The room they landed on was full of black pillars with a patterned brown floor.

Satoshi was cut off when he suddenly caught an extremely familiar scent.

"Mui-kun, brace yourself. We are gonna have one hell of a fight now." Satoshi sounded serious.

Before Muichiro could even question, a presence was made so heavy and intimidating that it turned the atmosphere of the soon to be a battlefield so thick it could have been cut with a knife. The slayers turned around and saw THE demon which they were extremely familiar with.

The Upper Moon 1, Kokushibo.

Seeing Kokushibo again, Muichiro's eyes went wild as his body started to shake with anger and hatred. He tightened his grip on his sword and clenched his other hand into a fist so hard that blood dripped. He gritted his teeths as his jaw clenched. Veins appeared on his face and the skin reddened.

"We meet again. Let's finish the business, shall we?" Kokushibo asked as he put his hand on the hilt of his sword making it crystal clear what he wants.

"Mui-kun, calm down. I know what you're feeling b-

He was cut off when Muichiro instantly dashed at the demon aiming to land an attack.

As he dashed forward at high speed towards Kokushibo, he unleashed a flurry of slashes that covered a wide area while obscuring his movements.

"An attack driven by emotion. I see." Kokushibo then unsheathed his sword in inhuman speed and clashed with the young Hashira. But as soon as he did so, he felt an attack coming.

He quickly pushed away Muichiro and released multiple curved slashes layered over one another that created a vortex of sword slashes and crescent moon blades all around him.

"Not so fast."

Satoshi released a large circular slash that defended himself and Muichiro from the attack. Right after that, he quickly made eye contact with Muichiro and dashed at Kokushibo as his fire attack took the shape of a Japanese dragon which aimed to slash the demon.

As the attack, Dragon Sun Halo Head Dance, approached the Moon Breathing demon, he tried to counter the attack by releasing his techniques.

Kokushibo released a wild barrage of crescent-shaped slashes several meters in front of him which clashed with the dragon of fire causing a huge explosion in the place. Taking advantage of the explosion, Muichiro used one of his technique.

The mist breather dashed towards Kokushibo while obscuring his movements with mist. As he approached Kokushibo, Satoshi also dashed towards the demon from the right.

Seeing this, Kokushibo couldn't help but mouth, "Pathetic as ever." And jumped up in the air and whilst mid air, readied to release a parrade of cresent blades towards the slayers below him. But before he could do that,

Using the fastest attack, Satoshi also leaped up in the air towards Kokushibo and the next thing the demon knew, Satoshi was right in front of him. Kokushibo attacked but before his attack could reach Satoshi, he disappeared.

After Satoshi used Fake rainbow, he appeared behind Kokushibo and landed an attack so fast that even Kokushibo couldn't do anything and by the time he realized it, his upper body was already sliced vertically in half with the technique, Breath of the Sun, Setting Sun Transformation.

Kokushibo instantly healed and landed back but as soon as he landed, he was greeted with mist all around the place, he then felt an attack coming from the mist towards him from his left so he quickly reacted by unleashing a large slash which sent multiple crescent blades towards the attacker but the young attacker ducked under the attacks and dashed towards Kokushibo and to make things worse for him, Satoshi was dashing from pillar to pillar so fast that he left afterimages of him.

The personal creation of Yuichiro Tokito which Muichiro later learned.

Using this technique, Muichiro drastically changed the tempo of his movement to disorient the enemy as clouds of mist enveloped the area.

Using this technique, Muichiro also followed Satoshi's footsteps as he also joined him and dashed from pillar to pillar.

All of a sudden, Muichiro leaped towards Kokushibo but for some reason, it seemed to be awfully slow.

"Too slow. You're making me yawn here." Kokushibo commented. He then tried to slice up the boy but as he lifted his sword, Muichiro suddenly disappeared and appeared right behind the demon.

"You dare to call Nii-san's creation slow?" He whispered with toxic in his voice.

Kokushibo tried to attack but Muichiro disappeared again. He then quickly reappeared in the side of his enemy and went for the neck but Kokushibo had seen it coming, so he literally stopped the attack by his fingers. He then tried to snatch the sword away but Muichiro reacted quickly and maintained a distance from the demon.

"Yuichiro Tokito was an extremely talented boy. He was only fourteen, yet, he was one of the most impressive opponent I had ever faced. But fate was not with him. He died. Died fighting the last Tsug-

"Shut up. I don't wanna hear you mentioning my brother's name from your filthy mouth. It is disgusting. Last time, you escaped. This time, you will not. I will kill you. Even if it's the last thing I do."

After he said that, Muichiro lifted his sword upto his face and got into a stance. Suddenly, some parts started to swell in his face and soon maroon colored marks appeared on his face and on his wrists.

"You also have the mark. How unfortunate."

Muichiro didn't answer. Instead he murmured something.

He quickly dashed towards his enemy at blinding speeds and tried to deliver a quick slash from beneath his opponent. However,

Kokushibo was cut off when both of his hands tumbled down on the ground and because of this, Muichiro was able to finally land an attack on Kokushibo as he sliced him from his right shoulder till his crotch, completely slicing almost half of the demon. The sliced off half crumbled into ashes.

And as for the one who had severed off Kokushibo's hands, it was Satoshi. Without wasting any time, he flew towards Kokushibo who had already regenerated, and released a parade of different attacks consisting of slashes and cuts from all directions which Kokushibo countered with his own parade of attacks. The two then engaged in a battle of swords.

Without hesitation, Muichiro also joined the battle making it a two on one battle.

Kokushibo slashed swiftly in a singular horizontal motion in a crescent shape, creating numerous chaotic crescent blades.

Both the Hashiras released a large circular slash which acted as a shield to protect themselves from the incoming attack.

"I need mist." Satoshi whispered before quickly disappearing from his place and a second later, his after images were around the place.

Muichiro started going around the place, pillar from pillar, covering up the place with clouds of mist and fog.

Satoshi thanked him internally and started to take some heavy deep breaths whilst still running in extreme speed and started smelling the place and figuring out who is where.

'At this speed, if I turn at two o clock after four seconds, it will be face to face with Kokushibo. So, what I have to do is seven o clock after nine seconds and it would be on his right side. And my after image should be able to confuse him.
Alright then, in 7 seconds.....6.....5.....4.....3.....2......NOW!'

He quickly turned in the direction of seven o clock and just as he predicted, he was at the right side of him. As he approached the demon, Kokushibo took notice. He released multiple cresent blades towards Satoshi and it actually hit him but the attack went right through him and he immediately vanished into thin air.

'What! Was that an afterim-

His thoughts was cut off when he felt a burning sensation through his chest. Satoshi had stabbed him through his heart. Without wasting a second, he dragged his sword upwards and sliced Kokushibo vertically from his chest till the top of his head.

Muichiro quickly appeared behind Kokushibo and sliced off his limbs and stabbed him through his skull.

"FINISH HIM!" Muichiro shouted and Satoshi knew what he had to do. He raised his sword for the final blow but before he could land the attack, Kokushibo gritted his teeths so hard that the nerves on his head exploded resulting in explosion of his head.

The two Hashiras were beyond shock. Suddenly, Satoshi realized it.

"IT'S NOT OVER! HE DESTROYED HIS HEAD BY HIMSELF!" And indeed he was true. Kokushibo's body leaped back, maintaining a distance from the two as his head regrew in matter of seconds.

His eyes were wild and his expressions pissed. He ripped off his kimono and his body grew in size as well. A sword formed from his flesh. A sword which was long and gigantic. A sword which had smaller branches of blade coming out of the main blade.

The two Hashiras tensed up their bodies in nervousness and a bit of fear as they exactly knew what THIS Kokushibo was capable of.

"Let's get real, shall we?" Kokushibo asked with a deep voice.

The two didn't answer.
