Naomi's Pov

I woke up but I wasn't on my stomach, I was on my side. Casey was in front of me and I gripped her tighter, a body was against mine. Their arm wrapped around my waist and on Casey's back. I started to breathe harder.

"Sh," He cooed and I gulped. "It's just me, babydoll."

"You said you didn't care," I said.

"Did you really think I would leave my girls to get hurt?" He asked, I started to say something but my phone rang.

"Hello?" I answered.

"Come to the mall," Rachael said.

"Why?" I asked.

"I gotta talk to you," She said.

"I'm on my way," I said and hung up.

"Who?" Jake asked.

"Rachael," I said. "I'll be back." I pecked his cheek and picked up Casey.

"Be careful," He said.

"Aren't I always?" I asked and smirked. I walked out and I drove to the mall, I got out and I got Casey in the stroller. I walked inside and saw Rachael. "Hey cutie, what's up?"

"Let's walk," She said, we walked east.

"What's going on Rachael?" I asked.

"Jake," She said and we walked our back.

"Whay about him?" I asked.

"Sophie," She said. "Who's that?"

"Rachael," I said.

"Sophie Taylor," She said. "Who is she Naomi?" I bit my lip. "She's my mom, isn't she?"

"Rachael, it's not like that," I said.

"Like what, Skye?" She hissed. "He met our mom and he held back from me and Chase."

"He's angry, Rach," I said.

"Angry?" She snapped. "No, I'm angry, Jake is pathetic."

"He didn't want to hurt you two," I said.

"Hurt us?" She spat. "I just found out my mom is here and my so called brother met her and didn't tell us."

"He doesn't want anything to do with her," I said. "I tried but he doesn't care."

"Aw, poor baby," I heard a boy voice and I turned around, he punched my jaw and I flew to the ground. I looked up and it was three boys.

"Who are you?" I asked.

"That's not important beautiful," The other boy said. "But you hurt someone close to us."

"Halley," I said and he kicked me. "Well, I guess that was wrong." He jerked me up and pinned me against the brick wall.

"You messed with the wrong ones," He said and I pushed him and punched him.

"Rachael," I said but she didn't move, he punched Rachael. "Rachael, fight."

"Why should I help you?" She asked.

"What?" I asked and he kicked me.

"Get out of here," One boy said.

"Glad too," She said and walked away.

"Aw," The boy said and I tripped him and punched him. I stood up.

"Wow, three boys against one girl," I said. "Pathetic." He slam pinned me against the wall and got in my face.

"A girl with your body, you would think you were smarter," He said. "What about your baby? You haven't even tried to protect her."

"You're not stupid enough to lay a finger on her," I said.

"Really?" He asked.

"Touch her and you won't see daylight tomorrow," I said.

"Let's go," One boy said but he didn't move. "Dude, let's go."

"It's your lucky day," He said.

"Sure," I said and they disappeared, I walked to Casey. I got to my car and I drove to Chase's, I got out and I got Casey and I walked inside. "Chase?"

"In here," Chase called back and I walked to the kitchen.

"You always had a thing for cooking," I said and he looked at me.

"What's wrong?" He asked.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"You couldn't just come down here without a reason," He said. "What's up, Naomi?"

"Jake found out we kissed," I said and he looked shocked.

"Naomi, I'm so sorry," He said.

"Chase, could you ever hate me?" I asked.

"Never," He said. "You're scaring me now." I put Casey in her high chair and I looked at him.

"Does the name Sophie mean anything to you Chase?" I asked.

"I don't think so, why?" He asked.

"Sophie Taylor," I said.

"Ok, who is she?" He asked.

"Chase, she's your mother," I said.

"My what?" He asked.

"She's your mother," I said.

"How'd you find her?" He asked.

"I didn't," I said. "Jake did."

"Wait, what?" He asked.

"Chase," I said.

"When?" He asked.

"Chase," I said.

"When Naomi?" He asked with anger.

"I'm not sure," I said.

"So, my brother met our birth mother but didn't bother to share that with me?" He hissed.

"Chase, calm down," I said and he came closer.

"How long have you known?" He asked and I bit my lip. "Answer me."

"The day Jake did," I said.

"You didn't bother to tell me!" He yelled and I flinched.

"I'm sorry Chase, Jake wouldn't let me tell," I said and he pursed his lips and he chuckled.

"When did you ever start listening Naomi?" He spat.

"Chase, don't get mad," I said. "Rachael hates me already, she left me alone with three boys."

"She what?" He asked. "That's who done that to your face?"

"Yeah," I said. "One boy punched her but she didn't fight back Chase."

"This is your fault," He spat. "But that normal, isn't it?"

"Don't say that," I said. "We swore to always stay together Chase."

"Some promises just have to be broken," He said.

"No," I said and tears fell. "Chase, we have a daughter."

"No, I have a daughter," He said. "I'm gonna fight for custody of her."

"I'm done fighting Chase," I said. "But she's all I have left."

"A mother that can't protect her?" He asked and a sob slipped out and I cried. "Hey," I looked down and he wrapped his arms around me. "Sh, everything's going to be ok baby girl," He rubbed my back and kissed my temple. "I didn't mean any of that, I was mad Naomi. I would never take Casey away, I'm sorry." He cupped my face in his hands. "Look at me babygirl." I looked into his blue eyes. "I love you and you know that."

"I love you too," I said shaky.

"Naomi, I need you to calm down," He said. "Sh." I nodded. "Good job."

"Do you want to meet her?" I asked.

"Yeah, sorta," He said. "I wanna know why."

"So did Jake, but Jake wants to blame her," I said. "When Jake doesn't get his way, it gets ugly."

"He has a temper," He said.

"You got your eyes from her, you and Jake," I said.

"So did Casey," He said and I nodded.

"How did I not find it weird Jake had the same eyes?" I asked.

"It's ok," He said.

"How Chase?" I asked. "She has two dads."

"It happens all the time," He said.

"She calls you both dad," I said. "Who's gonna walk her down that aisle Chase?"

"Both of us," He said. "I'm not jealous that Jake is in her life, it's gonna be confusing explaining her dad is also her uncle."

"What if it's not, Jake?" I asked.

"You want my thought on your situation?" He asked.

"Go ahead," I said.

"I can't think of anyone other than Jake I can see you walking down that aisle with. He's perfect with Casey, he knows you Naomi, you slept with him, he knows you strengths and he knows your weaknesses, you're afraid of him," He said.

"Chase, he keeps us safe," I said. "He cried, Jake doesn't cry Chase."

"When a girl cries over a boy, its normal but when a boy cries over a girl," he sighed. "He'll never love another girl like her."

"He doesn't love," I said. "A player only wants pleasure."

"But that's not what you and Jake had," He said. "It meant something, didn't it?"

"Yeah," I said. "Do you know how scared I was Chase?" He looked down. "Grey, he was all I could think about. I was waiting for him to be disgusted but he wasn't, I was beautiful."

"That's because you are beautiful," He said and smiled. "I wish I was there to rub your belly, feel Casey kick, go to the doctors, hear the babies heart beat."

"That's my fault," I said. "I shouldn't have kept it a secret."

"I don't blame you and I'm not mad," He said.

"Ok, I gotta go," I said.

"Alright," He said. "Be careful."

"I will," I said and picked Casey up. "Give daddy kisses." He kissed her cheek.

"I love you, babydoll," He said and I smiled. I walked out and I put Casey in her seat, I drove back home and I saw Macy and Simone's car. I got Casey and I walked in, I walked in the living room. The girls and boys were here.

"Well, hey," I said.

"Hey," They chorused.

"What happened with Rachael?" Jake asked.

"She just wanted to talk to me," I said.

"About what?" Macy asked, the front door shut and I saw Rachael.

"Hey, Rach," Jake said, she clenched her jaw and fists. "Rachael." She looked at me.

"You messed up, Naomi," She hissed.

"Rachael, please," I said.

"Why couldn't you mind your business?" She spat.

"Rachael," Jake said sternly and she looked at him.

"You shut up," She snapped and he clenched his fists and stood up. "You backstabbing bitch."

"What're you talking about Rachael?" He snapped.

"Sophie, Jake, that's what," She hissed. "You kept it from us." He got in her face.

"She's none of your business," He hissed.

"Just because she gave you up doesn't mean I don't want to know about her," She spat, he grabbed her jaw.

"Rachael Grace, you better stop while you're ahead,"He hissed, she jerked away.

"Because I'm right?" She snapped.

"Does Chase know?" He asked.

"Ask Naomi," She said and he looked at me.

"You told?" He asked and I held Casey closer. "Naomi," He got in front of me. "Did you tell Chase?" I looked at him.

"Yeah," I said and he clenched his jaw. "Are you mad?"

"Naomi," He said with anger.

"That's my name," I said and smirked, he got in my face but I didn't move. "Getting mad isn't gonna help anything."

"Really?" He asked.

"Oh come on Cameron, you're not stupid enough to touch me," I said.

"She has a baby, Jake,"Ethan said.

"Get mad," I said. "Just like Chase did, he's got a temper just like yours Jake."

"You know what Naomi?" He asked. "You win, let them meet her," He looked into my eyes. "But I'm done playing."

"That's all you ever do Jake," I said. "You use me Jake and I'm tired of it."

"Use you?" He asked.

"Yeah, you take advantage of my love Jake and I keep falling for it,"

"You just want love," He said.

"No, I've been alone all this time and I just had to meet you guys," I said.

"So you could keep up the secret Casey isn't yours?" He asked and I started to say something. "Go ahead Naomi, remind me I'm not her father. It makes you feel so much better, I love her and I love you Naomi," I rolled my eyes. "You don't believe me?"

"I don't know what to believe anymore," I said. "Last time I let my guard down, you broke me and played me."

"What happened yesterday Naomi?" He snapped. "I trusted you and you broke me down Naomi. Yet I came back to protect you."

"I was perfectly fine," I said.

"You had a bat," He said. "You can't do much with that and protect your daughter."

"I'd do anything to protect her," I said. "But, I don't know who to trust anymore."

"You don't trust me?" He asked.

"I didn't say that," I said. "But, how do I know you won't play me again?" He touched Casey's head.

"Why am I still here then?" He asked and he kissed my knuckles.

"To use me," I said and I took my hand away. "A boy has his needs, right?"

"You think I just want your body?" He asked. "I would never take advantage of you and you know that."

"That's not what you said," I said.

"No, I don't care how bad I want you, I would never hurt you like that," He said touched my face, I moved away and he looked at Casey. "Tell me you want me to leave and I will."

"I don't want you to leave," I said.

"Why?" He asked. "For you to feel safe or you care?" I bit my lip.

"I didn't mean it like that Jake," I said. "I just want to protect Casey."

"You're talking about me using you?" He asked and scoffed. I looked down.

"Will you stay?" I asked.

"Why should I?" He asked.

"Because you care?" I asked. "Don't worry about me, at least Casey?" He scoffed.

"Now you're using McKenna?" He asked.

"Then go," I said, he tried to grab Casey but I pulled away. "You're not taking my daughter."

"I was gonna put her to bed," He said.

"She needs-"

"A bath and rocked to sleep," He said. "I know her well Naomi. You too."

"If I let you, will you please stay with us?" I asked. "Even if it's just for tonight."

"Yeah," He said.

"Promise me," I said.

"What?" He asked and I looked in his eyes.

"Promise me you won't leave while we're asleep," I said.

"I promise," He said and he took Casey.

"I'll be up in a minute," I said and he walked upstairs.

"Should we go?" Macy asked.

"If you don't mind," I said and she came and hugged me.

"Rachael, you wanna stay with us?" Aaron asked.

"No," She said. "I'm going to Chase's."

"I'll drive you," Ethan said and they left, I called for pizza and I walked upstairs. He was dressing Casey in a sleeper and he kissed her forebead. He picked her up and he grabbed a book. He started to read, I heard someone knock on the door and I walked downstairs. I paid him and walked back upstairs, I looked the nursery. She was asleep, I walked in my room and Jake was on my bed. I laid the pizza down and the sodas, I sat beside him. We ate pizza in silence, I looked at him. I slid closer and I sat on his lap. I looked at him, I leaned in but I hesitated. I kissed him and he grabbed my waist, he laid back and I grabbed his hair. He flipped on top of me and I giggled and bit my lip.

"What are you doing?" He asked.

"I want you Jake,"I said and he looked at my lips.

"Are you sure?" He asked. "You don't have to do this just because I'm staying."

"I know,"I said and he kissed my neck, I grabbed his shirt and tugged it over his head. He tugged my shirt off and I wrapped my arms around his neck. He kissed me and my hands moved to his pants button, I unbuttoned them and he pulled them off. He sat up and he unbuttoned my jeans and I looked at him. He started to pull them off but he was struggling.

"This is why I hate skinny jeans," I moved his hands and I pulled them off. "Better." He kissed me and kissed me under my jaw, he smiled against my neck. Tears burned my eyes and a sob slipped out. He looked at me. "Hey, what's wrong? Did I hit a bruise?"

"You're gonna leave," I said. "When I'm naked and humiliated." He shook his head.

"No baby, I'm not leaving," He said. "I smiled, because I had you back."

"You promise?" I asked.

"I put it on my life," He said. "I'm not going anywhere, but if I hurt you," He touched my face. "Tell me and I'll stop."

"Ok," I said and he kissed me again.

"I'll never get use to those abs," I said and I took a bite of the pizza. He buttoned up his shirt and he smiled. He jumped on me and I laughed making me fall back.

"I missed you," He said and tucked a piece of hair behind my ear. "I love you and not just because we just made love. I loved that too."

"I love you too,"I said and he kissed me, he touched my back and we pulled apart.

"Listen, I've been thinking," He said.

"That doesn't sound good," I said and sat up.

"No, it's not you," He said. "It's Sophie."

"What about her?" I asked. "When'd you talk to her?" I asked.

"Yesterday," He said. "She told me she wanted go meet me at Starbucks and I agreed."

"So, what happened?" I asked.

"She told me she wanted to get to know her son," He said. "She said she knew I was football quarterback and I go to Justice Hill," He looked down at his hands and smiled slightly. "She said she couldn't wait to meet me, she couldn't help but wonder who I looked like. She says I have her temper and she's beautiful, her smile is so happy. Her eyes lit up when she saw me." He straightened up and his smile dropped. He looked at me.

"You want something to do with her," I said.

"No," He said.

"Jake, admit it, you want to spend time with her," I said and he looked at me.

"We're doing good Naomi, don't make me mad," He said.

"Jake, I might have something to tell you," I said.

"What?" He asked.

"I wasn't with you when you met Sophie," I said.

"So?" He asked.

"Jake, open your eyes," I said. "How'd I know she had eyes just like you and Chase?"

"A guess." He said and he shook his head. "You were there."

"Of course I was Jake, I just wanted you to handle it," I said and smiled slightly. "You smiled, I thought it was ok and I left."

"I can't trust her," He said.

"I understand that babe, but you know you want to get to know her," I said.

"Look, stop acting like you know how I feel because you don't," He said. "So do me a favor and drop the subject."

"Ok," I said.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to snap at you," He said and he tried to hug me but I pushed him away.

"No, just shut up and leave me alone," I snapped and got on the bed. "This is why I hate guys." I pulled the cover over my head.

"So, you still trying to eat?" He asked and I took the blanket down.

"Yeah, I'm still trying to eat," I grumbled and sat up. He walked to me and pulled my legs over the side.

"Babe, I do want to get to know the woman who gave birth to me, but she doesn't deserve to get to know the baby she gave away," He said.

"You don't get it Jake, she was protecting you," I snapped. "She gave you away so that low life bastard wouldn't come after you."

"Did you talk to her?" He asked.

"No, but I put two and two together," I said and he started to leave but I pulled his two hands back. "Baby, come here," He looked at me and looked into his eyes. "Look, you can lose the attitude or you can get out," He rolled his eyes and looked down. "But I'd rather keep you here."

"God I can't stand you," He said and pulled his hands away.

"But you love me," I said.

"Yeah, I do," he said. "Just wish you could see that I want to protect you and Casey. I want to protect myself but it doesn't always go as planned."

"I try to protect you too," I said. "But I can only do but so much."

"It's my job to protect you," he said.

"I know," I said and he kissed me.

Anyway, I loved the comments you guys gave when I said I was thinking about deleting this book. I was in a down mood and I don't know why I would delete this so far in.

Also, do you guys want me to end it soon since it's so many chapters or keep going? I'm enjoying writing this as you are reading it. Your comments help me update faster and makes me want to improve. I mean, over 65.3k reads,  1.8k votes, and every comment, I read them. That doesn't seem like much to you guys but it means more than you think to me. I get ideas from real life, not some fairytale (ok maybe some), so that's why I have so much drama. It keeps you on the edge of your seat and the secrets blow your mind.

All 7 of you made me not to even think about deleting this book. Thank you so much (it wouldn't tag some of you and I'm so sorry for scaring you.)

I'm almost done rambling. I want you guys to know the point of my book. It's a badboy and a girl nobody really knew. The couple you never though would be together. It shows that no relationship is gonna be a fairytale, you have fights and you have problems along the way. But if you love that person, you'll always find a way to fix it.

I'm out though and I may just update today or tomorrow, depends on how your comments make me feel. Anyway, you're all probably wishing, I wish this girl would shut up already. Bye peoples, peace. ✌🏼️
