On the courtyard, more kids keep running away and screaming from Nurse Virus' sick pills. She keeps firing them and they ended up getting hit from the pills and got sick too, some students coughed, some sneezed, some start throwing up, and some even itch.

Nurse Virus: Ahh. The sound of children in sick agony, it's music to my ears.

Ladybug: How's this music to your ears? Us taking your akuma away. *Nurse Virus scowled and and she see spotted Ladybug and Cat Noir.*

Nurse Virus: Ladybug! Cat Noir! Why am I not surprise at the moment?

Cat Noir: Same goes to you and all the other akumatize villains we ever dealt with.

Nurse Virus: Care to take on me, Nurse Virus?

Ladybug: What did you do to these kids?

Nurse Virus: Nothing too major. Just gave them a little dose of medicine and poof! They're sick. My job as the school nurse was so overwhelming! All the kids complaining about they're sick, I got a headache, my throat hurts, ugh! The constant agonizing pain. I would do anything to make them stop. So this is the only solution to their problem: One pill.

Cat Noir: Kinda the opposite of what you're doing at the moment.

Nurse Virus: Potato, potato. Enough talk, hand over your miraculouses before I make you both sick and weak.

Ladybug: Dream on, Nurse Virus.

Nurse Virus: Very well then. Get a taste of sickness. *She fired her pills at them, they twirl their weapons and deflect the pills explosions, Ladybug leap up and throw her yoyo out, Nurse Virus backflip away and fire more pills, she twirl her yoyo and deflect the pills until they flew all over the place and they exploded, Cat Noir gasped as one pill start flying towards him, Ladybug turned around and she throw her yoyo out, wrapped around Cat Noir, and she pull the yoyo string towards her as the pill exploded, she grunted angrily.*

Ladybug: You okay?

Cat Noir: Yeah. One more second and I would've been done for.

Nurse Virus: I'm not done with you both yet! Those miraculouses will be mine. Hand them over.

Cat Noir: You might wanna put a please on that.

Nurse Virus: Please this! *She point her stethoscope out and fire more pills at them, Cat Noir pulled Ladybug close to him and he lift and twirl his stick and deflect the pills.*

Cat Noir: She's an endless shooter. Any idea where the akuma could be at?

Ladybug: It's gotta be in the stethoscope. 

Cat Noir: How do we get it without getting sick from her pills.

Ladybug: Hmm. Think I know how. *She hold her yoyo.* Lucky charm! *She throw her yoyo up, a swarm of magical ladybugs appeared, and made a tennis racket appeared.* A tennis racket?

Cat Noir: Is she up for a tennis match? *Ladybug looked around and she see Nurse Virus, shooting out her pills, the stethoscope around her neck, and Cat Noir.*

Ladybug: See her stethoscope?

Cat Noir: Yeah?

Ladybug: When I swing her pills back, grab the stethoscope without looking.

Cat Noir: Quite ingenious, milady.

Nurse Virus: Alright. Last chance. Hand over your miraculouses so I can give them to Hawkmoth before things get ugly.

Ladybug: then let it get ugly.

Nurse Virus: You asked for it. *She shoot out more pills, Ladybug twirl her yoyo and she swing her tennis racket and deflect the pills being fired at.*

Ladybug: Come on. Come on.

Nurse Virus: You're no match for me.

Cat Noir: But I am. Cataclysm! *He raise his hand and a dark, destructive energy appeared on his hand and he touched the stethoscope, it turned rusty and the pieces fell from the ground.*

Nurse Virus: No! My stethoscope! *The akuma flew out.*

Ladybug: No more dealing with you, little akuma. *She open her yoyo and start twirling it.* Time to de-evilize! *She throw her yoyo out and catch the akuma and close her yoyo.* Gotcha! *She open the yoyo and freed the butterfly.* Bye bye, little butterfly. *She picked up the tennis racket.* Miraculous Ladybug! *Everyone who were sick is all better and the Nurse Virus got de-akumatized back to Nurse Blouse.*

Nurse Blouse: Huh?

Ladybug/Cat Noir: Pound it!

Nurse Blouse: What happened?

Ladybug: You were akumatized, miss. *She handed her the stethoscope back to Nurse Blouse.*

Nurse Blouse: Thank you, Ladybug and Cat Noir. *She put it on her neck and she walked back to the Nurse's office.*

Cat Noir: So, now that that's done. There's... something I should tell... *Soon, Ladybug's earring beeped.*

Ladybug: Sorry, Kitty. But I'm needed somewhere else. *She throw her yoyo out and swing away.*

Cat Noir: Wait, I... Ugh. Stubborn as usual. 

In Hawkmoth's lair, Hawkmoth scowled.

Hawkmoth: This is the last time they ever mess with one of my akuma creations. Mark my words, those miraculouses will be mine for the taking. Count on it! *The window start to close.*
