"Ao'nung ---- ------ !" Gasps were let out from everyone, well except Neteyam and the announcer. Ao'nung's eyes widened. He knew this wasn't going to be good. Neteyam kept a small smile on his face while lightly clapping his hands. 

The ride home was silent. "Neteyam." "Huh? Yes dad?" "Are you okay?" "Yeah, why wouldn't I be?" "Because you hate it when someone is better than you, especially when it's proven." "I don't mind losing for once." Jake knew his son better than he thought he did.

Neteyam briskly walked to his room, talking to no one. He slammed the door shut as his angry tears streamed through his face. He laid down and screamed in his pillow, of course he was mad, but mostly disappointed in himself.

"Teyam?" Neteyam was watching anime on his laptop, he had homework to do but couldn't care anymore. Neteyam's eyes were puffy red, he was curled in his bed in his pajamas. Neteyam didn't even dare look at his best friend. "Aww you poor thing." Jh'ae sat next to him, rubbing his back. "I hate him." "But you two are dating, aren't you guys?" Neteyam tucked his face in his blanket. Jh'ae pulled it off. "Damn I wish these things were my problems yet I don't even understand algebra." 

There was a knock. Jh'ae looked around and saw Ao'nung leaning on Neteyam's desk. Jh'ae nodded. "Hold on Teyam I'll get you a glass of water." Jh'ae left the room. "Teyam.. Teyam come on."  Neteyam shut his laptop and turned to face the wall. Ao'nung sighed. "I'm sorry." Ao'nung took Neteyam's laptop and set it aside. "Teyam, I won't leave until you talk to me." Neteyam turned, he was looking at the ceiling now. Ao'nung caressed his lover's cheeks. "Come on you'll stain your pretty face with those tears." Neteyam pushed Ao'nung's hands off his face. "I want to be alone." "Come on you know I can't enjoy my victory if you're gonna ignore me." Neteyam sat up. 

"What do you want?" "I got you ice cream." Ao'nung smiled and handed him a wrapped cone. Neteyam unwrapped it and slowly took a big bite of the cold cream. Neteyam finished his cone in silence, Ao'nung sighed. "I still hate you." "You know you love me." The couple looked at each other. Ao'nung opened his arms with a cheeky smile. Neteyam rolled his eyes and let his body fall into Ao'nung's chest. Ao'nung locked his beloved in his arms, falling back into the bed. Neteyam turned, now Ao'nung was spooning Neteyam, digging his head in Neteyam's braids. 

"Neteyam-" "What do you want Lo'ak." Neteyam interrupted, eyes still closed, position remained. "Tonowari is at your door, looking for his son that's cuddling with my big brother right now." Ao'nung groaned, tightening his grip on Neteyam. "Tell them I'm over at a friend's house.." Mumbling, Neteyam repeated. "He said that you should just tell them that he's over at a friend's house." "You don't get it, I said Tonowari is at YOUR, door." Lo'ak pushed the door open further. To find both Tonowari and Jake standing there. "Well shit."
