-The next morning-

In a tent, not too far away from the other tents, Rainbow Dash was sleeping in her sleeping bag, and Seabreeze slept in a extra pillow Rainbow Dash brought with her while Derpy Hoof was sleeping in the tent next to hers. Suddenly, Spike grabbed Seabreeze, and winded his wings up, and he rang like an alarm clock. Rainbow Dash yelped as she woke up, and Spike said "All right, rise and shine, Sleeping Beauty. Come on. Hup, hup, hup!" Rainbow Dash groaned as she layed back down on her sleeping bag, and covered herself with the sheets. But, Spike pulled the sheets off of her, and said "Get ready. Got breakfast for you!" As Rainbow Dash stretched, Spike showed her a bowl of porridge with two strawberries for eyes, and a few banana slices for a smile, and said "Look, you get porridge, and it's happy to see you." Suddenly, Seabreeze popped out of the porriage, and said "Hi!" Spike threw Seabreeze out of the porridge, and said "Hey, get outta there! You're gonna make ponies sick!" "Am I late?" Rainbow Dash asked. As Spike began feeding her, he said "No time to talk. Now remember, it's your first day of training, so listen to your teacher, and no fighting. Play nice with other ponies, unless, of course, one of the other ponies wanna fight, then you have to kick the other pony's butt."

"But I don't wanna kick the other pony's butt!" Rainbow Dash said. "Don't talk with your mouth full." Spike said. "Now let's see your war face." Rainbow Dash just stared at Spike with food in her cheeks, and he said "I think my slippers just ran for cover. Come on, scare me, mare!" Rainbow Dash swallowed the food, and growled really loudly, making Spike stumble, and fall backwards in the process. He then tied Rainbow Dash's mane as he said "Oh, that's my tough looking warrior! That's what I'm talking about! Now get out there, and make me proud!" "Guys, the troops just left!" Derpy Hoof said as she poked her head inside the tent. "What do you mean the troops just left?" Spike asked. "They what?!" Rainbow Dash asked feeling surprised. She bolted out of the tent, knocking it down, and ignored the muffled shouting. Spike popped out while holding a sword as he said "Wait, you forgot your sword!" He smiled sadly as he said "My little baby foal off to destroy ponies." He sniffed a little as Seabreeze comforted him, and said "There, there, buddy."

In the camp, the new recruits, Dr. Whooves, Party Favor, and Soarin were fooling around, and Cranky Doodle Donkey got their attention as he said "Order ponies, order!" "I'd like a hay burger!" One of the recruits said. "Oh, oh, a daffodil and daisy sandwich!" Soarin said. "Hay fries! Extra crispy!" Another recruit said as he and the other recruits laughed. "That's not funny!" Cranky Doodle said as he walked away. Party Favor then noticed 'Sonic Rainboom's' arrival as he said "Look's like our new friend slept in this morning." As 'Sonic Rainboom' stood between Party Favor and Dr. Whooves, Party Favor said "Hello, Sonic Rainboom. Are you hungry?" "Yeah. Because I owe you a hoof sandwich!" Dr. Whooves said as he grabbed 'Sonic Rainboom' who said "Not the face, not the face!" But, before Dr. Whooves could punch 'him' in the face, Rainbow Blitz stepped out in front of the recruits, and said "Soldiers!" 'Sonic Rainboom', Dr. Whooves, Party Favor, Soarin, and the other recruits stood in a straight line, and Rainbow Blitz said "You will assemble swiftly and silently every morning." As he grabbed a bow, and a quiver of arrows, he said "Anypony who acts otherwise will answer to me." "Ooooo, tough stallion." Dr. Whooves muttered. Rainbow Blitz who somehow heard what Dr. Whooves said, pointed his arrow at him, and said "Dr. Whooves." 'Sonic Rainboom', Party Favor, Soarin, and the other recruits took on step backwards as Dr. Whooves gulped.

Rainbow Blitz then shot the arrow at the top of the pole, and said "Thank you for volunteering. Retrieve the arrow." "I'll get that arrow, pretty stalion." Dr. Whooves muttered. "And I'll do it faster than you can." He went up to the pole, but before he could climb up there, Rainbow Blitz stopped him as he said "One moment! You seem to be missing something." Cranky Doodle Donkey then came out while holding a small box containing two large bronze disks. Rainbow Blitz took one of them out, and gave it to Dr. Whooves as he said "This represents discipline." The weight of the disk took Dr. Whooves half-way down as Rainbow Blitz gave him another one, and said "And this represents strength." The weight of the disk pulled Dr. Whooves to the ground as Party Favor and Soarin snickered while 'Sonic Rainboom' stared in concern. "You need both to reach the arrow." Rainbow Blitz said as Dr. Whooves recovered from his fall.
