The Ultimate Weapon「✔」

Once Lloyd and Wu were on Destiny's Bounty, Lloyd went to the side of the ship to look at the volcano and Wu followed him from behind.

"Master Wu, you don't understand. Right now, on that volcano, Garmadon is making something really big." As soon as Lloyd started saying that last bit, the workers there were indeed working on something big. They were fixing pieces together and using lava.

"He's building something huge. And something surely shark themed." Gotta give Lloyd credit for getting that right.

The henchmen laughed as one of them took off a sticker. Sharks were swimming in circles inside a tub full of water making 'Nom nom nom' noises or maybe that was just Garmadon scatting.

"And he's gonna come back sooner rather than later. So, what do I do?" Lloyd finally asks anxiously. Even if he is the leader of the Secret Ninja Force, he has his imperfections.

"Nephew, weapons alone will not solve your problem. I have every kind of weapon in my dojo." Wu answered. He then, proceeds to show all the different types of weapons on the ship. "Big weapons, little weapons, sharp weapons, dull weapons, even the Ultimate Weapon."

The Ultimate Weapon was shown standing with its pride with lights shining on it. Then he zoomed back to Lloyd and said, "But the strongest weapon is inside you."

"Wait. I'm sorry, what did you just say?" Lloyd says trying to make sure he heard it correctly. "The strongest weapon is inside you." Wu explained again, a bit unsure by what Lloyd meant.

"No, no, no. Before that. That thing right before that." Lloyd implied.

"What? You mean..." Wu trails off, before realising what Lloyd meant.

Then somehow the case to it opens with a guy from somewhere saying, "The Ultimate Weapon!"

They somehow, made it just straight up look ultimate and epic. Anyways, Lloyd's head spins as his mind is blown by seeing the weapon. But then, Lloyd asked, "And, you've been hiding this why?"

Wu then, narrows his eyes and the answers with; "In the wrong hands, the Ultimate Weapon could spell doom for all of Ninjago."

"Put that in my hands." Lloyd nervously chuckles, hoping his own hands could be the righteous ones to handle the Ultimate Weapon. "Why does it matter how we beat Garmadon as long as we beat him? Besides, I can finally be able to impress Mysterio and get her to join the team." He starts off the last sentence in a sing-song tone, hoping to persuade his uncle.

"Because nephew right now, your hands are the wrong hands." Wu sternly says.

Lloyd's face was one of pure shock and bewilderment, looking at his hands and examined them. The sunset illuminated the hands, as Lloyd was left in deep thought. There may be scratches here and there, but they are his hands, afterall.

Wu decided, to finally break the silence between the two of them. "Lloyd, I'm his brother. I, too feel responsible for the safety of Ninjago. As well as, the others. But, I will not always be here to train you."

"Why?"

"Because... I'm super, super old." Wu honestly announces. Honesty was to be the best policy.

"Oh." Lloyd slumps his shoulders dejectedly, in a disappointed manner, believing he might have said something about going on a dangerous journey.

"That's why I need you to lead the Secret Ninja Force and somehow convince Mysterio to join us. By the way, have you asked them about it or given hints to them?"

"Um....well, no." Lloyd answered sheepishly, shaking his head.

"But, you must promise to walk a different path. One that only the son of Garmadon can walk. No matter, how hard it may be. Mysterio will also be there to guide you." Wu implied wisely to Lloyd in hopes of cheering his spirits up.

The blond-haired boy nodded slowly, "Also; why is Mysterio mentioned almost everytime? Couldn't the scenes just cut back to them, if they were going to be mentioned anyways?"

"It's because, the author merely cannot be bothered to do that."

Lloyd let out a small sigh, "Honestly, I would happily give up being a Secret Ninja, if it meant I didn't have to be the son of Garmadon..."

"I know you've had a hard life, Lloyd. Filled with many knocks." Wu grasps onto his staff, turning it sideways. "Why don't I play you a song? Perhaps it will speak to you." Wu proceeds to start playing; 'It's A Hard-Knock Life' with his staff, while Lloyd shuffles his feet about and awkwardly stands there.

Awkward.

Lloyd's had enough of the tune playing, so he places his hand at the end of the staff, preventing Wu from playing. Concluding, to Wu having his breathe held, since he wasn't gaining any air. Lloyd awkwardly smiles, and takes his hand off the staff. "Thanks, Uncle Wu."

Lloyd jumps off the side of the boat, onto the dock and starts running away from there, with Wu watching him depart from the boat. The blond-haired teen runs up a hill with some bricked-up stone-steps on the floor, as if showing a path for him. The leaves bristled and danced with the wind, the boy putting on his mask.

The background flute music of 'It's A Hard-Knock Life' was still playing out, as the boy ran off.

Two birds flew away, as to not get any closer to Lloyd, now as the Green Ninja, as he jumped from building roofs to building roofs. [Name], now in her vigilante form, came out of nowhere mysteriously because plot reasons.

The Green Ninja gazed at her within admiration, as she jumped side-by-side with him, on one roof to another.

The masked-teen gained a burst of euphoria from being beside the vigilante, Mysterio.

...

They both jumped onto the huge satellite and walked along onto the side. Mysterio smirked underneath her mask, swinging off from some poles and the Green Ninja followed on with an agape look. The masked-girl merely sent him a small wink, as the masked-boy was taken aback from this and widened his eyes in a confuzzled manner.

...

Beautiful lights were radiating around the city as, the Green Ninja and Mysterio dashed across one of the railing things for a sky train or something. They both jumped over the things connecting the sky train to the wire.

Mysterio started doing front-flips and back-flips, just to show off. Landing on her feet in finishing off, she glanced over at the Green Ninja and grinned coyly underneath her mask.

"Impressed, Greenie?"

"'Greenie'?!" His voice cracked, quickly clearing his throat to waver the embarrassment of his voice cracking.

...

They both went running on top of a roof of a restaurant. Mysterio stopped the hesitant Green Ninja, before he could go any further.

"Wait."

The Green Ninja looked at her in confusion.

"Close your eyes."

"No."

"Aww, c'mon!" Mysterio whined, pouting underneath her mask. "I wanted to give you a little kiss, on the cheek." She pointed to the side of her mask, grinning even more, when she sees the Green Ninja's surprised reaction.

...

At his place, his mum was worrying about him and talking to her friend on the phone. "No, no. I don't know where he is. No, he hasn't come home from school."

...

The Green Ninja and Mysterio had parted ways by now. The Green Ninja was now, jumping onto one shop roof to a boat one. He landed onto the sweet, sweet ground, and continued running.

...

Koko was still on the phone with her friend, "No, he did not join forces with his father." She let out an exasperated sigh, shaking her head. "That is ridiculous. Like your husband's a saint. Well no him and [Name] haven't gotten together just yet... I know I'm already planning their wedding!"

She clutches her hand in excitement, giggling to herself, like a young school girl gossiping.

...

Lloyd had already gotten his ninja uniform, now in his everyday clothing.

Vehicles pass by with their illuminating headlights on. Horns are honking and sirens are wailing. Lloyd gazed up at the ginormous TV-board of him, as the Green Ninja and Mysterio next to him there.

He scratches his cheek, walking away. He has obviously looked both ways before crossing the road.

Remember that, kids.

...

"I am not trying to freak out right now, but I have called 18 people and I cannot locate my son. I even called [Name] and it went straight to voicemail. So yeah, that means I called 19 people then."

Lloyd obviously heard, what his mother was talking about, as he put on his slippers and took off his shoes.

"Yes, I know you said you never wanted him to play with your kids...I just didn't know if, maybe..."

Lloyd frowned in sadness, opening the door, since he feels that he's heard enough.

Well now, Lloyd is ready to hear the wrath of his Mum's worrying.
