"Eve.."

"Eve wake up girl it's 2pm" Denise said while shaking me.

"Stop.." I mumbled.

"Girl it's time to get up. I let you sleep the day away almost. "

I opened my eyes to the sun shinning in my face. I quickly closed my eyes back and pulled the covers over my head groaning.

"Come on girl get up. I got you some food and medicine for your headache."

I groaned loudly pulling the cover off my head looking straight at Denise who was smiling.

"Good morning sunshine" She smiled.

"Go to hell." I said and she laughed.

I sat up a little in the bed and she handed me the bag of food and sat at the edge of my bed.

"Here it's ibuprofen it'll help for your headache"

"Thanks" I mumbled.

I opened the bag to see it was Chick-fil-A and I smiled a little.

"Here I put your straw in your drink for you. Take the medicine. "

I took the cup from her and grabbed the pill putting it in my mouth washing it down with some tea.

I grabbed my phone off the charger checking my nonfictions.

Good morning baby girl. ❤️I just wanted to let you know I hung up on you cause I had to get up to handle some business. I know you finna have a hangover when you wake up so I gave Denise some money to get you some food from whenever you wanted. Call me when you wake up.

Now I know you got a hangover and shit but you can't sleep the day away mama. Get up and get ready for the day and call me.

I'm up now😭 that hangover got me messed up.. my headache is so painful.

I exited off the message thread  but before I could lock my phone a FaceTime call from Andre appeared a cross my screen.

I smiled and answered it waiting for it to connect.

"Wassup mama" He smiled as soon as it connected

"Hey" I smiled.

"You gone sleep the whole day away?"

"I wasn't trying to my head was hurting. I have a bad hangover.. but thanks to Denise bringing me food and medicine it's slowly going away"

"Good cause we got plans today"

I raised my eyebrow. "What plans?"

"Don't worry bout all that. Just do what Denise tell you to do"

"Andre.." I smiled.

"Wassup beautiful?" He smiled.

"Where are you taking me?"

"Don't worry bout all that. Just get dressed for me after you eat and let me know when you ready so I can come get you"

I sighed. "Okay.. "

"It's good I promise. Just listen to what Denise tell you I already told her what we doing"

I looked up at Denise and she smiled.

"Okay. Well I'm gonna eat then" I said while taking my food out the bag.

"Yea go ahead and eat we gotta busy day ahead of us. " He smiled.

"Okay"

"Aight mama."

He hung up and I locked my phone sitting it beside me.

"I'm not telling you so don't even ask. Just eat your food and I'll be back in about 20 mins" She said walking out the room

I wonder what Andre has planned for me.

"I don't wanna wear this Denise"

"Why not it looks cute" She smiled.

"It's make my thighs look fat. " I said looking at my thighs in the mirror

"Oh so you don't like the jeans?"

"No"

"Okay we can change the pants but let's keep the shirt on. "

"Fine okay"

"You look good girl cheer up"

Denise had me wearing a long sleeve white sweater with some ripped jeans and uggs

"No never I'll keep this on. It matches. I need to do my makeup and do my hair so I can go"

"You sure?"

"Yeah" I said walking into the bathroom.

I walked in the bathroom and plugged my flat iron up so I could straighten my hair.

"I really need my hair done.." I mumbled to myself.

As soon as I'm my flat iron heated up I started straightening my hair.

"You doing your makeup?" Denise asked walking into the bathroom.

"No I'm just wearing lashes and lipgloss"

"Okay" She smiled as she watched me in the mirror.

"I'm so happy for you Eve"

"Thank you" I smiled.

She smiled and left out the bathroom.

I wonder why she said that..

After an hour of getting ready I was finally done. Andre was on his way to get me and I was so nervous. I really wanted to know what he had planned for me. But of course Denise wasn't telling me.

"What are you planning to do while I'm gone?"

"Get some dick." She smiled.

"Remind me to never ask that question again"

"Girlll" She laughed. "But yeah im going home and Mont is coming over"

"Don't get pregnant bitch"

"Oh im not. Im taking a plan B right after. Won't trap this one" She said and I chuckled.

My phone dinged and i looked down reading the message that Andre was outside.

"Okay he's here" I said grabbing my wallet.

"Okay babes. Have fun and I love you. Let me know when you back home"

"Okay" I said as I grabbed my keys.

I unlocked the door and opened the screen door walking outside. Denise locked the door behind her and we walked our separate ways.

When I got to Andre car he unlocked the doors and I got in putting my seat belt on.

"Damn you look good as hell."

"Thank you. You look good too" I smiled

"Preciate that mama but that's all you."

"You ready?" He asked.

"Where we going?"

"I'll tell you when we get there"

I rolled my eyes and he chuckled.

"It'll be worth the wait mama trust me"

I nodded and looked out the window as he pulled out my driveway and headed for the highway.

Today was New Year's Day and I decided to spend the whole day with Babygirl. After handling my business early this morning I could spend the rest of the day with her.

My family didn't really do anything on New Years so I didn't have to worry about spending time with family.

Today I decided to spoil Eve. I knew I haven't known her long but I wanted to do it anyways.

I also haven't told Eve about Keshia yet either so today I was gone take the time to do that hopefully it goes good.

I had a few surprises for Eve. First I was taking her to get her hair done then to get her nails, toes and eyebrows done and last I was taking her on a shopping spree. She had no clue that I was planning to do all this and I didn't want her to cause I knew if I would've told her she wouldn't let me do it. So I had to surprise her since she'll have no choice but to do it.

Right now I was driving to where my sister always gets her hair done. She did good as hell on my sister so I booked appointment for Eve and I picked out the hairstyle and everything. And while she was doing that I was getting her a few gifts.

We pulled into the parking lot of the hair Solon and I cut the car off. I looked over to see Eve sleep peacefully.

"Babygirl wake up" I rubbed her thigh.

Her eyes flattered up and she looked around and frowned.

"Why are we at a hair solon?" She asked.

"Last night you kept saying how you needed to get your hair done so now we here. " I smiled.

"Andre.." She smiled.

"And nah don't say no cause it's already done so come on"

"Andree"

"Come on" I chuckled.

I got out the car and shut the door waiting for her to get out. When she did I locked the door and we walked into the solon.

"Hey Andre" Chrissy greeted as we walked in.

"Wassup Chrissy"

"And who's this beautiful queen?" She smiled.

"This my Babygirl Evelyn" I smiled.

"It's nice to meet you Evelyn. Im your stylist Chrissy"

"Hey it's nice to meet you. " Evelyn smiled.

"Let me finish up with her which will only be 5 more mins" Chrissy said.

"Ight bet. "

I pulled Evelyn over to the side for a second.

"Ima go do something right quick I'll be right back when you finished alright"

"Thank you" She hugged me.

"Of course baby girl. " I hugged her back and smiled.

"This not all though" I said as she let go.

"Andree"

"Nope. Go chill over there and I'll be right back ight?"

"Okay"

I kissed her forehead and we walked out the solon. I unlocked my car door and got in starting it back up and headed to the store.

After getting everything I needed at the store I headed to Ruth Chris to set a reservation up.

I pulled in the parking lot and cut my car off. I got out locking my doors and headed into the restaurant.

"Welcome to Ruth Chris how many?"

"Nah I'm here to set up a reservation"

"Okay what's the name?"

"Andre"

"And what's the time you would like to set it for?"

"7:00pm"

"Okay and what's your phone number?"

"864-789-1050"

"Okay your reservation is now set. " She smiled.

"Ight preciate it"

"No problem. You have a good rest of your day"

I walked out the restaurant and got back in my car. As soon as I got in my phone rung and I looked down seeing it was Chrissy.

"Yo" i answered.

"She's ready."

"Ight I'm on my way now"

"Okay"

"Aight"

I hung up and started my car up pulling out the parking lot making my way back to the solon.

After about 20 mins I pulled into a parking lot of the solon and turned the car off getting out. I locked my doors and headed into the solon.

I walked in hearing Chrissy and Eve having a conversation.

"Wow so y'all met close to Christmas that's beautiful. " Chrissy said.

"Everybody thinks it's a Christmas miracle" Evelyn chuckled.

"That's cause it is girl. Andre is your soulmate thats you've been praying for" Chrissy sajd.

I cleaned my throat making myself known.

"And looks who's here. " She said spinning Evelyn around in her chair.

Evelyn had a jet black middle part with curls at the bottom. She looked fine as hell.

Damn.

"How did I do?" Chrissy smiled.

"Damn" I said and they both giggled.

"You look beautiful babygirl" I smiled.

"Thank you. Thanks to Chrissy"

"Anytime girl" Chrissy said.

"Chrissy I sent your money on your cash app. "

"Okay that's fine. Thank you" She said taking the cape off of Evelyn.

"Nah thank you. Got my Babygirl looking good as hell" I smiled.

"Of course. Like I told her anytime she's welcomed. You need to keep her though" She said smiled.

"I don't plan on losing her" I smiled at Evelyn as she blushed and looked away.

"Ight ima hit you up again soon. Preciate you thou real shit"

"Okay bye y'all!"

We walked out the Solon and i unlocked the doors and we both got in shutting the door.

"Damn mama" I smiled as I stared at her hair admiring how beautiful she looked.

"You like it? I love it" She smiled.

"I'm glad you do mama. It looks good on you"

"I know it's something I've never tried before. I always wear my real hair or side parts.

"Yeah I know. "

"I love it though thank you. But tell me why are you doing this"

"Don't worry about all that mama just enjoy it"

"Fine. " She sighed and I chuckled.

"You'll know everything at dinner tonight" I said as I started the car up.

She just don't know what all I got planned for her.
