6-year anniversary

Today, October 20th, marks the sixth anniversary of a special occasion - my own personal milestone...

I can't believe it has been so long since I last wrote anything. I was a complete novice in high school when I started as a freshman. Not many people can say that, can they?

Whenever I share my experiences with others, they are always taken aback. I believe it's fair to call these updates "entries" since they occur sporadically, and I have previously touched upon them.

I vividly recall my time in English 1 as a freshman. I was riddled with anxiety and felt like an outsider in an unfamiliar place. Although I don't recall the exact assignment, I remember writing a character's backstory.

Interestingly, I was a fan of anime back then (still am) and had even written some fan fiction in middle school. However, the mere thought of writing used to make me cringe.

Can you imagine? An aspiring writer who despised writing!

Fortunately, my teacher, Mr. Puffin (not his actual name), saw potential in my work and encouraged me to keep writing. Now, I have 32 books in the works! It may seem like a daunting task, but I work on all of them simultaneously to avoid writer's block and sustain my interest in writing.

I understand that some may not find this worth celebrating, but I want to express my gratitude for the past six years of writing. It is because of you, your support in reading, voting, and sharing, that I am able to continue. Your actions mean a great deal to me and keep me motivated to keep going.

It's hard for me to grasp that I began writing at 14 and now, at 20, I've written poetry, short stories, and several in-progress books. Although these novels are not yet published, I'm thrilled to share that one of my series' first books may be released next year, in addition to several standalone novels.
