Ron was sitting in the main part of the parks and recreation department. Taking in the serene and quiet with a huge smile on his face. Since the government got shut down only essential personnel were allowed in city hall. Mostly everyone was non essential, including Leslie.

Andy in roller blades, skates by the parks and recreation office and is surprised to find someone still in the building.

"Ron!" Andy calls out, rollerblading very fast into the office before coming to a quick stop.

"Hello, Andy." Ron replied calmly.

"It's quiet here. Where is everyone?"

"The government is shut down. It's in every newspaper."

"How long is it going to last?" Andy asked worriedly.

"Well, if we're lucky, this building will be empty for months." Ron cheers, hating the people in the building.

"Wow. That is really bad timing." Anndy frowns thinking of his most recent purchase.

Andy stands outside city hall with a red leather jacket that is coupled with a red motorcycle, a beaming smiles on his face

"I just got this super sweet-ass rad crotch rocket. I've always wanted one of these. But due to, you know, never having a job, I couldn't afford it until now. Got a really good

deal on my lease. Paying 12% interest. It's, like, one of the highest you can get." Andy brags.

"Hey, so I've been trying like crazy to get a hold of Olivia. If you see her, will you tell her I really need to talk to her?" Andy begs.

"You got it."

"You got it." Andy skates out of the room, trying to do a trick. He attempts to flip over the reception desk, but fails horribly, landing on the floor.

"Nailed it." Andy croaks out from the floor behind the desk.

Olivia had gotten an urgent call from her sister, Freddie Spaghetti will sing tonight.

At Lot 48, and she needed to get down there to help her sister run it secret so Ben and Chris dont find out.

Olivia was standing outside Ann house in a group huddle. Olivia wasn't sure where she stood with Ann. But to Ann's knowledge nothing is happening, Olivia thought. I just need to be cool around her, she probably doesn't remember anything from last night.

"We're gonna put on a show today, and it's not gonna solve every problem in our town. But it is gonna make people happy. Everybody ready?" Leslie asks and her team cheers.

It was the one time Olivia was grateful for Leslie monologues.

"Oh, I forgot, I couldn't get a porta potty so, people are just gonna have to use Ann's house as a bathroom." Everyone walks away from the huddle to get things going.

"Aren't we expecting three hundred people?" Ann asks worldly.

"Hopefully, ok, back to work!" Leslie yells ignoring Ann.

Tom and his new girlfriend Lucy were looking at Andy's new motorcycle while the rest of the team worked.

"The craziest thing is it's, like, super loud. You know what I mean? I was on it for only five minutes, and I can't really hear anything. Am I talking loud right now?" Andy explains.

"Yeah." Lucy dead pans.

Andy looks over Tom's shoulder to see Olivia raking up hay. Being thrilled to see her, Olivia's been radio silent since she left abruptly at the club last night.

"Olivia!" Andy yells, getting Olivia's attention and causing a pit in her stomach to form. Andy excuses himself from talking and runs over to her.

"I called you a gajillion times. Why didn't you call me back?"

"I just...I need time." Olivia says, trying to look anywhere but the man she wanted to be with but couldn't.

"Huh?" Andy says confused. Jerry walks behind the two carrying a clipboard with flyers.

"Jerry, what are you doing?" Olivia asks, needing any excuse to get out of this conversation. She just wasn't ready to talk to him, let alone be over him.

"Leslie asked me to post these around the neighborhood." Jerry explains.

"I'll do it." Olivia snatches them out Jerrys hand, wanting to be anywhere but here. Jerry thanks her as she stalks off. Andy with an even more confused look on his face asks,

"You want some help with that?" Andy runs after her, not getting the hint.

"Will you just stop and listen to me?" Andy harasses Olivia as she walks down the sidewalk.

"Andy just not now." Olivia begs not looking at him and still walking forward.

"No. Fine. I don't want to talk to you, anyways." Causing Olivia to stop and look at him with a sarcastic look.

"Reverse psychiatry." Andy pats himself on the back.

"Yes, Andy?" Olivia asks, being worn down.

"I like you."

It caught Olivia off guard and caused her eyes and her face to flush.

"In a, you know," Andy twirls his fingers around in the air, "romantical kind of way."

"You do?" Olivia asks softly, Olivia's eyes begin to twinkle.

"Yes!" Andy cheers, "Do you?" Andy points to himself before he speaks in an adorable way. "Like me?" He finally says it.

"Yes." Olivia says right after Andy asks, not letting a second go by.

"So, then perhaps, shall we go out this evening?" Andy offers.

The beaming smile slowly drips away from Olivia's face, remembering why they can't be together.

"We can't," Olivia says quickly and quietly, afraid that if she said it any louder she would cry.

"Damn it. Because you're friends with Ann?"

"Kinda," Olivia takes a breath ready to come clean about all the jealousy she's been feeling for the past week. "It's because whenever I see you talk to Ann or talk about Ann, I think like you still have feelings for her."

"What? No, I don't. But I don't." Andy gasps and Olivia gives him an incredulous look. "Really, I don't." He says honestly looking at her solely.

"Well even if you don't, I don't want to lose you. If that goes south, I can't live a life without you in it. I just need time, and I'm so sorry Andy." Olivia says feeling a tear slide down her cheek, and walking away before Andy can see her cry.

Andy sits in the hospital after breaking his arm. He was thinking about Olivia when he heard the door open. It was Ann holding a tray.

"I brought you your favorite. Every color of Jell-O." Ann says, setting the tray down next to his bed.

"The Jell-O rainbow." Andy jokes before getting serious. "Thank you."

"What's wrong?" Ann asks.

"Oh god, Well you know when you're having a bad day then you break all the bones in your arm because you crashed your motorcycle?" Andy asks, thinking of Olivia crying and walking away from him.

"Dude, that's what my whole week has been like." Ann says, looking at Andy for a very long moment before she smiles. "Injured Andy. It's kind of like old times, huh? I almost expect you to call me A-Cakes." They both laugh. Andy had called her that because she smelled like pancakes.

"Well, I'm glad you're okay." Ann says, she pauses for a moment then kisses his cheek. But after pulling away from his cheek, she looks at him and remembers, and kisses him on the lips.

Andy could tell Ann smelled the same, like pancakes. But it wasn't lavender, it wasn't Olivia. Andy pulls away as soon as Ann kisses him.

"Oh my god." Ann says putting her hands on her forehead.

Andy gasps and points at her, this time he wasn't the one screwing up.

"Oh, my God. I'm...I'm so sorry. I should not... I'm sorry. That was not...:'' Ann sutters leaving the room.

Olivia for the second time in her life is now rushing to the hospital to see Andy Dywer.

Rushing into the room she sees Andy with a cast on his right arm.

"Olivia." Andy says noticing her come in and sitting up in his bed.

"Are you ok?" Olivia rushes to his side and grabs the side of his face with one hand.

"Yeah." Andy says softly, gazing at her.

"Look, what I said this afternoon, There's a thousand reasons why we shouldn't be together. Ok, work, Ann, I was scared of losing you." Olivia stops talking for a moment and just looks at Andy. Her eyes flicker from his eyes to his lips. "But to be honest I don't care about a single one, if it means I can be with you." Olivia finishes breathlessly.

"Good." Andy says softly, breathing a small sigh of relief. "I want to be with you."

Olivia drew him toward her with her eyes, he inclined his face toward hers and lays his mouth on hers. For a moment Olivia didn't care if she died from the lack of breath.

Andy finally had the answer to his question. Yes, he did like how lavender tasted, as well as looked and smelled. Her lips were soft, almost silken, and pillowy against his own. He could feel the soft tickle of her breath beneath his nose, fingers carding through her hair as they breathed each other in. Both laughed a little at how eggar they both were to have each other.

"Wow." Andy said under his breath.

"That was nice." Olivia breathed out.

"That... Yeah." Making her giggle at how cute he was.

"Here's just one thing, real quick. I want to be totally honest with you, because I like you so much. Okay. But, like, two minutes ago, me and Ann did kiss."

"What?" Olivia could feel her heart shattering, and she couldn't control the tears coming back up.

"But here's... No, no, no, no. It was crazy. She kissed me." Andy tries to explain but Olivia was already not hearing anything because she was in anguish. The betrayal she felt from Ann was also killing her at the moment.

"I have to go." Olivia walked to the door before Andy could see her cry for a second time.

"Wait, where are you going?"

"I.." Olivia didn't even know what she was saying, she just felt the tears fall on her lips and she could taste the faint traces of salt.

"No, no, no, no, no! Hey! Olivia. Olivia!" But she was already gone.

One of the nurses came into to check up on Andy and he mistook her for Ann.

"Dude, don't even think about kissing me."
