Doctor Strange returns his attention to Maw and he, along with Wong, conjure a large Tao Mandala as Iron-Man returns and fires a repulsor beam at an incoming car towards Ebony Maw, but Maw calmly uses his telekinesis powers to slice the car cleanly.

     "Gotta get that stone outta here, now," Iron-Man orders.

     "It stays with me," Doctor strange insists.

     "Exactly, bye," Iron-Man shoots towards Maw. Obsidians Hammer comes flying into Iron-Man knocking him all the way to where Doctor Stranges' portal sent bruce.

Iron-Man crashes into a nearby tree, gaining Bruce's attention, "Iron-Man, you okay? How are we doing? Good? Bad?" Bruce questions.

     "Really, really good. Really good. Do you plan on helping out?" Iron-Man asks in annoyance.

     "I'm trying. He won't come out," Bruce replied.

Cull Obsidian crashed out of a nearby building and throws his chain-linked hammer towards the two Avengers, which Iron-Man noticed.

     "Hammer," Iron-Man says pushing bruce out of the way.

Iron-Man then flies towards Obsidian and fires his repulsors. Obsidian deflects the beams, the deflected beams cut down some trees including one that falls on top of bruce.

Unharmed Bruce Banner crawls his way through the thin branches, "Come on, Hulk! What are you doing to me?" Bruce says slapping himself or rather the Hulk, repeatedly saying, "Come out! Come out! Come out!"

Suddenly, half of Bruce's face turns green, "No!" Hulk says.

     "What do you mean, 'no'?!" Bruce asks sarcastically.

Circling Obsidian, fire every repulsor beam and missile it just seems to annoy obsidian more and he eventually slams Iron-man down with his Hammer. Obsidian goes for another blow, but his Hammer is blocked by something.

Peaking his head out from the hammer Spider-man says, Hey, man," He greats obsidian before turning to Iron man, "What's up, Mr. Stark?"

     "Kid, where'd you come from?" Iron-Man asks.

     "A field trip-," Obisidian reached around his hammer and violently through him to the nearby fountain,"-to MoMA,"

Spider-Man immediately stands up getting a good view of the situation, "Uh, what is this guy's problem, Mr. Stark?" Spider-man questions webbing his way towards the fight.

     "Uh, he's from space. He came here to steal a necklace from a wizard," Iron-Man replies sarcastically.

Obsidian's hammer gets clamped around Spider-man and with his grip on the chain, Obsidian begins to spin him, "Oh yeah?!" Spider-men yell through the violent movement.

Iron-Man fires more repulsor beams at Cull Obsidian. Obsidian throws a piece of a taxi cab at Iron-Man, barely missing him. Spider-man then shoots a string of web at the taxi before throwing it back at Obsidian, knocking him down.

Ebony Maw engages Stephen and Wong, telekinetically throwing a swarm of brick spikes at them. Doctor Strange and Wong creates portals with their Sling Rings redirecting Maw's attack right back at him.

Maw quickly uses a car to shield their attack. It manages to block most of the spike, but one travels across his cheek. Drawing blood.

In anger, Maw bursts a near by fire hydrant, Knocking him back.

Maw confines Doctor Strange with Bricks.

      "Your powers are quaint. You must be popular with children," Maw taunts reaching for the Eye of Agamotto. He cries in pain, pulling his hand back away from the object. It burns him, the sizzling could still be heard.

     "It's a simple spell, but quite unbreakable," Doctor Strange says.

     "Then I'll take it off your corpse," Maw spits.

Maw grabs Doctor Strange pulling him from the bricks and throws him towards the ground.

Doctor Strange quickly stands to use the power of the Time Stone, but Maw quickly and restrains the Sorcerer Supreme in a bunch of metal cables.

The cables make their way to his throat like a snake, "You'll find removing a dead man's spell troublesome," he says straining to get his words out as the cables only grew tighter.

     "You'll only wish you were dead," Maw remarks as he watches Doctor Strange fall unconscious.

Maw levitates a chunk of pavement that Stephen is lying on guiding him towards the Q-ship. The Cloak of Levitation manages to escape the restraints with the unconscious Doctor Strange.

     "No!" Maw yells in hot pursuit of the Cloak and Sorcerer Supreme.

Seeing the floating cloak with the unconscious Doctor Strange pass by them by, "Kid, that's the wizard. Get on it," Iron-Man orders.

     "On it!" Spider-Man says.
