The ninja were walking for what seemed like forever when they heard a rumbling sound.

"Now what's that sound?" Jay asked

"Another gust?" Cole said
Then they saw a wave of snow hurling toward them. "No worst, avalanche!" Kai said
All of them started their mechs running down the way they had come, Misty was still holding on to Zane's.

"Here it comes hold on!" Kai shouted
The snow caught up to them and swept the mechs off their feet.
All of them were having trouble controlling their mechs, Jay smashed into a rock and broke a apart and he was left sliding down on a piece of his mech. Kai had jumped out of his, and was riding it down, he jumped and grabbed onto a branch, that broke and he fell behind Jay on his makeshift sled.

"Blimey, I'm trapped!" Zane said

"Zane! Misty shouted she tried to pull Zane out but couldn't. Jay and Kai made it over to Zane's Mech and climbed.

A snow giant appeared and caught Zane's mech before it fell off the mountain Jay, Kai, and Zane were hanging onto the mech.

"Cole is that you?" Jay asked

"Just picking you up to return the favor," Cole said and he placed the mech back on its feet on the mountain.

"You possessed the snow!" Kai marveled. The giant crumbled and Cole stood there and said "Yeah I guess we did."

"First we get cyclone-do now we get a ghost on our side!" Jay cheered

"tis good to see you smile." Zane said

"Thanks for the pick me up! Cole." Misty agreed

"So we're down three mechs but up in spirit still how are we going to catch up we lost a lot of ground," Kai said

"How about we see what else I can do!" Cole said he then possessed the mech. and soon the team was running back up the mountain. It then began to scale the mountain with ease.
Meanwhile, Morro was having trouble, until he saw the hanging temple.

"The Hanging temple the summits not far." He said

"Impossible!" Bansha hissed Morro looked down and saw the ninja on a mech.

"You said you got rid of them!" Morro shouted

"I wiped them off the face of the mountain!" Bansha argued

"Cleary you didn't wipe hard enough, this thing I slowing me down," Morro growled and jumped out of the mech he had. "I'll go the rest of the way on my own."

"But Morro the wind!" the Soul Archer warned.

"I control the wind! You three control the situation make sure they never make it to the top and bring me Misty alive!" Morro said Kai then spotted the hanging temple too.

"The hanging temple we're not far!" Kai said the soul archer shot an arrow and it hit Kai in the chest sending them falling onto his back.

"Kai!" Misty shouted

"The armor really works! I didn't turn into a ghost!" Kai said as he sat up looking down at himself.

The Mech the ghost was using grabbed Zane's mech using grappling hooks and dragged it upward and threw them on the ground. Misty spotted Morro running off he wasn't far.

"Morro's getting away!" Cole shouted
Misty scrambled to her feet and bolted after Morro. "I'll get him!" Cole tried to go after Morro and Misty but Bansha stopped him.

"You're not!" she said and she let out a scream.

Misty stumbled after hearing the scream but didn't fall she wasn't going to let Morro reach the sword.

Misty grabbed some snow and made a snowball and pegged Morro in the back of the head.

Morro turned around and saw Misty rolling up another snowball and glaring at him. Just then Morro realized a gust of was about to start. And he bolted back toward Misty. He grabbed her around the waist and pulled her closer to him. Misty's face was pressed against Morro's chest.

"What in the world are you doing!" Misty shouted and she struggled against him.

"Saving your life!" Morro growled and he reached out his hand and shouted "Stop it! It's me that controls the wind! Stop!" The wind stopped blowing and Morro sighed with relief and said "That's better."

"I...I.. don't know what to say..." Misty stuttered she was surprised that Morro actually bothered to save her from begin blown off the mountain.

"How about Thank you," Morro replied, and he let go of her and continued to walk up the mountain.

-Ninja-

Zane was using his mech to hold onto the platform's edge of the hanging temple as Jay, Kai, and Cole hung on to the mech.

"I want to get off this stupid mountain!" Cole said

"Come on, Zane, get this tin can back on its feet," Jay said

"Aye- Aye. Gonna do it." Zane said but as the mech climbed back up Goul Tar laughed evilly and came at the ninja with his own mech. It grabbed it and shook the ninja off.

"Now where did the archer go?" Jay said

"Behind you!" Kai shouted and the Archer shot an arrow and it hit the board under Jay.
Jay grabbed his Aeroblade and threw it at the archer it only clipped him though.

"I got him! I got him!" Jay cheered but then his weapon flew off. "Aw, and I lost it..."
"Come on we have to get out of here and help Misty," Kai said and he and the other ninja ran off soon followed by Zane.

"They're getting away!" Bansha screamed

"We'll see about that." The Archer said
he shot an arrow and it hit the bridge the bridge slowly turned to a ghost bridge underneath them the ninja barely reached the other side.

-Morro-

Morro was scaling the mountain and Misty followed him still trying to think through what just happened... he saved her from dying... but why?

Morro jumped and grabbed onto an Icicle and hung on he looked down and saw Misty was still behind him, but under her was the ninja.

"Look there he is, we're still in this race!" Jay said
and they leaped onto the mountain and started climbing. Morro kicked an Icicle next to him and it fell toward the ninja Kai and Cole used their Aeroblades to save themselves.

"We can do this! We're almost there!" Kai said Jay nearly fell off but Cole caught him, and Jay was able to grab his Aeroblade that was embedded into the ice cliff.

"We're gonna miss the blind man's eye!" Kai warned

"Oh no! all this way for nothing," Jay said

Morro nearly fell off but was able to hang on he looked down to check on Mist and saw she too was holding on.

Misty saw Kai fly past her using Airjitzu. Followed by Zane and Jay and eventually Cole. Met her eyes as he passed her and shouted "What about Misty?!"
Just before they took off for the blind man's eye they heard Misty shout. "Go! Don't Wait! Go Now!"

And the ninja took off for the blind man's eye. Just as Cole was about to go into the realm he looked down and saw Morro standing on the mountain and Misty scrambling to the top.

"Go, Ninja! Go!" She whispered as she watched her friends disappear.

When Misty reached the top Morro grabbed her and glared at her. "It's your fault I missed the blind man's eye If I didn't have to save you I would have made it!" Morro shouted.

"Is it?! You didn't have to save me!" Misty shouted back and jabbed her finger against Morro's chest, "You could have let me fly off the mountain and die!"

"But I didn't...!" Morro growled angrily

"And for that... Thank you..." Misty said her face turning pink.
The anger seemed to go away for a second as Morro said. "I didn't expect you to say thank you..." he then let go of her and gently.

"Of course, I was going to thank you..." As much as I hate to admit it you saved my life... Misty sighed and she dusted the snow off her clothes.

"The truth is I couldn't have let you die. You too much like her...like..." Morro said he couldn't bring himself to finish his sentence.

"Lily..." Misty finished for him

"How did you know?"

"Sensei Wu told me about Lily and how she followed you and died.

"Of course, Wu would tell you it that way." Morro growled "Did he not tell you how much I cared about her?"

"He did... Morro do you know what happened to her"

"I suspect that she died... but at least for all I know she is not in the cursed realm."

"What are you trying to get Morro what is inside the tomb?"

"Why should I tell you?"

"Because I want to know are you doing this for yourself or for someone else."

"I can't tell you that you're just going to have to find out like everyone else," Morro said
