Two days after the USJ attack, we were back to school. They gave us the day off yesterday as a sort of break, considering how overwhelming being suddenly attacked by villains may be. I sat in my regular seat, playing on my phone as everyone chatted about the attack.

I was play online 8 ball with Toritsuka, since he wouldn't stop sending me games. I aimed the white ball right to a striped purple ball, reeling back and shooting it into the corner pocket. I wasn't able to use my psychic powers through online games, so that's why I liked them so much.

I aimed my cue to another striped ball, unfortunately missing. I let out a small sigh, closing my phone as I waited for Toritsuka to play me back. It'll probably take a while since classes are starting soon.

The clock made a small tick and suddenly, Iida burst from nowhere, running eagerly as he yelled, "Attention! Homeroom class is about to begin! Everyone stop talking and take your seats!"

... You're the only one standing, Iida. No hard feelings.

When Iida realized, he plopped into his seat and grumbled, "Dang it...!" Uraraka quickly reassured him, patting his shoulder and telling him to calm down.

Ashido leaned her chair back to Tsu, whispering over to her, "Hey, Tsu? So, who do you think's gonna teach class today?" she asked. Tsu put her finger to her lip and tilted her head to express a face of wonder, soon replying with, "Mr. Aizawa is still in the hospital recovering from his injuries.."

Soon the door cracked open, revealing our teacher who looked as good as new. Everyone was stunned since thought he was completely injured and immobile.

"Aizawa?! What happened to your injuries?!" "I thought they said you brain trauma and your arms were messed up!" "Shouldn't you be in the hospital?!"

"Calm down, class. I don't know how I'm healed either. All I know is that I woke up in the hospital the next day completely fine. Thirteen was completely healed too. Maybe some new healing hero was able to help us." He said bluntly, casually walking up to the podium.

No, it wasn't any new healing hero. It was me. I teleported into the hospital the night of the attack and reversed both his and thirteen's bodies. Thankfully they're both back to normal, the feeling of just not helping them was stressing me out.

"Anyways, enough about my wellbeing, what's important is to know that your fight isn't over yet." he began, staring down at the class. A shiver ran down everyone's spines.

"Another fight..?" "Don't tell me..." "Not more bad guys...!!!"

Since I was wearing my ring, the suspense was killing me too. "... The U.A. Sports Festival is about to start." said Aizawa. Kirishima immediately began to cheer, only for Kaminari to shush him. "Wait a second.." the yellow haired boy said, his hand currently in Kirishimas face to shut him up.

"Is it really such a good idea to hold the sports festival so soon after the villains snuck inside?" Jirou asked. Our teacher let out a sigh before replying, "Apparently, the administration thinks this is a good way to show that the threat has been handled and our school has been safer than ever. Plus, they're beefing up security. This event is a huge opportunity for all students at U.A., it's not something we can cancel because of a few villains."

I leaned forward, unconsciously biting my nails. This was definitely bad. The U.A. Sports Festival was the biggest event ever since the Olympics, even bigger, meaning that every single person on Earth will be watching us. Not to mention, I'm already seen as one of the strongest students in Class 1-A, so I can't just pretend to lose after the first or second round, I actually have to at least place... Everybody's eyes are gonna be on me at least once... Ugh! This is so frustrating! Should I just time travel and never become a hero..?

"Are you okay, mon ami?" Aoyama asked me, leaning over to my desk.

KILL ME. NOW.

He began to slowly back away, obviously sensing the aura of despair radiating off of me. I rested my head against the desk, covering my face with my arms. I'm done for.

"Other than the sports festival, we are also introducing clubs here." Aizawa suddenly said, making me perk up. "All students are required to join a club, including hero students, unfortunately. They will be more gracious with absences, though, considering you guys have to train. You guys don't have to join now since the sports festival is coming up and it's better to train, but if you don't wanna get left with the scraps, you should at least join one soon."

Everyone began to smile and talk amongst themselves, obviously a bit excited with the idea of joining clubs. "I have some printouts listing the clubs and what they're all about. Turn them back into me by the end of next week or your club will be randomized." Aizawa finished, reaching under his podium for a small stack of papers. "Take one, pass it back..."

I grabbed one page from the stack, turning to hand it to Kaminari. My eyes scanned the page at all the options, one of them sticking out to me. "Music club: an orchestral club led by teacher Present Mic. You will learn different pieces to play at school events, as well as learn tips and music theory in the process."

It was a club I could definitely got into considering I know how to play cello. Not to mention, I can easily blend into the ensemble with how many people are needed in an orchestra. All I need is to do is not seem too good so I don't end up with any solos...

"Hey, Kacchan? Are you gonna do Music club again like in middle school? You were really talented on that violin!" Midoriya said happily. An angry face spread across Bakugou's features, an anger only only certain people can feel. "IT'S A VIOLA NOT A DAMN VIOLIN, YOU USELESS DEKU!!" he yelled.

Yep. I knew it.

Fear flushed the green haired boy's face, his hands flying up to calm Bakugou. "O-OH! VIOLA, VIOLA! IT WAS A VIOLA! I'M SORRY, KACCHAN, I GET THEM CONFUSED!" Bakugou quietly scoffed before turn back to his paper. It was so obvious that he was scribbling in music club.

Surely, joining a club my classmate is also in will draw less attention to myself specifically, but... it's Bakugou.. I'd rather not spend more after school time with him.

Well, we're gonna be in different sections anyways. Plus, I'm planning on hiding myself in the middle of the cello section, and I'm sure he's gonna aim for first chair.

Anyways, this gonna be interesting.

I walked down the hallway towards the lunchroom, my phone in my hand as I played Toritsuka back. Suddenly, I felt an arm sling over my shoulder, a woodsy, yet fruity scent hitting my nose.

"Saiki! What club are you choosing?" Kaminari asked me with a wide grin. I glanced over at him, using my hands to air play the cello. The electric type looked at me with pure confusion, raising his eyebrow. "... What?"

I sighed, googling 'cello' and showing him a picture of the instrument. "Oh, violin?" he asked. I took an ever bigger sigh, scrolling over to a picture of a person playing the cello. "Oh, big violin!"

... Kaminari, bless your heart.

"Anyways, I picked the art club! I really love sketching and painting, and I've gotten interested in sculpting, so I think that club is the best for me!" Kaminari exclaimed, chuckling with a familiar grin.

I never knew you were artistic, Kaminari. I guess I never noticed because you were so dumb, but there are ways to measure intelligence other than ones GPA.

I gave him a quick nod, going back to playing on my phone. He looked down at my screen, his smile only widening. "Hey, let me get your number so we can play together! I bet I'll whoop you in archery!"

Nobody, and I mean nobody, beats me in archery.

Kaminari immediately noticed my competitive glare, "Oh it's on!" He pulled out his phone and opened up his contacts, handing me the device. I gently grabbed it, typing my number in as well as my name for the contact name.

The yellow haired boy let out a whine, grabbing his phone back, "I wanna make your contact name!" he whined, a pout gracing his lips. He began to think for a bit before typing in "Mama Saiki ๐Ÿก". I was confused by the name he chose, looking up at him with my usual blank face, but with a hint of curiosity in my eyes.

He glanced at my expression, his smile coming back. "It's because you're so protective! You saved Midoriya in the exams, you literally passed out when he got hurt during training, and your first instinct at the USJ was to protect the class, specifically Midoriya and I! And the dango emoji is because you have pink hair, the green is for the green glasses, and the white is for how kind and pure you are! You're a really cool guy Saiki!"

... Kaminari..

My face slightly tinted red with embarrassment, not expecting such a heartfelt explanation. This instantly made the boy beside me burst out laughing, his arm tightening around me. "Don't get all shy, 'Mama Saiki'!"

Shut up so I can beat you in archery...

It was the next Monday, the first day of the school clubs. They said since so many students are gonna be in the club, if you have your own personal instrument, you should bring it. I walked out my classroom and down the stairs with my cello case on my back, going to the main tower to find the music club room.

I slipped my ring off and carefully put it in my pocket. Didn't want any random to run down the halls without me knowing and accidentally hit my cello.

"Hey, Pinky! Where's the stupid music room, you're walking like you already know where it is." I heard behind me. By the nickname, it could only be one person, Bakugou Katsuki. He walked up beside me, glaring at my cello case.

"I'm already tired of this stupid Pinky... He shows off during training, he shows off at the USJ, and now he's in the same club as me? For what? To show off again?! No way!" the blonde thought, absolutely fuming as we walked next to each other. He clutched his viola case with pure annoyance.

Show off all you want, Bakugou! Steal all the attention! I support it wholeheartedly!

I gestured for him to follow, walking down the stairs and walking through the ground floor halls to reach the main building. It was completely silent between the two of us. Well, it was silent for him. I heard every single mean comment about me running through his head.

"Pinky." he suddenly broke the silence, his feet stopping in place as he turned to me. I did the same, looking right into his blood red eyes. "... I know you're half-assing the class. The way you beat that ice bastard with that blindfold over your eyes, the way you got over 100 points in the exams, the way you beat those villains in the USJ... But you came out at 10th in the quirk apprehension test? You're more physically capable than most of the class and it's fucking obvious. Yet, you came dead middle in all those tests? I'm not an idiot, that has to be fucking planned."

Was I slipping up that bad, is Bakugou just this observant... or, am I just the only person he's observing?

"Every U.A. Sports Festival ends in one on one battles to decide final placements. I know I'm gonna get first place, but I'm not gonna accept it until I beat you. You better get to the finals, I know you can do it. Don't even think about half-assing me either." he finished, walking away from me. He soon stopped as he realized he didn't know where he was going. "... Show me the stupid music room, Pinky!"

Wow.. He doesn't know that I have psychic abilities, but he's sure as hell close. I'm afraid that I won't be able to give you my all, because if I did, humanity would cease to exist.

I have to be more careful, but how..? I could erase his memory, but that doesn't change the fact that he's not an idiot and he's very observant, so he might just come to this same conclusion again later on. Not to mention, he's very aware of his surroundings and has extraordinary reflexes, so would I even be able to swiftly erase his memory with him causing a scene?

I kept walking, in which he followed. We walked into the main building and up the stairs, the sound of scales being played and instruments being tuned filling our ears. I gently opened the room, welcomed with a large, open space full of chairs, instruments, and musicians. Present Mic was at the front of the room, standing on the conductor's podium as he flipped through his score.

I leisurely walked over and unpacked my instrument, Bakugou right next to me. He opened his case to reveal a dark brown viola, an obviously expensive one. He gently grabbed it by the neck, humming a perfect A while plucking at his A string. Wow, perfect pitch too? You're very talented, Bakugou. If only you weren't an asshole.

Once he got his A string in tune, he began to tune in fifths from there, effortlessly tuning his whole instrument just by using his ears. When that was all done, he put his shoulder rest on and tightened his bow, walking over to the viola section.

I focused back on my cello, quietly rosining my bow as more students filed in the room. After I unpacked my instrument, I left my instrument case next to Bakugou's, walking towards my own section.

"Okay, listeners! Lets get this show on the road!" Present Mic began, standing up at the podium with his signature grin. "I see that some of you listeners already brought your own instruments! If you didn't, go ahead to the back room to collect a school issued one for the year! Everyone with a school issued instrument has to sign a contract to ensure the safety of the instruments, and I'll get them to you guys soon!" He told us all, in which a few students stood up to grab an instrument as he said.

When everyone was seated and tuned, our attention was back on Present Mic. He pulled out a large packet of sheet music, walking around and passing them out by section. "Let's just jump right into it! The first event we're gonna be playing at is the sports festival, specifically before the one on one battles. The piece I had in mind for us to play was 'Mars, The Bringer of War' from 'The Planets'. Is anyone familiar with that piece?"

Lots of hands raised up, including Bakugou's. I saw a small smile grace his face, "Mars? I love this movement! Are we gonna play more of the planets later in the year? I wanna play Jupiter and Saturn too.." the blonde thought, sitting up straight in his chair. He seems to be much calmer now, this must be something he's really interested in.

Well, time to get ready for the sports festival.
