Radio green is a Eastern Dragon which is an offbrand of a closed species (I think)

Radio green was made when a woman who had an Abortion, she being an eastern dragon) had of course had an abortion- The fetus was taken away by a doctor who thought it would be a better idea to rid of the fetus by throwing it in A Bucket of Radioactive waste.

The doctor did this because he felt lazy and did not wish to bury the body, hoping the radioactive waste would burn the thing.

However This just caused am Explosion in the building later on and a little toddler eastern dragon with the colors of the waste was born.

Doctors freaked out and called a facility to retrieve him.

Lullaby and hypnotic were sent to retrieve the new subject to be tested on by Static.

Radio green soon earned his name after Staric saw him as well as his abilities. He was trained to be a hunter by Lullaby's side and often thinks of Lullaby like a father figure In his life.

Like lullaby he is cold to those he meets and doesnt trust or like but when alone with those he trusts he can be a bit of a softie
