Stop Looking At The Camera (Edited)

This is a really cute one and I hope you all enjoy it!

It's not just a little hindrance, having Ryan to edit out certain parts of the video, crucial ones even, just because Shane can't get his act together. He grumbles on his desk, sighing in frustration as he makes this a little less of a hindrance for the sake of his video. He furrows his brows, "Can't you look at the camera right?" he grumbles at Shane, who just sat ext to him minding his own business. And he seems confused by this, having to have Ryan explain himself with more context.

"You keep looking at camera B during the shoots, now the video's a little awkward."

Shane had to look for himself, and Ryan was right (for the first time) seeing himself stupidly grinning at the camera while it shook. His cheeks turned red, he knew the reason why. But Ryan continues editing, anyway, not really minding as Shane stands from his desk awkwardly and casually approaches you.

You look up the tall man standing by your desk, a lopsided smile. You just raise a brow. "Do you need anything, Madej?"

His eyes goes to Ryan, sitting across, but not too far, from you, presumably editing the episode you had currently shot. You just cock your head in confusion.

"You got me in trouble." He chuckles. "I guess Ryan's gonna have to pull you away from being camera operator now."

You smirk, smugly, turning your swivel chair to fully face him.

"It's not my fault you have no self control."

"You tempt me."

You roll your eyes.

"What'd Ryan say?"

Shane just shook his head, a sheepish smile and a faint blush on his face. "He doesn't know. He hasn't found out, at least... Not yet."

"He's bound to find out eventually." You tell the man, swiveling back to face your computer screen. Without ripping your eyes off your screen, you tell add,

"And I'm not the one explaining things to him."

Ryan, as he edits the videos, seems frustrated at Shane's awkwardness at the camera. At some point he's just going to have to cut out most of the clips from their b-roll, until something made him furrow his brows and do a double-take. He replays the clip once again.

There was Shane, as he walks along the halls of Pennhurst, Ryan was just a little far off. And he already knew who was operating the camera, with the faint, familiar laugh behind as Shane winks at it flirtatiously. Ryan's mouth hung pen in both surprise and confusion.

"Shane!"

He almost jolts at the call, looking at you with wide eyes. You give him a shit-eating grin.

"That's your cue, boy." You say, turning back to your computer as you put your headphones on.

Shane walks back to his desk with Ryan looking at him in anticipation. He is not amused.
