In the morning, our heroes left Camelot. They did not know where the compass would guide them. Gwen came with them, and she was an easy target, so they had to protect her. After five hours of traveling, they camped for eating. In the meantime, they discussed of Gwen's fate.

"Gwen is an easy target," said Cara.

"I said I would protect her with my life," said Arthur.

"Yes, Arthur," said Gwaine, "with the help of your knights and your warlock."

"Why is that a problem?" said Nicci. "She can take care of herself."

"What do you have in mind?" said Dennee.

"I can't read minds like a listener," said Rahl, "but what do you say about magical powers?"

"What?" said Gwen. "Is that possible?"

"No," said Annalina, "she doesn't have the magic to kill someone with a dacra or to steal the Han of someone."

"Who said she must steal it when someone can give her Han?" said Lancelot.

"So who is so mad enough to lose their Han for someone?" asked Verna

"A confessed Sister of the Darkness," said Kahlan.

"But she must learn how to use her powers at the Palace of the Prophets," said Annalina.

"Who said that?" said Nicci. "Why are we here? We can both learn the ways of the path."

"Where are the Sisters of the Dark when you need them?" said Cara.

"She will control her powers?" said Arthur.

"Yes," said Merlin.

"Come on, Arthur," said Cara, "she is a smart girl."

"You want to say she will learn fast," said Leo.

"In one year I could hold the Agiel and fight and was only ten years old," said Cara.

"When do I start my training?" said Gwen.

"We should capture a Sister of the Dark first," said Denna.

"Why should we capture one when they are here?" said Percival.

Morgana sent scouts to follow them at Jagang's orders. The scouts were Mord-Sith, Sisters of the Dark, D'Haran soldiers, and some banelings. They wanted revenge for what happened in Middle Lands. The fight started and the enemies split into two groups after saw they lost the control.

Kahlan had luck and confessed the most powerful Sister of the Dark from the group. Leo, Gwaine, and Elyan found the remaining scouts of Morgana and killed them, but kept one alive. This allowed to Dennee confessing her. She knew nothing important and died by Cenred's hand. Gwen and the other confessed Sister of the Dark said the spell together and Gwen received her Han. After that, they killed her the prisoner.

Because it would be night soon they camped there. Gwen began her training and fought with dacras from fallen Sisters of the Dark. Nicci and Verna noticed how fast she learned to fight. They went to sleep and in the morning, they stopped by some villagers of Princess Mithian's kingdom. The compass was open and led the same way that the villagers showed. They reached the Kingdom of Nemeth, and Princess Mithian welcomed them with open arms.

"I am so glad you are here," said Mithian. "I sent some troops to other kingdoms to help me, but they died,"

"Who killed them?" said Arthur.

"The Nemean Lion, I suppose," said Cara.

"That is what I wanted to say," said Richard.

"You are hunters?" said Mithian.

"No," said Percival, "they are here to stop the Keeper, and the compass led to you."

"My scouts said all five kingdoms confront with such a thing," said Mithian.

"A Nemean Lion," said Zedd, "is very rare. I read about them in books, but I never thought they were real."

"Magical creatures, I suppose," said Merlin.

"Yes," said Mithian, "after Cenred's kingdom disappeared; Morgana needed an army,"

"My kingdom didn't disappear," said Cenred. "Magical users cast a spell and moved to Uther's kingdom and we allied for our entire lives."

"A Nemean Lion," said Shota, "they are useless against Mord-Sith and some dacras."

"Mord-Sith?" said Mithian. "What are you doing here?"

"They are our friends and they help us," said Gwen.

"I and Cara aren't like other Mord-Sith," said Denna, "we don't serve the Keeper."

"Glad to hear that," said Mithian. "Prepare rooms for our guests. The beasts attack every Monday at the same hour. Whoever tries stopping them, the beasts kill him."

"So we should find and kill them," said Arthur.

"No," said Shota. "They are mythological creatures from ancient Greece. Someone teleported them here. We must find the portal and destroy it, but first, we need to examine one."

"I know you," said Zedd. "Shota, do you think it is a coincidence that they are here?"

"That means we will stay here four more days," said Gwen. "What will we do here for four days?"

"Feel at home," said Mithian.

"We can hunt?" said Cara.

"Sure," said Mithian.

They all went to sleep because it was late. They knew after four days Nemean Lions would attack so they had to capture one and kill the rest. Every day the boys hunted in the woods with Princess Mithian. On the first day, Gwen learned new moves with dacras. On the second day, she learned how to throw dacras. The third day she learned to pull a dacra from someone. At the end of the fourth day, she learned how to unleash a deadly spell to kill someone when hit by a dacra. This included letting alive until the owner wanted to kill him or spare him.

Nemeth's kingdom was under attack again.

"Lions are attacking," said Dennee.

Percival and Elyan said, "We got one! Kill them all."

"Everything is fine here," said Merlin and Arthur.

"Thanks! You saved my people," said Mithian.

"What I was afraid would happen," said Shota.

"What happened? What is wrong?" said everyone at once.

"Someone controls them. It isn't enough to send them back, but we must kill or break up the spell that corrupted the lions."

"I forget saying," said Cara, "never throw a dacra when Mord-Siths are around. They can push back."

Thanks for the advice," said Gwen.

"You mean we must destroy the dark heart, right?" said Richard.

"Kill him, yes," said Shota.

"Who the Dark Heart is again?" said Arthur. "The Keeper?"

"No," said Cenred, "The Keeper rules the Sisters of the Dark and until some days the Sisters of the Light too."

"So," said Verna, "he wanted to protect the Palace of the Prophets from intruders."

"We should use our heads, not our mouths to talk," said Rahl

"What do you want to say?" said Denna.

"Shota was telling about mythological Greeks creatures," said Merlin.

"That means a Greek god controls them," said Leo and Gwaine.

"That's what I was afraid of," said Shota.

Helios came alive again while our heroes talked about the Nemean Lions' army. Morgana and Mordred sent scouts to see what happened and why the Nemean Lions never returned. They discovered her enemies killed them and were in Nemeth. Morgana wanted to conquer Nemeth because she lost Cenred and his kingdom.

Why do you need the army of Nemeth?" said Helios. "You have an army. They are Nemean Lions, Saxons, Mord-Sith, Sisters of the Dark, banelings, and mercenaries."

"Every day that passes they become more powerful," said Morgana. "What does it matter? Those Confessors, Kahlan and Dennee can use Con Dar and turn all my army against me. Those two Mord-Siths, Cara and Dana, can block magic. Oh, I forget about that Sister of the Dark, Sister Nicci, turn the soul from the Underworld to the Confessors."

"I don't want to make you scream," said Mordred, "but my scouts discovered something that you won't like."

Morgana and Helios asked, "What is it?"

"They capture a Sister of the Dark who attempts retreating" answered Mordred

"And what do we care about it?" said Helios.

"She gave her Han to Gwen."

"What!" said Morgana. "That is impossible! She betrayed me."

"She was under confession and now Nicci, Verna, and Annalina are teaching her how to use her new powers."

"She must die."

"Should I send more Nemean Lions?" said Helios.

"Yes... Kill them all."

Our heroes did not know who the leader of the Nemean Lions was. Cara revived one and Zedd used a spell to make his tracks visible. Mithian sent some scouts and discovered the hand of Morgana. Shota used her vision spells and saw the conversation of Morgana, Mordred, and Helios. Morgana and Mordred became the right hand of the Keeper as Jagang. They hoped that the Nemean Lion would return home and show where the others hid. Cara wanted to crush Morgana like a cockroach because she stole her favorite Agiel. In three days the Nemean Lion reached the shelter of Morgana's troops. Every day Gwen learned how to use dacras. She did friendly duels with Elyan, Lancelot, and Arthur. Verna, Nicci, and Annalina become so impressed with Gwen's skills and how fast she learned how to fight and use them. Gwen now could protect herself, and she was not an easy target for the entire team.

"Your wife has become more powerful than you, Arthur," said Cenred. "I am surprised."

"Yes, I am happy," said Arthur.

"Ok," said Mithian, "it's better I'm not your wife because I am not as powerful as she is."

"Morgana did that, right?" said Cara. "I swear on my life when I will find it, I will crush her like a roach."

"Take it easy, Cara," said Rahl. "Now she is free."

"But for how long?" said Merlin.

"Until we catch her," said Lancelot. "I heard someone call you the Death Mistress? Why do you have such a name?"

"Because I am deadly and powerful," said Nicci.

"Why don't you wear orange? It is a nice color."

"She wore it until betrayed the Keeper," said Cara.

"Let's forget about such things," said Leo. "Now I am near you."

The enemies revived a Wizard of First Order, Giller, who had helped Rahl. Now he served the Keeper. Giller discovered how Cara, Denna and Darken Rahl, betrayed the D'Haran Empire. He showed with magic the training sessions of Gwen. Morgana babbled when she saw that. She hated Gwen because, in her opinion, she must rule Camelot, not by Arthur or Uther. Now Camelot was a small thing when you have the chance to rule the entire world. With Giller's powers, he saw that the Nemean Lion killed and later revived to find Morgana's troops tricked them. Before he died by the Con Dar of Kahlan, the wizard could create a Confessor with his experiments. He found a way to unconfess the Nemean Lion, and then created Confessor. She confessed the Nemean Lion again and set a trap for our heroes. The Confessor ordered the Nemean Lion to camp near the trap. When our heroes followed the tracks of the Nemean Lion, they wanted to ambush them to surrender. Sisters of the Dark, Mord-Sith, banelings, Saxons, and Nemean Lions came there. Morgana, Mordred, Helios, and Giller would come where they would fall into the trap.

"It's sad Darken Rahl betrayed us," said Giller. "We have a message from Jagang and the message is death for you,"

"The Mord-Sith queen killed him," said Morgana, "but Cara killed her."

"Cara Mason, the most loyal helper of Rahl, and Mordred said something about Denna."

"Arthur must suffer for what he did," said Helios.

"And what do you have in mind, my dear?" said Morgana.

"I will kill his wife in a duel in front of him."

"She deserves it. I should be the one who rules near Arthur, not my serving girl."

"Scouts are reaching the place," said Mordred. "We set the trap."

"The only thing to do is waiting for them," said Giller.

Now our heroes followed the tracks of the Nemean Lions. They expected a trap because no one attacked them. They were ready to face every trap that existed to stop the Keeper and the bad people once for all. They found the Nemean Lion there, but not Morgana's troops. Our heroes realized somebody trapped them. The troops appeared with Morgana, Mordred, Helios, and Giller.

"My old master," said Giller, "you betrayed us; you deserve death."

"Giller," said Rahl, "I am glad to see you alive again after Kahlan killed you with Con Dar but you will die by my hand."

"Arthur Pendragon, we meet again," said Helios. "Last time Isolde saved your life, but I will kill you. Cenred, you were the biggest enemy of Camelot and now you are helping them."

"No, you will die Helios," said Arthur.

"Helios," said Shota, "you wear the name of a Greek god. That's why this spell was possible."

"Don't try any tricks," said Morgana.

"I always say to Morgause," said Cenred, "you are useless, that's what you are, nothing more than a mad female."

"How dare you," said Morgana. "You make me mad."

"Shut up, all," said Helios. "I want a duel with someone. If the person who I dueled with me beats me, she or he and their friends are free. No one else will die by my hand. That person is Gwen."

"Duel with me, coward," said Arthur.

"Fine, I will do it," said Gwen.

Nicci, Verna, Annalina said, "She is ready."

They began the duel. It was Gwen's first time fighting with someone like Helios. She knew it would be a hard fight, but she believed in her powers and could defeat him. She blocked and attacked Helios with dacras. Helios used a sword forged of dragon breath. Morgana knew Helios would beat her, but she wanted to have the pleasure of killing her. "Stop, Helios, I want to kill her," said Morgana.

"So are you afraid of me and you want to do a duel two versus two, right?" said Gwen.

"Choose someone helping you."

Arthur, Elyan and Gwaine said, "Chose me, I can handle Helios."

"I choose Cara."

"A smart choice," said Rahl. "Arthur, Cara can fight at the same time as Helios and block Morgana's magic attacks, a fair fight for Gwen."

"Why do you help these rats," said Helios. "You can be my queen; you are powerful and deadly."

"These rats, as you call them," said Cara, "are my friends, my family, and you will die. I forgot to say-Leo is my boyfriend."

"You stopped Arthur from dying many times, but he will save you?" said Morgana. "HAHAH!"

"I am strong enough to beat you, cow," said Gwen. "Afraid to use your magic against me, witch?"

"Say that to your little friend, Cara."

"Ouch... That hurt," said Helios. "I almost killed Arthur. A lady like you isn't able to kill me."

"Will we see?" said Cara.

Leo and Gwaine said, "Beat him, my lover."

"I must rule Camelot," said Morgana. "The throne is mine."

"Not anymore," said Gwen.

"My Agiel," said Cara. ... "Wait; is that a forged sword of dragon breath?"

"Yes," said Morgana. "It is a magical weapon and you will die."

"So foolish you are! I have a little present for you. Helios and Morgana's Mord-Sith are immune to magic."

"Argh!" said Helios. "My hands are burning, my sword..." The sword slipped onto the ground.

"Now you know why I killed her baby right?" said Rahl. "With my magic and her fighting abilities, she could control all D'Hara."

"I must admit," said Denna, "Cara is more powerful than me."

"Eat a dacra, Morgana," said Gwen.

"You missed!" said Morgana. "My beautiful hair you-you cut it."

"Bald witch."

"My neck," said Helios, "don't kill me, please."

"Stop! You win," said Morgana. "Let Helios live."

Nicci and Lancelot said, "Tell the Nemean Lions to go back to Greece and destroy the portal now.

"Retreat, do what they say," said Morgana. "You win this battle, but I will win the war."

Helios commanded the Nemean Lions to return to Greece. They destroyed the portal and Shota and Zedd dispelled Helios. He retreated with his guards. Morgana swore revenge, but she gave back Cara her precious Agiel. Our heroes returned to Nemeth. They slept there. In the morning, they waited for new challenges and were curious where the compass would lead them. They left Nemeth after saving Mithian from Nemean Lions and Morgana. Last time she wanted to marry Arthur but she realized why to marry him when she had a better option: a brave knight. His name was Gwaine. Mithian would come to Camelot after the Keeper would lose. She wished them luck and all the good that could happen.
