Chapter 2:  House, Estate, Staff

A/N:  I’m doing a whole chapter on the girls’ rooms and the rest of the mansion and estate because I’m doing a lot, including the staff and animals.  You can skip this chapter if you want.  I don’t really care. 

Cornelia led the girls up the main stairway and down a large hall to their rooms.  Each room was large, had a walk-in closet, a large private bathroom, a sitting room, and a balcony. 

Elsa’s room is light blue.  The rugs are white.  A blue comforter slightly darker than the walls is on the bed and it has snowflake designs on it.  The sitting room is similar but with different shades of blue.  The bathroom is silver with blue accents.  The door to her room is white with dark and light blue designs and accents.  Elsa’s personal maid is Edith. 

Anna’s room is light pink and the rugs are different shades of green.  A dark pink comforter with various flowers on it is on the bed.  The sitting room is light green and has a pink rugs.  The bathroom is a cream color and has green accents.  The door to her room is white with green and pink designs and accents.  Anna’s personal maid is Adele. 

Rapunzel’s room is light purple with light pink and yellow rugs.  A yellow, pink, and purple striped comforter is on her bed.  The bathroom is golden with purple accents.  The sitting room is pink with purple rugs.  The door to her room is a light wood and has pink, purple, and yellow designs and accents.  Punzie’s personal maid is Rebecca. 

Merida’s room is red with dark green rugs.  The comforter has a sunset design, so the colors are red, orange, and yellow.  The bathroom is off-white with orange accents.  The sitting room is dark green with red rugs.  The door to her room is a dark wood and has red, orange, and dark green designs and accents.  Mer’s personal maid is Molly. 

Each bedroom has a king sized bed; three chest-of-drawers; a large dresser; a large vanity with a stool and mirror; a large desk with a comfy chair that spins; a small bookshelf; a laundry basket; a TV with a stand; a mirror on the wall; a jewelry case; a small trashcan; and a nightstand with a lamp, phone (landline), and a radio/CD/i-Pod player.  There are windows that overlook the estate, one is a window seat, and all have curtains to match the room.  A pair of glass French doors (with curtains) leads to a large balcony that has four chairs and a small table; there is also another set of glass French doors (with curtains) that leads to the sitting room. 

Each sitting room has two couches; a love seat; a fireplace; a TV on the wall above the fireplace; a cabinet; a bookshelf; a few tables, end and coffee tables; a window seat (with curtains); and a window without a seat (again, with curtains).  The sitting room also has three doors.  One that leads to the bedroom, one that leads to the hallway, and one that leads to the balcony. 

Each bathroom has a large shower; a large bathtub; a towel rack; a large sink with a mirror; a toilet; a vanity smaller than the one in the bedroom but still big with a stool and mirror; a laundry basket; a trashcan; and a cabinet.  There is one window with curtains. 

Each walk-in closet is about 1/4 full of formal Princess clothes, shoes, and accessories.  There is a very small window with a curtain.  Off of the balcony is a staircase that leads to a patio. 

Anna and Elsa’s rooms are across the hall from each other.  Punzie’s room is next to Anna’s room.  Mer’s room is next to Elsa’s room.  Punzie and Mer’s rooms are across the hall from each other. 

Located in the rest of the mansion, there is a large dining room; a small dining room; 2 large kitchens; a huge library filled with books; an exercise room with exercise equipment; a large weapons room; a large music room filled with every musical instrument ever; a large arts and crafts room with every type of art tool imaginable; a sewing room with everything; a ballroom; an observatory; a large greenhouse; a spa room; a bowling alley; a gallery filled with paintings and statures; a 30 people sized movie theater; and a large study.  There are also 15 guest bedrooms (each with a bathroom, sitting room, and walk-in closet); 10 parlors; 25 bathrooms; a video room that is like a giant skype or facetime room (A/N:  for anyone who has seen the tv show NCIS, just thing of NTEK, that’s where I got the idea for this room); and a large lobby/ foyer.  Also, there is an indoor swimming arena with a large pool and hot tub, and changing rooms; a 15 car garage attached to the house; an ice skating rink; and an indoor kennel and grooming station for the girls’ dogs. 

Outdoors, there is a large pool and hot tub with changing rooms nearby; a tennis court; a volleyball court; a basketball court; a soccer field; a football field; 2 large patios, one in the sun and one covered, each with tables and chairs and a picnic bench and table.  There are also stables with the girls’ horses, 4 total, but it can hold 15 horses; a huge corral; a riding/ hiking trail; an archery range; and three large, empty fields, one very hilly, one flat, and one in between.  Also, there are woods on about 1/4 of the property, with wonderful climbing trees; two gazebos, one large and open, and one smaller and more private; a maze; a huge garden with many different plants; a fountain; and a small waterfall. 

The entire property is 50 acres.  There is a wall surrounding the estate with 10 feet of a concrete wall underground and 20 feet above ground with barbed wire reaching another 5 feet above that.  There are security cameras covering every inch of the wall and the whole property.  There are security cameras inside the mansion also, but not in any bathrooms or bedrooms or any of the rooms off the bedrooms other than the balcony. 

Ten miles off the property is a private airport hangar large enough for 3 planes.  At the nearest coast is a boat house that can hold 2 large yachts and 3 sailboats. 

The servants/ staff include the head of staff (Cornelia); the girls’ personal maids, 15 additional maids; 15 butlers; 6 chefs; 5 stablemen; 5 drivers; 2 pilots; 50 groundsmen; 200 guards; 25 people to care for the dogs, including trainers, vets, and people to groom them;  and a personal doctor.  There are also many guard dogs:  5 German Shepherds; 5 Rottweilers; 5 Doberman Pinscher; 5 English Mastiffs; and 5 Great Danes. 

Each girl also has her own dog for a companion and personal protection, along with other pets.  Elsa has a Siberian Husky named Snow and a horse named Winter.  Anna has an English Springer Spaniel named Flower and a horse named Spring.  Rapunzel has a Golden Retriever named Summer, a chameleon named Pascal, and a horse named Maximus (Max for short).  Merida has a Beagle named Autumn and a horse named Angus.

An intercom system connects every room in the house and most places on the property outside.
