Natsu: Hey guys, ready for some more Fairy Tail? Just make sure when your watching you turn the light on in the room and don't sit too close to the T.V

Shana's P.O.V

Natsu, Gajieel and I were struggling to fight Laxus. We've been throwing all of our Dragon Slayer's magic and not once has he got a scratch on him. We were in a pickle when he started to cast Gramps's Fairy Law spell. A spell that wipes all darkness. The same spell Gramps used on Master Jose back at the Phantom battle.

As he was casting it, Levy came in telling us the master doesn't have much time. Even with that Laxus wasn't listening to us and still cast the spell.

Us Dragon Slayers and Levy started coughing once the smoke cleared and the spell failed. 

"What the... no way? Impossible." Laxus was beyond shocked. "How in the hell are you still alive?"

"Levy, are you all right?" Gajieel asked once he was able to catch his breath. She nods her head holding Kilala in her arms. "Mm, but what about Natsu and Shana?  Are they okay?" Levy said. "Looks just fine to me." He smirked seeing Natsu and I okay.

I still coughed. "Are you all right?" Alastor asked me. " Yeah, just got a bit of smoke in my throat." I'm just glad the spell didn't work.

"I hit them with so much magic energy." Laxus stares at his hands wondering what went wrong.

"The other guild members and citizens of magnolia remain unharmed." I lifted my head to see Freed by the entrance limping. "Looks like your spell didn't work. Not a single person was killed." Freed stated.

"But that impossible. I cast the Fairy Law spell perfectly."

"That maybe so, but you true feelings have betrayed you. You have inherited more than strength from your grandfather."Alastor said as Laxus looks at me with widen eyes.

"Deep down, you still have the master's heard. Whether you admit it or not, it's evident that you care for your comrades. The Fairy Law spell only effects those the caster sees as their enemy. Since what Freed said that no one was hurt, we know how you truly feel." Alastor explained. Now I see why it didn't work. His heart wasn't in it. 

I smirked. "You can try to hide your feelings, Laxus, but your magic will always reveal the truth within your hear."

"No, that's ridiculous. The truth is anyone who would even dare to stand in my way is my enemy!" He refuses to back down. 

"This has gone on long enough. You need to see the master before he's gone." I begged him.

"Let the old man die, for all I care. He nothing to me. He maybe family, but I'm stronger!" He powered up again.

Gajieel got up and stood in front of Levy and Kilala in a protective way, to shield her from from Laxus raging lightning., while Natsu got in front of me the same way. He still has this much magic energy left?

"Who do you think you are? You're not stronger than Gramps. You couldn't even pull off Fairy Law. You may be his grandson, but you're no better than the rest of us. Don't you know blood ties don't matter? 'Cause everyone in the guild is supposed to be consider family." Natsu yelled at him powering up his own flames.

"That just a lie. Blood ties do matter." His his eyes were now white.

"You'be been a member long enough to know better than that. If you think that makes you above everyone else in the guild... you're wrong." Natsu throws a punch.

"And you're dead!" Laxus throws his punch. 

Their punch created a huge explosion and they started fighting on the roof of the church. 

"How dare you challenge me?" Laxus yelled. "I'm gonna stop you, Laxus. I won't let you get your hands on Fairy Tail!" Natsu hits him with a kick.

The rest of us watched their fight from outside. "It's our home. There's no way I'm gonna let you destroy it." They were just kicking throwing punches back and forth.

"Why won't you just die!" Laxus managed to pushed Natsu back into a roof smashing deeper in. But Natsu wasn't backing down.

"Face it already. It's over." Laxus's said as Natsu was laying flat face on the the roof.

"Natsu!" I shout for him to see if he was okay. By this time everyone was watching the fight.

"Why won't you just give up the fight? The guild doesn't belong to you. It never will." Natsu glared at him as he struggled to get back up.

"Oh, yeah? Lightning Dragon Demolition Fist." Laxus threw a lightning punch at Natsu.

"Didn't the old man ever teach you to respect you elders, boy?"

Natsu slammed his fist on the ground getting back up.

"No way. He still can fight?" Freed asked disbelief.

'Natsu. I know you can do this.'

"That was your last mistake, kid. Now I'm gonna obliterate you." Laxus shouted casting a spell I know from him. My eyes widen in fear. He'll definitely kill him with that.

"N-No stop it Laxus! You'll kill him." I yelled at the top of my lungs.  That was the same spell he used on me on our fight during the S-Class exam.

Laxus only laughs. "Lightning Dragon Heavenward Halberd." He shot his attack on him as Natsu just stood there.

"Natsu!" I screamed. Freed held me back from going after him.

Gajieel somehow blocked Laxus's attack using his iron club. "Gajieel." Levy called for him as he fell off the roof. "What happened?" Freed asked.

"He used himself as a lightning road." Alastor said.

"Get him!" Gajieel glanced over to Natsu. 

Natsu then burst into flames around him. "Damn. Still alive." Laxus said annoyed.

"Fire Dragon" They both charged at each other roaring. "Iron fist. Talon Wing Attack. Sword Horn. Flame Elbow." Natsu was calling out all his attacks on Laxus.

I was in shock. "He really is amazing. His magic is powerful, It's almost he can break through a dragon's  scale and shatter it's spirit. " Levy said about Natsu.

'That's the Natsu I know. He doesn't back down. No matter who he's fighting. Everyday he keeps getting stronger and stronger. I hate to say this but I sometimes envy You, Natsu. You have something the rest of us don't. Including me. Who know's, you actually maybe stronger than I am.' I felt myself smile at the thought.

"Flame Lotus, Exploding Flame Blade." He sends Laxus back.

"He may not look it from the outside, but Natsu truly is an amazing wizard." Alastor chuckled. I couldn't agree more. Behind that stupidity he makes me want to learn a few things from him.

"He did it." I smiled see Laxus rolled down flat on the roof. "He defeat him." I was disbelief.

"It's finally over." Alastor mutters.

After the battle was over we headed back to the guild haul to check up on the master.

"Thanks to Prolyusica's and Shana's help, the master is going to pull through just fine. So don't worry. He'll be back to work in no time." Erza announced his condition.

Everyone in the guild cheered.

"Thank goodness. I gotta admit I was a little worried." Lucy smiles at Gray. "Aw, come on. It'll take more than that to make Gramps kick the bucket." Gray mentions.

"Well, he isn't as young as he used to be, so any added stress to his heart could significantly affect his health. Let's be on our best behavior, okay." Erza mentions.

"Aye,Sir." Everyone did their Happy impressions.

"I don't know of it's such a good idea to do the Fantasia parade after everything that's happened. " Lucy suggested.

"But the master wants to do it. Besides, it's the perfect to cheery everyone up after all this mess." Mira pointed out.

"I can't wait to see what you all have in store for the parade." Juvia smiled clapping her hands feeling excited.

"You're gonna be in it with us, little lady." Cana winks at her. She was getting flustered as everyone was welcoming her in.

"Does that mean I get to be in the parade too?" Lucy asked feeling excited too.

"Well, yeah. We need all the people we can get, especially since we're not gonna be able to use those three." Gray points to us three Dragon Slayers in the back that were covered in bandages from head to toe.

"Screw you and your parade." Gajieel spat.

"I didn't want to wear a dress anyway." I said looking the other way. Though I kinda did cause I was supposed to be partner up with Gray but I can't then Juvia is gonna take my place. And thats not gonna happen.  Natsu then muffled something since his mouth was bandage up.

"Do you have any idea what he just said?" Lucy asked not understanding him. "Knowing him, it was probably something stupid." Happy said holding his paw out.

"Come on, Natsu, how are you gonna joined the parade. Your all bandaged up. You're out." I questioned him having a questioned mark above my head. He started to argue with us.

"That's got nothing to do with it, bro! What the heck is your problem?" Gajieel yells at him.

"I wonder how Gajieel and Shana can understand him?" Lucy questions weirdly at us. "It's probably 'cause they're just as stupid as Natsu is." Happy mutters eating his fish.

I growled as I punch Happy in the air with my fist. "I'm sorry Shana!" He cries flying away. "Ow!" I wince hurting it more than it already is.

"What are you looking at?" I scoff Gray, who was staring at me. He jumped a bit before looking away. "Nothing." He mutters oddly.

The chatter in the guild stops when someone who should've entered came in. Kilala's hair stood up.  "Laxus?" Macao spoke up. "What do you want?" Wakaba asked him in a not nice tone.

"Where's the old man?" Laxus asked walking further inside.

"We ain't telling you." Droy got in front of him.

"You think can just waltz in here and asked to see the master?" Jet also wasn't letting him through.  Everyone began to tell him off.

I stood up and limp my way over. "Shut up!" I yelled causing everyone to be quiet as they looked at me. I closed my eyes ignoring their satires. "The Master's in the infirmary." I don't know why I was telling him this.

"Are you nuts?" Jet glared at me.

Laxus began to walk to the infirmary passing me. Everyone was looking at us as he suddenly stops. I held my ground trying not to shake from fear.

It was broken of by Natsu shouting muffles, scarring everyone.  

"Natsu." Laxus said as Natsu was in front of him.

Natsu muffled stuff to him. Everyone was pale not understanding a single word he was saying. Oh, Natsu.

"What'd he say?" Mira asked.

"Can either of interpret please." Lucy mention to Gajieel and I.

"He said next time it ain't gonna be 3 against 1. It'll be just be and you, face to face. And I'll swear I ain't gonna lose to you again. Or something." Gajieel explained.

"Wait a second I thought you guys beat him?" Lucy was confused.

"No. I'd say more like it was a draw."Gajieel admitted.

"Huh?"

"Look what he did to us? If he had been around during the Phantom battle, I'd be six feet under right now." Gajieel points out how badly Laxus injured us in the fight.

Natsu continued to muffled yelled at Laxus, who was making his way to the infirmary. He just did a friendly waved to Natsu. He didn't fight back.

I gasped.  He's finally back to his old self, isn't he?

"Shows over guys. Let's get ready for the Fantasia parade." Erza orders as everyone cheers after the sudden moment.

Fireworks were set off as the crowd cheered. The Fairy Tail members that were not injured took part of the Fantasia parade.  We used our magic to entertain the crowd. Lucy, Levy, Juvia and did a small dance on their float. Mira and Elfman in one. Lucky enough, master still allowed me to participate in the parade. Even though, I was still covered in bandages. My body still hurt like hell but I still wanted to joined in. So, I got do to a little water and ice trick with Gray just liked we planned. Kilala was giving some of the kids rides on her back while Erza used her Requip magic. Cana was using her card magic and finally Natsu showed some of his magic too. He didn't want to take no for an answer.I was actually having a blast. Everyone was enjoying it too. 

From a distance, Laxus stayed behind to watch the parade and smile to himself seeing the master do a silly dance. It took him a few punches to make back to his old self.

Just as he was about to walk away, Gramps held out his hand pointing one index finger and thumb up. Every Fairy Tail member did it too. It was a symbol the meant even if he can't see he'll still be watching his way.

I smiled seeing he was shedding tears. Emotional tears. Tears we have never seen him cry before.

You maybe an asshole to me but we're still with you. I'll make sure to seriously kick your ass next time.
