"Esula.."

Latte said resting her hand down on a vanity.

"You... Are dangerous...!"

Latte said looking into a mirror with perfectly done hair and a gorgeous dress filled with blues and purples. 'I actually look really beautiful!' "

"Did Latte even have her hair done like that..?"

Rondemio asked, generally curious.

"Of course she did I worked really hard and did some of my best work!" 

Rondemio paused as him and Ibelin tried to recall Latte with her hair under control.

"Okay, probably just the Mandela effect."

Throughout this conversation Arwin sat there trying to be inconspicuous.

" "Oh... Oh my.."

Latte held her face 'Who are you?'

"I'M LATTE ECTRIE! WHO ARE YOU? ARE YOU ALSO LATTE ECTRIE?!"

Latte rammed her head into the mirror with a bang noise. 

"I told you to trust me."

Esula was shown very proud. 'Look at how proud she is sticking up her chin like that.' "

With that comment Esula slightly blushed due to getting called out. 

" 'Well, I agree even Kenneth wouldn't be able to win over Esula right now!' "

"What's that supposed to mean.?" 

Kenneth asked curiously. (And so did the writer, I don't understand what that saying is supposed to mean (T_T) )

" "Esula! You're the best!"

Latte said with her thumb up. 'Wow... this is... I know this is me but, like, I think I could land a bunch of commercial deals!' "

"She could so easily get commercial deals with those looks!"

Rosaline said confidently.

"What's a commercial? Let alone a commercial deal?"

Cano asked out of genuine inquisitiveness.

"I don't know. :D"

" "HOHOHOHOHO!"

Esula said with way too much enthusiasm. 

"You're amazing!!! A genius!! It's already sunset... Will I be alright?"

"You have plenty of time! There's no need to hurry."

'Wow... It really takes a lot if time to be pretty.." "

"She is already pretty on her own!"

Rosaline spoke being Latte's number one fan. Arwin found himself unconsciously nodding to the princess's statement. 

" After the major renovations were done, I left my room. (I think the translator of this version meant changes)

"Oh.. Agh.."

Latte sputtered as she wobbled down the stairs in heels.

"UGH!"

'This is all because of that massage yesterday. That massage from hell.. All to shape my legs so they look thinner...!'

A horror flashback is shown with two maid hitting Latte's legs "AGGHHH!!!! MY LEGS!!!!!!!

Back to the present Latte is shown outside. 

"Bishot, are you ready?"

Bishot is show in a suit all cleaned up.

"OHHH~ What's this? Are you attending the ball?"

"..."

Bishot is shown innocently staring at her. 

'And.. Who might you be?" "

"HOW DID YOU NOT RECOGNIZE HER!?"

Esula yelled out, maybe her cosmetology skills were just too advanced..?

"I don't know, my head went blank (˘･_･˘)"

Bishot stuttered back trying to justify his actions 

"You could have at least recognized her voice."

Rosaline added on. 

"I did... Eventually..."

Whilst Esula and Rosaline were defending Latte, the three fishes were smugly smiling to themselves enjoying this scene and predicament. 

" 'Look at this guy.. haha.'

"Esula's skills are amazing."

"WAIT... La.. LADY LATTE...? Whoa? WHAAAAT? OH... ummm... HUH...?!" "

Everyone is the room silently giggled at Bishot's reaction as Bishot tried to hide his face in his palms. (I don't hate Bishot I swear)

" 'Wait he was being serious? Geez...'

"By the wat, Bishot. Did you always like going to balls?"

"Not really. But I try to attend the night of Eirene."

"Oh? Is there a reason?"

"Well... Ahem.."

Bishot said while blushing. "

Bishot stared at the screen just waiting for this episode to be over.

" 'I know. It's obvious. All the ladies dress up for the night of Eirene.  There are more beautiful women there.. Haa, I guess you're also a man.' 

"But, Bishot. Did you know? Arwin will be at the ball too..."

The screen got dark and all of the previous life seemed to be sucked out of Bishot.

'W...Wh...What...How.."

'Look at him... Is Arwin the grim reaper or something?' "

Arwin stared at the screen. He has been called a lot of things but grim reaper has yet to be one. Though one extra thought to that and most likely he has been called that, but no one is dumb enough to say it to his face. But when Latte said it, or thought it I guess, didn't make him mad. 

" "How do you.. know..? That can't be.."

"There's always a way to know." 

'Privilege of being a fan of the original novel.' "

" I forgot she is not from this world."

Ibelin spoke matter-of-factly. As everyone nodded that information generally leaving everyone's heads.

" "Enjoy your time..."

Bishot was shown leaving defeated.

"WHOA! IT's fine? If anything, you can just hide behind me!"

"Hmmm..."

"I'll see you at the front gate later!"

Since we were going using Bishot's teleport we decided to rest a bit before leaving. The sunsetting sky is shown turning into a purple evening sky. I've been on a dreadful diet for the past dew days, so just one cookie.. should be fine. Latte is shown eating a cookie. 'I'm going to have popcorn there while I watch anyway..'

"Gee~ My corset is about to burst. Oh! It's already time to leave!!"

A clock is shown reading 8:10

"Now, shall we get going?" "

"Yes!"

Esula shouted excited to see what the night of Eirene looked like.

" "Hold on, Lady Latte!"

Blue smoke is showed swirling around on the screen. 'I held Bishot's hand and we teleported to the palace.'

"We've arrived, Lady Latte!"

"Can you teleport inside the palace too?"

"Hmm? No. There's a barrier that disables magic within the palace." "

'Well clearly not a good one.' Thought Arwin thinking about how easy it was for him to teleport in and out of the palace walls.

" "Aha! That's just like the magic tower, I see..."

Latte said. during the night of Eirene even uninvited guests are allowed inside, so there are a lot of people. A ton of people are shown in lines. Of course, that's only limited to nobles... but anyone can go inside as long as they can verify their identity. Bishot could go in since he was with me. "

"How inclusive :)"

Esula said, not salty in the slightest.

" "Umm... Will the master... Of the magic tower be joining us today as well?"

Bishot is shown asking a guard.

'Sir Arwin? We did send him an invitation... But I'm not sure."

"Really? Then there's a chance that he might not come... Hehe!" "

"Why do you sound so excited about that?"

Arwin said coldly with a sweet smile. 

"Uh... um I did.. did not say that excitedly!"

"Really..?"

Arwin said not buying a single word.

"Ye.. Yes :D"

Arwin decided to drop it this time, Bishot has already suffered enough in such a small time.

" 'Right... Arwin never attends any of the events held by the royals. But he will come this time. Because Peridot falls for Arwin when she sees him at this ball.' "

"I mean who wouldn't" (Can insert any character saying this I couldn't decide.)

" 'She eyes the prince because the seat of the empress, and Arwin because she wants to have the notorious master of the tower under her feet.' "

"I don't think I have ever been more disgusted by a sentence."

Arwin said with Rondemio nodding along remembering his brief, but uncomfortable conversation with Lady Peridot. 

" Peridot is greedy as mush as she is beautiful. She's the most beautiful villainess. But there were three problems for Peridot...

"To be continued..." "

"Will the cliff hangers ever end?"

Esula asked grimly wondering if there will ever be an episode without a cliff hanger or an uncompleted monologue. 

"Who knows, who cares."

Arwin responded.
