The storm

Mully pov
I am sitting in my bed scrolling through my phone when I hear a loud crash in the sky making me flinch. I feel my heart speed up and my hands shake. Oh god. I try putting on some music to calm myself but it's no use. I try breathing slowly but it just makes me panic more. "J...josh?" I shout out. I hear footsteps and a knock at the door. I hear another crash and let out a sob. He opens the door to and looks over at me worried. "Mully, what happened? Are you hurt?" He asks. I feel my face heat up a little. "Uhh n..no it's stupid but Im s..scared of thunder" I stutter out. Another loud crash scares me again making me flinch again. He walks over to the bed and sits down near my feet. "Hey it's okay, it's not stupid, you are safe, I am here" he says in a calm voice making my breathing slow back down to my mostly normal pace. I blush a bit more and hide my face. "You want me to stay with you the night?" He asks. I look up at him slowly and nod. "Okay" he says and takes off his shirt. I blush harder if it's possible and stare at his abs. "Y..you okay man" he asks. I nod and look back up at his eyes as he makes his way over to the bed. He pulls back the blanket and hops in next to me. I lean my head on his shoulder and close my eyes. "Do you know how cute you are" he whispers. "W..what" I ask. His face goes red "t..that was out loud wasn't it?" He asks making me laugh a little. I nod and he sighs "I said do you know how cute you are" he repeats. I tilt my head to the side. "You are cute, funny and such a nice person I..I love you so much, I don't know if you feel the same and if you want I could leave but I don't think I could have kept it any longer" he finished. I sit there shocked. He slowly starts to get up. "Wait josh" I call out. He turn and I pull him into a soft kiss. We slowly break away and I stare into his eyes. "I love you too I'm sorry I was just shocked. Thanks for staying with me" I say and kiss him again. I hear another crash of thunder and hide in his chest. He wraps his arms around me. "Here let's lay down maybe we could try and sleep through the storm" he says trying to calm Me. I nod and we lay down. He pulls me closer to him and I snuggle into his chest. He wraps his arms around me again then we fall asleep together.
