It'd been a week now. George was fully moved in with me. With the help of Wilbur and Nick. I was tired like usual. I wanted to help but only could carry the small boxes.
Right now I'm laying on the couch while Nick and George I putting George's stuff away. Wilbur had to take a break and was sitting across from me on a chair, drinking a bottle of water.
"How are you?" he asked.
"Never better," I said.
"Wanna play Minecraft with me and some guys tonight? You haven't played in a while."
"I guess. I'll try it out again," I said.
"Your boyfriend can join us too," Wilbur smiled. "Then everyone can meet him."
"We'll see," I said. I yawned. Wilbur got up.
"I'm gonna keep helping." Wilbur left me laying down on the couch. I ended up falling asleep.
---
I woke up an hour or so later. Everyone was gone. Except George. He looked at me from where he was sitting, watching TV.
"How was your nap?" George asked.
"Okay," I said, sitting up.
"Wanna eat some popcorn and watch a movie?" George asked.
"Sure," I said. George got up and went to the kitchen. I heard the popping of the popcorn. The smell was so good. He soon brought a big bowl of buttery popcorn. I grabbed a handful and ate it. It was delicious. I haven't had popcorn in a long time. As we watched the movie, George leaned his head on my shoulder. I kissed his head gently and laid my head on top of his, falling asleep.
I woke up with a sharp pain in my side. I groaned. George awoke with a flinch. He looked at me.
"Are you okay?" He asked. I nodded, trying to push the pain away. "You sure, babe?"
"I'll be fine. I just have to fight through it," I said, then kissed him.
"Wanna do something today?" George asked.
"Sure, I had something in mind," I said.
"What's that?"
"Meeting your parents. You met my mom. My dad is dead so...maybe I can meet your parents," I said.
"Oh, I don't know," George was hesitant.
"It's fine if you don't want to," I said.
"Well, they're...umm...homophobic," George muttered.
"Oh," I said.
"You can still meet them, just not tell them," George said.
"Sure," I said, hugging George to make him feel better. "I'm going to go take a shower." I got up and headed to my room to grab some clothes. I grabbed a hoodie and some jeans and headed to the bathroom. I took off my clothes and got into the warm water. Music was playing softly like usual. I always listened to music while I took a shower.
I started singing to the music when I heard the floor creak. I ignored it and kept singing. George's head scared me when he popped his head in. He blushed before coming in the shower with me.
"Am I flustering you?" I asked with a smirk.
"No," George mumbled. George tried to not make eye contact with me, but each time he looked down...well, ya know? He blushed and looked back up. I grabbed George's shoulders and made him look at me.
"Why'd you come in here if you are so uncomfy?" I asked.
"I don't know," George shrugged.
"When you blush you are so cute." I said. He smiled at me. I pulled him into a kiss. His small, warm body against mine and the warm water pouring down on our heads. We broke apart and took a breath.
"Do you know how much I love you," George says.
"A lot," I said, kissing his neck. George let out a soft, quiet moan.
"Then why are you stealing?" George says, looking at me.
"What?"
"When I was moving stuff in, I found a big jar of money. And three days ago I saw you pickpocket." I sighed. He found out. I just need to tell him the truth.
"I'm sorry George."
"Why though?"
"When I was younger, I didn't have a job and needed money so I pickpocketed to get money. And now I'm just used to it. It's just-." George caught me off guard with a kiss. We broke apart and he looked at me.
"I'm not mad. Just...please stop. Try not too," George whispered in my ear.
"I'll try not too. But George...the first time we met I-."
"Keep it."
"What?"
"You stole some of my money too. Keep it. You're my boyfriend. You need it more than me." How did he know?
"How?"
"I had a lot of money in there. My wallet disappeared. You happen to find it. I get my wallet back and the money was gone."
"I'm sorry," I said. George looked me in the eye.
"It's fine, Clay. I still love you no matter what."
He hugged me this time under the heat of the water. We stood there like this for a while.
