through out the first week of sweet pea being away Celestia had gotten lonely so decided to stay at her dad's trailer which he had no problem with it so she was assigned to share a bed with jughead she didn't mind because they had done it previously when they were younger and anyway they were brother and sister but when Celestia awoke she was on her own but she brushed it off as him going out or something but then she heard what sounded like her dad and brother talking so put on some sweat pants because she was just in her underwear not that jughead minded he was used to it but none the less she put them on and stayed in her sports bra she sauntered out of the room and rubbed her eyes but she stopped dead in her tracks when she saw veronica and her father stood in the living room of the trailer she was currently sharing all of they're eyes landed on the sleepy girl she smiled and stood awkwardly as she eyed her father "hello mr lodge, veronica" she greeted and he nodded in response but veronica smiled she then went on to say "umm dad could i talk to you for a moment please " she gave him a look and he looked concerned "couldn't it wait?" she shook her head "no its important please " she pleaded and he nodded while jughead had his eyes lock on to Hiram studying his movements and body language

she led her dad into the room she was sharing and whisper yelled "dad what the fuck is Hiram lodge doing here i thought you was done doing business with him a while back" he lifted a brow as his arms folded over his chest "we're not discussing business we're finding out what happened to the pickens head and his involvement also watch you language" she nodded but put her two fingers towards his eyes then to hers "i'm watching you" he hummed a laugh and went to walk out the door until she said something else "can't you get sweet pea back i miss him to much?" he shook his head "nope your gonna have to deal with it darlin" she sighed "well you better hope he's back soon i'm going insane" he laughed then walk back out to the living room she slipped on a cropped hoodie and walked back out just as they began to negotiate and find out things Celestia stood by the door frame leaning against it listening intently

" thank you for agreeing to sit down and discuss this misunderstanding"Hiram began but was cut off by the three jones' jughead and Celestia speaking in unison as fp spoke over both of them "There's no -" "there's no misunderstanding here Tall boy said you paid him to decapitate the pickens statue" then jughead interjected "as an excuse to turn up the heat on the serpents " he bitterly said then Celestia spoke up glaring at the businessman "yano you got a lot of nervous people scared they're gonna lose their homes mine and sweet peas included"Hiram then replied "i heard about that and though its nothing to do with me ,i've spoken to mayor mcCoy and as a good gesture of goodwill to the southside community , i'd like to settle any back rent you or your neighbours owe the town" Celestia knew it was too good to be true as she walked next to her brother and father "and what do you want in return?" he simply replied "peace in the land" Fp hummed then said "its a deal " the girl glared at him as if to say 'what is he doing?' then hiram spoke again " there is one thing" they all looked at him confused "mayor McCoy tells me you have some kind of expose your working on , jughead so in exchange for my generous offer , i'd appreciate it if you just kept my name out of it , sound fair?" Celestia scoffed as jughead spoke "that sounds a lot like a bribe " and before he could say anything else Celestia butted in with a smirk on her face"no deal" and Fp stood up wrapping his arms around his kids shoulders and laughed "see you in the funny pages" after that Hiram left in a huff with not getting his own way

Celestia sat eating her bowl of cereal laughing "did you see the look on his and veronica's face they all giggled until Fp stood up and jughead following "well we better get going i need to go sort the serpents and run business " jughead nodded "yeh i gotta go see betty about something " the girls eyebrow rose "dad can i come to the wyrm with you toni and fangs is there and i could chill with them while you go out on errands i could keep and eye on things seeing as tall boy is out of the picture now " he thought about it for a minute "yeh ok then come on " by this time she had changed into jeans but kept her crop top on she stood up and slid on her serpent jacket and walked out the door and locking it in the process she looked at her dad "i'll take my bike" he nodded "be careful ok" she laughed "always am i'll see you soon jug" he nodded as he got on his bike and sped off into the distance she did the same but headed for her normal hang out where she sat talking to toni catching up on what she had missed most specifically sweet pea and how she couldn't wait for him to come home

a little while later she received a phone call from her father even though he was out on errands "hi Celestia i need you to come to the trailer as quickly as you can its important "she replied as she stood mouthing a sorry to toni and rushing out the bar and to her bike "ok i'm on my way" she hung up then sped straight home where she saw alice on the steps of the trailer with betty and conversing with Fp and jughead she squeezed past them and said looking at them "hi i came as soon as you called whats happened because by the looks of it its serious but they continued alice being the first

"Fp , i-" she was interrupted by Fp "save it alice jughead told me, all of it" Celestia looked puzzled "what the fuck happened i feel out of the loop " but they still continued hoping she would put two and two together "i'm not gonna let you make the same mistake i made with jason blossom come on" it was as if something clicked "oh my god no " he nodded ans alice sobbed in the trailer while jughead held betty. Celestia paced the room until an idea came to mind she stopped and looked up "i have an idea come on " she went to walk out but jughead followed she turned around and held her hand out

"your not coming just me and dad you haven't got the stomach for it" he tried to protest but the look on her face told him not to she walked out the door and turned to her dad "Celestia go back in the house" she shook her head " no i'm fucking not now where is it?" he stared at her "in the woods, the pipe line" he knew she wouldn't back down she nodded and walked to the truck "ok we need to stop at the store first i'll explain on the way they both got in the truck and started the ignition

"so we need tarp to transport it then -" "put sodium hydroxide on the body and it'll decompose in a few days" they said in union they looked at each other in shock "how do you know that " they both spoke again he spoke first "well being in a gang you pick up a few tricks of the trade" she nodded "i not only watched a lot of crime series with sweet pea i learned it in science " they both sat in silence until they got to the store she got out and jogged into it she picked up what he needed and went to the front where she payed for it

"why do you need to much sodium hydroxide may i ask?" she smiled "i have a LOT of clogged up drains see i had a house party and a lot of drunk teenagers " he gave a look of disgust but brushed it off as she handed the right amount then walked out the store and got back in where they continued to drive until they got to the pipe where the body was situated wrapped in alice's rug

her father took charge and brought shovels "we need to go further in then dig the hole she nodded as she began walking until she found a secluded area and began digging until it was deep enough when she came back her dad stood there running a hand down his face she walked up to him "come on then" he looked at her then walked to the body she followed as she hauled the rug out and brought it out into the air "oh my god that's disgusting" as flies buzzed around the lifeless body

her dad and her rolled the rug on to the tarp and dragged it to the hole that had previously been dug and pushed it into the pit of dirt "i'll go get the hydroxide " he nodded staring at the body he couldn't believe alice was capable of this accident or not a few seconds later the girl jogged back with the two bags in hand she handed him one and they began pouring it all over the still body

when they had finished covering it they were out of breath they stepped out the hole and looked at the body one more time before throwing the bags into the pit they walked back to the truck talking trying to take their mind off of things "we can't tell sweet pea about this he would flip his shit and leave me " Fp nodded in understanding and agreement "or toni and fangs " Fp spoke up she now nodded as they approached the truck and got in

"where are we meeting the others?" "pops" she looked down and sat with her head against the window until they arrived at their destination she got out and it all seemed to hit her at once at what had just happened she walked around the truck and hugged her dad he hugged back as they walked into the almost empty small diner and slid into the booth while she layed her head on her fathers shoulder while they spoke she sat thinks about what had just happened

"its done" jughead looked at us and pulled a face of disgust "jeez dad celes, you reek " Celestia staying in her position of her head on her dads shoulder she stared at the floor ahead her face emotionless and spoke without moving her eyes "its the sodium hydroxide in a week, there'll be nothing left not even his teeth they sat in silence until alice sniffled "thank you, Fp " he looked at her as he links hands with her Celestia saw this out the corner of her eye "its not me you should be thanking he turned his head to look at my emotionless body she leaned forward "thank you Celestia" the girl nodded and then sighed as the conversation went on

she zoned out and only heard something about alice dragging betty and jughead into the situation then Fp saying something about ending a circle and having no more lose ends and betty and jughead holding each other while her dad and alice held hands and her lying her head on Fp's chest

Celestia sighed again as she sat up leaning her head on the back of the booth then standing up "i'm gonna go wait in the truck i need to talk to sweet anyway i haven't spoke to him in a while her dad looked at her "remember what we talked about ok " she nodded and took the keys from her dad and walking outside then shutting the truck door behind her she slipped her phone out of her pocket and unlocked it

she selected contacts and pressed the id card saying 'my king' she sat with one of her legs to her chest as her head was facing the ceiling of the truck it rang a few times until the call was answered "hey baby " she smiled faintly "hi how you doin" she could hear him smile on the other end "good, whats up baby you sound off is everything ok?" her voice cracked slightly as she ran her hand through her hair "yeh i just miss you " she let out a few silent sobs "aww don't cry baby i'll be back soon " she nodded trying to stop herself but she couldn't "i know but i just i could do with a cuddle session right about now" he sighed "i'll be back soon i promise just hold out a little bit longer " "she sniffled "ok i'll try but you better make it up to me when your back" he smirked "don't you worry baby i will" she let out a small laughed and said "i'll let you go your probably tired " he hummed a laugh "i could stay up all night for you " she smiled "well i know i'm tired so i'm gonna go " " are you sure your alright though Celestia " she hummed in response

"i love you sweet goodnight " he yawned " night princess i love you more i'll talk to you tomorrow " "ok my little pea" and with that she hung up and put her phone on the dashboard she leaned back and closed her eyes the last thing she remembered was being carried into the trailer and put into bed next to jughead where they changed her out of her hydroxide smelling clothes and into her pyjamas and she peacefully fell back to sleep until she began dreaming of what had occurred she woke up in a cold sweat jughead still asleep she got up and walked to the kitchen where Fp stood his hands dragging down his face he looked up and saw her

"can't sleep huh?" she questioned he nodded "how about you ?" "i had a nightmare " he held his arms out and she ran into them and they embraced each other as they sat down on the couch until Celestia fell asleep in her dads loving arms it seemed to put her at ease because after that she didn't have the dream again knowing she was in safe hands
