said, smiling and happy. "Yeah, thanks again." Sugar had smiled as well. Sugar Pearl had thought of the fact when Copper caught her, she kind of liked it. Wait, 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵. Sugar had never felt like that. Sure, she knew everyone liked her and she liked it back, but it all seemed fake. She never truly liked it. Copper on the other hand never been liked.

As they walked, copper tripped on a rock, and Sugar caught her. "O-oh, thanks." Copper said, blushing a little bit. It wasn't visible though. As they continued to walk, they saw the most beautiful things. Earth was in fact beautiful. They ventured off further and found themselves at a cliff. It was a perfect view of the sunset. Copper walked forward and sat down. "Copper! We have to get going!" Sugar started to get mad, but copper didn't care. This was a 'gem' to see when you don't ever get to see such beauty. Copper pat the patch of grass next to her, looking at Sugar. The pearl rolled her eyes and sat down. It was beautiful. "You know we have to get going soon, right?" Sugar Pearl said, trying not to ruin the moment. "Yeah, I know. This is more important to me right now. I wish I could come here every single day and night. And I think both of us adds more importance to it." Copper said, kind of flustered. Sugar had a light blush and giggled. "Y'know, I didn't know you for long, but I like your spots. I think they add an extra shine to you." Sugar said. Copper smiled, "Same with you as well, I like your, crown! And you're shall, it makes you look, beaut- I mean...! Cool...!" Copper said, embarrassed but flustered at the same time. Sugar smiled. She rested her head on Copper's shoulder. She soon fell asleep, knowing it was a safe place to be herself.

They stayed there until it got dark, and Copper woke Sugar up.

"Hey, Sugar? You fell asleep on me, and we have to go." Copper said gently. "Hm... AAAH! I'm sorry! Uh, where is sapphire?" Sugar asked, trying not to be a blushing mess. They both went and looked for Sapphire. Soon they found her. "Finally, you've returned. You both must have been busy. Did you find anything?" Sapphire asked. "Oh! We didn't unfortunately," Copper said, trying to force herself not to smile. "What a shame, let's go then. Over to this path!" The sapphire said, leading them on another path.
