We just hit 80k thank everyone :D

It was 20 years ago and the old mystery incorporated gang were running up a hill. At the top of the hill was a large abandoned church and the group reach it now.

"Are you sure that thing came in here Brad?" A girl asks him.

"It's the only way it could have gone." Brad says.

"For real, maybe we should call the local smoky to handle this." A nervous teen says. 

"Ricky's right. That thing didn't exactly look human. It had horns." Another girl says. 

 "The real question is, did we chase it here, or were we led here on purpose?" A parrot on Ricky's shoulder asks.

Something moves in the rafters above now prompting the parrot to fly off Ricky's shoulder now to investigate.

"Ah! Professor Pericles, no. Come Back." Ricky cries as he chases after him worried. His chases leads him to the old church organ and as Ricky steps up on it the y keys go down and the organ blares. The other teens groan as they cover their ears with the noise. Ricky begins to climb up the organ's pipes now but with how much the church had deteriorated over the years the pipes begin to collapse with Ricky falling to the ground. He quickly moves to hide under the organ as the other teens move the pipes collapse to the ground with a parchment being revealed to be stuck between the pipes. 

Professor Pericles returns now as he lands on the now fallen pipes. "False alarm, It was just a possum." He says before licking his beak. "Delicious."

Ricky moves from under organ now but receives a harsh glare. "Sorry." He says but it's now he notices the parchment in the pipes. "Whoa, far out. What's that?" He asks. 

Brad being the closet picks it up as he unfurls it. It's revealed to be a scroll depicting a completed planispheric disc. "What is this?" He asks confused by it as the rest of the group crowd around now.

"No idea. But I can't wait to find out." Professor Pericles says looking at it.  

Unaware to the group who were caught up in the parchment was a figure who sat and watched them. "From six to one, the spell is spun. No time to run. The curse begun." It recites to itself.  

It was present day and the Mystery gang are at the K-Ghoul Station. Shaggy and Scooby were busy in Angel's kitchen as they dumped several ingredients into a boiling pot. 

"What are you clowns doing in my kitchen?" Angel asks them.

"Like, we're just making breakfast dude." Shaggy says. 

"Yeah. Gotta start the day off right." Scooby says.

"If something living crawls out that pot I will not hesitate to devastate. Dig?" She tells them.

Nearby Velma was sat looking a the Planispheric disc under a microscope

"So how's it going with your, uh..." Angel starts to ask.

"Planispheric disc. That's what Pericles called it. To answer your question, not good. None of these symbols make sense. I was hoping maybe you knew something because of, you know, who you really are." Velma replies.

"Sorry baby, I wish I could help." Angel says.

Y/n, Daphne and Fred were outside the K-Ghoul station, Daphne was sat at a nearby picnic table  as both Fred and Y/n seemed to be stood at the back of the Mystery machine.

"Thanks for offering to help me clear the Mystery Machine Y/n. I have no idea how it got in such a mess." Fred says to Y/n.

"Well, It will completed faster with two pairs of hands instead one." Y/n says as he sets down a heavy chest.

"Well good thing I have a plan." Fred says as he takes out his phone now. "I downloaded an app for my smartphone that tells me whenever some of my equipment has been moved. Check it out." Fred says as he picks up some rope. As he does his phone makes a burping noise. "Isn't that awesome?" Fred says.

"Sure..." Y/n says not really impressed but not wanting to dampen Fred's spirits. 

"Come and get it!" Y/n and Fred now hear Scooby say. The two turn their heads to see Shaggy carrying a large plate of food to the nearby picnic table. With Velma and Angel following Scooby and Shaggy out. 

"Might be heavy on the caramel but Scooby found some hot sauce that should cut that." Shaggy says as he puts down the plate of food and everyone sits down. Scooby now puts down a bottle of hot sauce beside the plate and Velma out of curiosity picks it up.

"Cabeza fuego?" She reads on the bottle.

"It means fire head." Scooby giggles.

"Jinkies! That's it!" Velma quickly puts the bottle down and runs inside.

"Like, did she get sick of the food already? She didn't even taste it." Shaggy asks.

Everyone can see Velma running back out now with something in her hands, She runs up to the Mystery Machine and holds up the Planispheric disc piece to one of the Mystery Machine's wing mirrors. "I couldn't figure out the writing on the disc because it was backward and in Spanish." She turns to the group now. "Y/n would you be able to translate this?" She asks him. 

"Regrettably no, While a lot of the European languages have similar words I don't speak Spanish and couldn't give an accurate translation." Y/n admits.

"Wait, That trunk." Daphne points to the old Darrow family trunk. "Aren't there Spanish books in there?"    

"That's the trunk we found at Darrow college with stuff about the town." Fred says but Y/n grimaces not having fond memories of the college.

Fred opens the trunk now but gasps when he looks inside. He takes a out a letter with a familiar wax symbol on it. 

"Mr E!" Everyone says. 

Fred opens the letter now and inside is a card with a recording of Mr E's voice.  "Greetings, Mystery Incorporated. In order to decipher what lies within you will need to begin where this mystery ended."   

"Of course! Gang, get that trunk in the van, We're going back to school. I know just who can help us." Fred says as he rushes to his seat. Y/n and Shaggy look at each other before they sigh and lift the heavy trunk. 

The gang were all back at Darrow college now in the library.

"No, sorry, can't help. Now is just not a good time." The person they were visiting says 

"Oh, come one Professor Hatecraft you're like, the only teacher we know besides Harlan Ellison." Shaggy says.

"That guys scares me." Scooby says.

"Besides, Harlan's way on sabbatical at a misanthrope's convention." Velma says. 

"And are you forgetting I saved your life?" Y/n says.

"And I repaid that favour by not telling the police about that." Professor Hatecraft says. "Harlan being away is precisely my problem as it is. With Harlan away, Dean Fenk has replaced him with a new professor, Regina Wentworth." 

"The author of the Dusk teen vampire romance stories?" Daphne asks excited. "Oh my gosh I've read them all! Dusk, Dusk Early Evening, Dusk Just Before Bedtime. Forbidden Love, Hidden Desire." Daphne lists and Professor Hatecraft shakes his head. "Y/n, those books are so us. Just with less bloodletting."

"If that's what you think dear." Y/n sighs. "But I am not a vampire Daphne besides, I'm more of a fan of Tolkien myself." Y/n says and Professor Hatecraft gets up now. As he walks out the Library the gang follow him. 

"Since the scandal discrediting my last novel "Char Gar Gothakon The Beast That Hath No Name" my books haven't been selling. To please Dean Denk, I've been trying my hand at writing a teen vampire novel...but I have no idea what teens these days do."

"Well that's easy, we're into solving mysteries and building traps." Fred says. 

"Why don't you let us help you?" Velma suggests.

"Yeah, We've been teenagers forever." Shaggy adds. 

"And in return, You can help us decipher the papers in our trunk." Daphne says. 

"You'd do that for me?" Professor Hatecraft asks.

"Sure, And don't worry, professor the dean won't even know we were here." Fred says as everyone can see the Mystery Machine in the distance but as they get close it explodes in a large fire explosion that shocks them all.  From the explosion jumps out a masked female figure. 

"I am the Obliteratrix. And I have but one purpose, to destroy Mystery Incorporated." The woman says looking at the gang now.

"Zoinks! She killed the Mystery Machine!" Shaggy cries. 

"And the Trunk!" Velma says.

"And my trap gear!" Fred adds.

"Forget about that Run!" Daphne cries and everyone begins to run. The Obliteratrix cackles as she gives chases and leaps into the air. As she does she fires a fires a beam of energy from a weapon at the gang that only just narrowly misses. 

"Like not only does this chick really hate us, But she's not human!" Shaggy cries. 

"She's a ghost assassin!" Scooby cries as everyone continues to run. 

"Y/n can't you do something!?" Professor Hatecraft asks.

"Like what? I'm not going to start opening fire on the middle of a college campus. Besides I don't carry that thing around anymore." Y/n cries back.

Professor Hatecraft groans seeing Y/n's point. "Up ahead. We can lose her in there!" He points to a building now. Following Hatecraft's advice the gang follow him inside but soon find themselves crashing down a flight of stairs

"We lost her." Fred lets out a sigh of relief. 

"Where are we?" Velma asks as the gang start to pick themselves up but now realise they are in the middle of a lecture hall filled with students. On the stage are two woman that Hatecraft recognises and he looks on nervously. 

"Uh oh..."

A news reporter was stood on the college grounds now with the two woman from the stage, In the background was the still burning Mystery Machine. "I'm here with Natasha Fenk, Dean of Darrow college and beautiful teen vampire romance author, Regina Wentworth. Ladies, any ideas what happened?" He the two. 

"We're investigating." The dean says looking and sounding unamused. 

"Oh, please, It was obviously that creep H.P. Hatecraft." Regina says.  Jealous much, Mr. Oldie Olderson writer?" Regina laughs. 

"This is just the excuse Fenk has been waiting for to get rid of me." Hatecraft sighs now as they watch the interview from a distance. 

"Why would this Obiwa-wa..." Scooby starts.

"Obliteratrix..." Y/n says for Scooby. 

"Want to destroy us?" Scooby finishes.

"What if it wasn't us, but what we had?" Velma suggests.

"You mean the files in the trunk?" Y/n asks. 

"Like, that could mean the obliteraczia...The Obliteratrix isn't an undead assassin after all." Shaggy says.

"The chances of that were low to begin with." Y/n says to him.

"Well, whoever she is, She messed with the wrong van. The Mystery Machine will be avenged!" Fred says. 

Angel, Ed and Mr E were watching footage of the burning Mystery Machine on a large monitor in Mr E's base. 

"This has that flying rat Pericles wing prints all over it." Angel says. 

"Possible. Albeit a little sloppy for him. We'll wait and see." Mr E says calmly. 

"Wait and see? The Kids are in danger!" Angel says.

"Ed will look into it. But no interfering, unless necessary." Mr E says to Ed who nods before he leaves.

"I don't like this, E." Angel says to him. 

"Understood, but let's not forget, little Angel I brought you back to Crystal Cove. We're both in this together." Mr E says looking at her now. "Remember?"

It's late at night on the college campus. Shaggy and Scooby were with Professor Hatecraft while the rest of the Mystery gang were in the college library. 

"Without the Darrow files from the trunk, we're pretty much starting from scratch." Velma says with a sigh. "I'll that the Spanish section. Daphne Crystal Cove history, Y/n...

"Can come with me." Daphne quickly says as she takes a hold of Y/n's arm. He looks at Velma with a small shrug as he and Daphne leave for the history section now.

 Fred starts to wander off now as well and Velma shakes her head  "Ugh. I wish I had gone with Shaggy and Scoob." 

Shaggy and Scooby were entering Professor Hatecraft's mansion now. 

"Thank you for agreeing to help with my novel." Hatecraft says as he shows the two into a room but they get a surprise. Posted all over the walls are typical posters of male actors. "Forgive the mess. I've been trying to get more into the spirit of a teenage girl." He explains as Scooby and Shaggy look at each other. "I've tentatively called my novel...The Disinterment of Groth Van Annuroth: Yo, Yo, Yo. What do you think? Too Urban?" 

"Oh, Boy..." Shaggy says. 

Back in the library Y/n was stood reading through a book as Daphne slightly leaned back on one of the book cases. "These books are useless." Y/n says letting out a sigh as he puts the book back.

"It's okay Y/n, we'll solve this." Daphne says reassuring him as she hugs him from behind. 

"I see you two are searching hard." Velma says rounding the corner now. "Come on, I think I've found something."  The two follow Velma back to a table with a book on it. Sat at the table was Fred was reading a comic. 

"Did you guys know they have all the old comics I used to read as a kid?" Fred says happily reading one until Y/n takes it out of his hands. 

"That's because they are used a reference materials in some courses. Now if you would please Velma." Y/n says as he puts the comic down. Velma opens the book on table now and points to it. 

"Recognize anything?" She asks.

Inside the book was a large piece of art.

"That drawing, It looks like..." Daphne starts. 

"Our disc piece!" Fred says looking at it. 

"Only this version is complete." Velma finishes. 

Daphne begins to read the text now. "Spanish conquistadors used the planispheric disc to navigate uncharted oceans, and sometimes to hide their cargo so it could be found later." 

"Cargo like a haunted treasure." Velma points out. 

"The question are, What is the treasure? And where are the other pieces of the disc?" Y/n asks now. 

He's interrupted by the sound of burping coming from Fred's direction. 

"Ew Fred." Daphne says. 

"That wasn't me. It was my smartphone." Fred is quick to defend himself. "Wait a minute. That's the sound my trap tracker makes." Fred says taking out his phone. "But that's impossible, unless...The Mystery Machine is alive!"  

Scooby and Shaggy were sat in chairs now as they listened to Hatecraft's manuscript for his latest book. 

"I knew the moment I saw the school's teen vampire hottie in biology class he was the one. His cleft chin was like the maw of Torgon, the beast of Hammersmill Isle. His name...Barry." 

"Okay, like stop. Barry?" Shaggy asks. "Dude you need a real teen name, like Shaggy." 

"And where's the food H.P.? Sheesh." Scooby says. 

At that moment the sound of knocking can be heard on the front door and Professor Hatecraft gets up to answer it now. As he does he can see Y/n, Daphne, Velma and Fred. 

"Professor Hatecraft, We think the Mystery Machine might still be alive but we need to track it down? Do you have a car?" Fred asks him. 

"No." Professor Hatecraft says. "But I know where we can get one."

The gang had arrived in what appeared to be an abandoned train yard. It was filled with disused trains and carriages all at different stages of rust. Professor Hatecraft had taken the college's advertising van that had a billboard promoting the Dusk series one each side. Daphne is the first to get out of as she carries a cardboard cut out of the Dusk series' vampire and sets it down. She sighs as she looks at it. "I wonder what Y/n would look like with fangs and the skin the colour of boiled pork." She says to herself as everyone else gets out now. 

"Everyone follow me." Fred says as he looks at his phone and tracker in it bleeps. Daphne picks up the cut out again now as she and everyone else follows Fred. He leads them down a track until the finally stops. 

"According to my tracker the Mystery Machine should be right in front of us." Fred says but as everyone looks up they can only see carriages. 

"But this is just an old train?" Daphne says. 

"Or is it?" Y/n ponders as he walks up to and he can see now that it is cover painted to look like a train carriage as he pulls it down. On the other side is the Mystery Machine that is sat unscathed. 

"The Mystery Machine!" Everyone says shocked.

"But like, why would the obliteruhh..Whatever her name is, fake blowing it up and then hide it here?" Shaggy asks.

"Because it's a trap." Y/n says now.

"That's right." The Obliteratrix can be heard saying. 

"Oh right, that makes..Zoinks!" Shaggy says as he and everyone else turn round to see the Obliteratrix. She leaps from an older water tower onto a train carriage as she produces a large bow fitted with gadgets. 

"Like, where does she keep getting these weapons?" Shaggy asks. "That outfit has no pockets!" 

The Obliteratrix draws back the bow now as she takes aim at everyone. 

"Run!" Velma shouts. The Obliteratrix fire but instead of a straight arrow it flies around as if remotely controlled and the gang split up. Velma and Daphne were running together but the arrow missile soon chases them. 

"In here!" Hatecraft cries as the two pass by a carriage and they climb inside to see Fred, Shaggy, Scooby and Y/n as well. 

"Has anyone else noticed that the Obliteratrix is in great shape?" Hatecraft asks.

Y/n look at Daphne from the corner of his eye and he can see her giving him a look.

"No..." He says cautiously. 

"I was just trying to point out that the same could be said for Regina. Coincidence?" Hatecraft.

"Professor, Have you been checking out your co-workers?" Velma asks.

"Certainly not." Hatecraft is quick to say.

"But why would Regina Wentworth want us dead?" Daphne asks.

"We'll figure it out later. Right now we need to get to the Mystery machine so I can rig one of my traps." Fred says.

"I agree. It's our best option for now." Y/n says. 

The gang all sneak out of their hiding place now as they make it to the Mystery Machine. Fred opens the back doors and begins to take out some equipment. However just as he does the Obliteratrix can be heard cackling as she appears in the back and aims a wrist mounted crossbow at him. Fred gasps as he fires but luckily Y/n quickly knocks him to ground saving him. 

"Let's go!" Y/n says now as he gets up and picks Fred up. Fred quickly grabs the box he needs and the gang start to run. The Obliteratrix is fresh on their tail however as she dispatches various devices across the the train yard that explode and cause chaos. She looks around notices the shadow of someone behind the College advertising van as she rushes to it and delivers a flying kick to them. However as she looks at her target it is revealed to be the cutout the gang had brought earlier.

"Now Scooby!" Fred cries and Scooby presses a button that activates a trap dropping a large blanket covered trap on top of the Obliteratrix.

"Time to see who we caught." Fred says.

The gang carefully make their way over but as they remove the blanket the only thing that is present is the broken cut out. 

Reporters were now at the train yard along with Dean Fenk and Regina.

"I want Hatecraft arrested. He's stolen college property." The Dean says angrily.

"And he broke Todd."  Regina says holding out the broken cut out. 

"All right, ladies, enough." Sheriff Stone says.  "First things first.  Tell me more about this super hot Obliteratrix girl, is she uh single?" He asks and the two woman walk away now as they walk up to Hatecraft and the gang. 

"You're fired." Dean Fenk says pointing to Hatecraft now. "Pack your office and be gone by morning."

"Oh scratch Todd. I wanna use him instead." Regina says pointing to Y/n now and Daphne looks jealous. 

"No..." Y/n says unimpressed. "And Professor Hatecraft did not steal the van, I stole it if anything. Hotwiring it was far too easy." Y/n says putting his hands in his pockets.

Dean Fenk looks at Y/n unimpressed. "Come on Regina."

"Good luck with your career, H.P. butt-craft." Regina says before laughing as she and the dean leave.

"My life is over. As Shagath Gnar would say "Lo, the tentacles of Aglebor have eaten my entrails and gargled my liver.""

Sat in a lonely motel room was a familiar parrot who was watching the gang on a monitor.  "Well, Mystery Incorporated, It appears you've made an enemy. Fortunately for you, I still require you alive."  

The gang were back at Professor Hatecraft's mansion as Fred put down the Darrow trunk down on a table. "The Darrow archives. Start digging gang." He says and everyone picks something out of it.

"I've been through the trunks a bunch of times. It's mostly stuff about conquistadors who founded Crystal Cove. The haunted treasure..." Velma starts.

"Wait, here's something." Professor Hatecraft says interrupting her. "Several of these documents make reference to coloro vidrio, coloured glass and ore which means pray."

"Like who would pray to coloured glass?" Shaggy asks.

"What if coloured glass means stained glass, like in a church." Daphne says. 

"Daphne that's perfect." Y/n says now following her train of thought. "Of course, The Aphrodite and Pericles incident. He stole the conquistador's map when she attacked the town." 

"That map was in the old Spanish church!" Velma says finally catching on.  

Everyone was now stood outside the old abandoned Spanish church as they carefully made their way inside.

"Okay, everyone start looking for clues." Fred says as he carries a box of equipment. 

Y/n looks up at what is left of the church ceiling. "Hmm..." He muses.

Scooby and Shaggy open the door to an old confessional box. Inside it however our a bunch of rats that don't take kindly to being disturbed. 

Daphne walks up the to the old altar now near the organ but as she does a piece of the floor breaks underneath her and she gasps. She looks down but is surprised when she can see a locket that looks exactly like the one she keeps around her neck. She pulls it off just make sure and she can see they are identical.  "Gang, look at this." She calls out getting their attention and a few of them wander over. "It's identical to the locket I found in the caves." Daphne says showing it to them. 

"The original Mystery Incorporated must have been here." Velma says. 

"We're getting close. Let's keep looking maybe there's more clues." Fred says. 

"Uh, Where are Shaggy and Scooby?" Hatecraft asks but as he does the two can be seen running around shrieking with rats in them. 

"Get them off me!" Shaggy cries as he runs up on to the alter as he does his foot activates a secret button. The floor that Y/n, Daphne, Velma, Fred and Hatecraft begins to lower as they hop off of it in surprise and watch as it moves. Scooby and Shaggy run into each other now as the floor opens up.

"Jinkies, this hole probably goes straight down to the Crystal Cove mines." Velma says. 

"Must have been hidden for decades." Fred says.

"Have you ever seen anything like this Y/n?" Daphne asks him as he looks over the edge and down.

"No. I have not." Y/n replies.           

"I wonder if anyone else knows about this?" Daphne wonders.  

"No. It's a secret that will die with you all tonight!" Everyone can hear the Obliteratrix and they look up to see her on top of the church roof.

"She's back!" Scooby says worried. 

"Don't worry Scoob, This time I'm one trap ahead of her." Fred says as he activates a trap he had set up. The Obliteratrix is quick however as she uses one of her gadgets to destroy his trap before it can work and she leaps over the gang trapping them all in nets of her own leaving only Y/n and Hatecraft free. 

Y/n and the Obliteratrix stare each other down now as Y/n begins to remove his coat. The Obliteratrix begins to walk towards as her hips sway from side to side and Y/n drops his coat to the ground. 

"Your move..." Y/n says. The Obliteratrix wastes no time as she swings her body around and tries to land a devastating kick on Y/n but he is quick to jump back and avoid it.

"Be careful Y/n!" Daphne calls out but Y/n concentrates now as he and the Obliteratrix begin to trade blows.

"No gun?" The Obliteratrix asks him. 

"I don't class you as a life threating situation." Y/n says calmly as he dodges a punch.

The Obliteratrix cartwheels backwards now as she produces a metal staff. "How about now?"

"I believe she is more suited to your level. " Y/n calmly says as he just tilts his head now as he looks at someone who appears behind the Obliteratrix.

"Two can play at that game baby." A voice says and the Obliteratrix turns around to see Angel holding a metal staff of her own.  Y/n turns around now uninterested with the fight as he picks up his coat off off the floor. He puts it back on now as he turns around to watch the fight.  Angel finds herself challenged and even pushed back by the agility of the Obliteratrix. Y/n sighs now as he takes a small knife out of his pocket and the gang watch him. He watches as the Obliteratrix uses some of her explosive gadget in the fight against Angel and he raises his brow curiously. With Angel thrown back the Obliteratrix turns her attentions to Y/n again. 

"Impressive." Y/n comments. "But...If there is one thing I have learnt from Pericles most recently, always have back up. Caio" Y/n says as he throws the knife in his hand upwards now with speed and it slashes a rope. 

"No!" The Obliteratrix cries out but it is too late as a large cage like chandelier falls on top her trapping her in place.  

With the fight now over Y/n calmly makes his way up to the altar and frees the Mystery gang before helping Angel back up. "You're kicks are powerful but the movements you make are too easy to read." Y/n says to Angel and she puts her hands on her hips.

The gang make their way over to the trapped Obliteratrix. 

"Now Regina time to come clean." Professor Hatecraft says.

"This is not Regina Wentworth." Y/n stops him.

"It's not?" Fred asks.

"No, this is someone we've met before." Y/n says crouching down to the Obliteratrix's level as he puts his hands on her mask. "Isn't that right Miss May?" He says taking the mask off and revealing Alice May underneath.

 "Alice May?" The Gang say shocked. 

"Who's Alice May?" Professor Hatecraft asks. 

"She once pretended to be a ghost girl to kidnap Fred for her man posse." Daphne says. "But  Y/n how did you know it was her?" Daphne asks and Y/n rubs the back of his neck now avoiding looking at Daphne.

"At the risk of annoying you...I never forget a woman's figure." He answers and Daphne crosses her arms jealously while Alice May smirks before she remembers who had said it. "But more because of what she said during our small fight." Y/n says. "She asked me why I had no gun making the assumption I had pulled my gun out on other people we fought in the past, I only ever pulled a gun on herself and the student trying to kill Professor Hatecraft." He elaborates as he stands up now.

"Wait hold up baby. What's this about a gun?" Angel asks now. 

"It's not important Angel." Y/n says giving her a look that says not ask anymore. 

"Like, how did you get out of jail?" Shaggy asks Alice now. 

"I got out with the help of the same person who sent me to destroy you. Mr E!" Alice says and everyone including Y/n and Angel gasp. "E enlisted my services to put you kids in danger in hopes of drawing out his enemy, Professor Pericles. He figured if Pericles thought you were in trouble, he'd come to your rescue. I switched the Mystery Machine with a decoy before destroying the decoy to make it look like you had been attacked. E knew if he could get Pericles to reveal himself it'd leave his piece of the Planispheric disc vulnerable. Everything was faked with special effects." Alice May begins to explain.

"But like where'd you get all the high tech gear? And why he take this job in the first place?" Shaggy asks now. 

"E took care of that. It was all courtesy of one of Destrodio's shell corporations.  Quest research laboratories. They supplied me with everything I needed. Weapons, a high tech cloaking device, even the effects. As for why, I wanted a shot at taking your friend Y/n down." Alice says looking at him. "You humiliated me and I wanted my chance at getting even." 

Y/n looks down at Alice now. "Give up, I am far more experienced than you will ever know." He warns her.

"So this was all staged by Mr E to use the kids as parrot bait." Angel says now.

"That's right. And it would have worked too if I hadn't been stopped by you Mr tall and slim suit wearing bad boy." Alice says looking at Y/n.

"I have no response to that..." Y/n says before he turns to the gang now 

"Never forget a woman's figure huh?" Daphne says crossing her arms and Y/n looks away scratching the back of his head.          

Alice May was now sat in the back of Sheriff Stone's patrol car in cuffs to be taken away. 

"Wait, are you tell me you escaped from prison months ago and I never noticed? Ha, Ha. I don't think so." Sheriff Stone says shaking his head. 

"Well gang another Mystery solved." Fred says. 

"I wish we could have done something about your job Professor Hatecraft." Daphne says sympathetically but as she does a horn can be heard and they turn to see Dean Fenk approaching in the college advertising van.

"H.P Yoo-hoo." The Dean calls out to him. "Oh there you are, you dear man."

"Don't worry Dean Fenk, I'm on my way to clean out my office now." Professor Hatecraft says.

"Clean out your office? Oh, never. Haven't you heard the wonderful news? The song "Char Gar Gothakon" based on your novel is a huge hit in Japan. And since Darrow college published the book, we're gonna make a fortune." Dean Fenk says to him. 

"What?" Professor Hatecraft says surprised.

"Now I'm giving you Regina's old office vampire books are so done...and I'm having the Dusk mobile repainted."  The gang watch as Hatecraft get in the van now with Dean Fenk and he waves as they drive off. 

"Well that's everything wrapped up nicely." Fred says with a smile. 

"No." Y/n says and everyone looks at him. He turns to Angel now. "I want to know how you knew where we were. It's far too...convenient for you to show up." He says.

Velma sighs now. "It's time Angel. I can't keep this a secret anymore."

"I wanted to tell you kids earlier but I was afraid." Angel says. 

"Afraid of what?" Scooby asks. 

"Telling you the truth. My real name isn't Angel Dynamite, It's Cassidy Williams. I'm one of the original members of Mystery Incorporated that disappeared." She explains.

"What?" The other gang members say shocked.

"It was all an accident. We should never have been in that condemned church. But Brad said he'd seen someone coming and going at night and he wanted to investigate. We thought we'd found a treasure map. But It wasn't treasure. It was a threat, not just to ur lives, but the lives of our families. The thing in those caves forced us to leave Crystal Cove or those who loved us would pay the price." Cassidy explains.

"Like who threatened you?" Shaggy asks scared. 

"He called himself the Freak. The Freak of Crystal Cove. There. Now you know the truth. That's what happened to the original Mystery Incorporated and it will happen to you if you don't stop." Cassidy warns them. "Forget about the Planispheric disc. Give Pericles your piece. Or Mr E. I don't care. The Mystery is over. Let it end tonight."

"You lied to us Angel. You've been lying to us from the beginning. Why should we listen to anything you have to say to us now?" Fred says angry. "This Mystery isn't over until we say it's over. Come on gang." Fred says and they start to leave. Y/n looks back at Angel for a moment before he turns his head back around and continues to walk. 

"No you don't understand. He still out there. The Freak is till out there!" Cassidy shouts but the Mystery Machine take off. 

"Can you believe her?" Fred asks still mad. 

The mystery gang all look at each other unsure what to say except for Y/n who was sat looking out the window now as he remained silent.

"Y/n?" Daphne asks.

"I lied." Y/n says not moving. "Remember. I lied to you all, and I put your lives in danger. What makes me so different from Cassidy Williams." Y/n asks them.

"You told us." Fred is quick to say now. "You could have walked out of Crystal Cove without saying a word or explaining anything to us. But you stayed and told us everything. Angel or whatever her name is spent months lying to us to build up trust within us. Now we can't even say we really know her." Fred says as he focuses on the road.

 Y/n wasn't even sure what to say anymore as he kept his eyes looking out into the distance and Daphne closed her eyes with a solemn look as she rested her head on his shoulder.

"I trust you Y/n." She says quietly to him.

High above on the old Spanish churches roof stood a shadowy figure. 

"The curse begun, but soon they'll see. The buried truth will end with me."  It cackles.       

And that's the chapter! Things are quickly becoming more and more complicated for Y/n and the Mystery Gang and now there is this Freak to add to the mix. What ever will happen next?
