"The screen flashed to an unfamiliar futuristic building. 

"Yaaay~! Final exams are over!!"

A faceless girl called out

"Hey miss thanks for your effort~"

Called out some random boys.

"Sure, don't play around and go home early."

She replied getting an

"Okay~"

In response. She looked at a strange item that resembled the strange black box but smaller. It reading 'Novel Romance'"

Everyone stared at the screen in awe and confusion over what they were seeing. Whilst everyone was entranced Kenneth spoke up.

"Why are we reacting to someone we don't even know?"

Arwin joined in questioning

"Why are we, and what time is this set in?"

Everyone joined in on that though process except for princess Rosaline who's only thoughts were on the novel romance that the girl was reading. The prominent voice from before answered,

"You will see soon enough and this is set in the year 20018 (not sure if this is true or not too lazy to search this up 😅)"

Everyone's jaw dropped in amazement and continued to look on

" 'Could it could have come out? The exams are finally over, I'M GONNA FANGIRI SO HARD OVER THE
WEEKEND!!' "

"So we can hear the girls thoughts?"

Arwin questioned out loud 'Intresting'

" "WHAT?! They are still not released yet"

Said the girl to no one in particular, as she laid on her bed with a beer and computer.

"What's taking so long? It's okay, a true fangirl would read the whole series again on a Friday night with a can of beer"

'The book I am waiting for is called "The flower of the beast" (a super popular romance novel) Well the title of itself sounds like a beastly emperors obsessive love story but it is about a heroine managing the fishery with the three most handsome guys in the empire"

With that an image of Ibelin feeding fish food to a fish form of the three male leads appear.

Dead silence fills the room before Rosaline, and Esula burst into laughter. As Rondemio, Arwin and Kenneth just stare in shock. 'Why do we look like that' is all they could think. Where the news of being the protagonist does not shock Ibelin in the slightest.

" The youngest duke, the master of the magic tower and even the crown prince fall in love with her."

At that Arwin rolls his eyes. 'Me with that rock?' Is all he can think about though as he thinks of romantic relationships all he can think about it Latte for some reason.

" 'Doesn't that make me jealous.... Well it has nothing to do with me anyway.'

" It is all cliche and full of obvious flags. But I still liked the authors awesome and unique style of writing. But what if most important is the male leads......"

Sha lalalala~ is heard with a distorted image of Arwin, Rondemio and Kenneth appear.

"COME BACK YOU AUTHOR FREAK"

The girl is seen crying and hitting her keyboard.

The people can help but laugh a lot thinking how she reminds them of a certain someone.

" The scene now cut to a night forest

"The moonlight shines gently that night. The crown prince stared at her and said:

"Ibelin."

"Your highness."

"Don't call me that I asked you so many times to call me by my name."

"But-"

The crown prince grabs Ibelin's hand.

"Y-your highness?"

The sound of a beating heart is heard.
Kenneth walks in

"Let go of her this instant your highness."

"Kenneth..... Kenneth Von Esbande"

"Isn't this against the rules?"

"Rules.... I've never agreed to any rules that restrict my actions."

"Haha.. your highness if that's truley the cas-"

He gets cut off by Arwin's voice

"Oh we're getting rid of the rules now I guess I can do whatever I want."

"ARWIN."
Kenneth and Rondemio scream in unison.
Arwin Hebrim sidelining barges in between them. A smiling Arwin looked like a mischievous little boy, but Ibelin new when Arwin faced her he was a definite man.."

The audience was pitch quiet, quieter than before. Like several times before Arwin broke that silence.

"What the fu-"

He was cut off by a sound of a horn that startled many'

"What the f...frick did we just watch??"

He said in cringey regret. Others could agree with that statement. The scene was nothing short of a normal chicle found in cheesy romance books. Ibelin spoke.

"Please don't fight over me boys."

"We weren't going too"

Arwin replied which gained snappy glares from Kenneth and Rondemio who decided to stay quiet anyways because there was truth I  Arwin's statement. With no answer the screen continued.

" 'Why isn't the next episode coming up author please!!'

The screen got really dizzy as the girl stared to shift. 'HUH? Why am I so dizzy all of a sudden..? Was I working too hard these days.... My head hurts so much...

Than the screen went black."

"I hope she is okay!"

Ibelin said with fake serenity

"Little yellow dots slowly started to appear on screen and than Latte appeared. 'Is this a dream..? If it's a dream than when did I fall asleep?,

On the screen there is a text reading 'Novel "The flower of the beast'''

'What are those letters?... I can see letter in my dreams now??'

Now as clear as day the wordings

'Welcome to the novel "The flower of the beast'''

"What?"

Everyone looks at the screen in confusion. 'What just happened?' Was what everyone was thinking. Bishot spoke up

"Was Latte's soul swapped, when did this happen??"

Everyone turned to him mainly forgetting he was there or just now acknowledging his presence. With that single question everyone looked at the screen in shock. 'What happened to Latte??' Everyone was thinking.

"  "what's 'with the flower of the beast'?"

Latte is seen running to the mirror. She stares in shock.

" What's this..? Who is this?"

A image of a drained girl with eye bags and black hair in a messy bun with the name Kim Hyjeung  appear. 'This is me'

Latte bends over doing weird poses trying to prove this is her."

Everyone stared in shock.

"WHAT?"

Esula shouted in horror.

"I knew she was strange but I would have never guessed this happened."

As she says this she stares disappointed in herself she couldn't tell her best friend and master completely switched souls with no one noticing.
Kenneth spoke up

"When did this happen?"

"Around 13 and a half years ago..?"

With this everyone was relieved to know this happened before they met the real Latte knowing the one the knew was fine.

"Why did she steal that poor girls soul?"

Ibelin said with a tear the eating her eyes. Arwin apathetically spoke back saying

"It looks like she didn't need to"

He said it in such a tone that made everyone quiet. And look back at the screen.

"  "Thi- THIS IS ME?!!!"

She smiles menacingly 'Alright let's calm down... but I can't calm downnn'

Latte is seen crying in the floor on her knees. A maid runs in screaming.

"MISS ARE YOU ALRIGHT??"

"I'M I, I, A, A, IM, IM, WAAHHHH"

" GO TELL THE MASTER HURRY!!"

Latte's mom and dad come on screen asking if she is okay. After some awkward silence Latte bursts into tears again.

"WHO ARE YOU GUYS???"

The maid try's to reassure her while the parents are frozen I  shock.

Everyone stared in at shock feeling  sorry for her as Arwin couldn't help but smile to himself finding her little break out endearing and maybe ever a little cute..?

" The screen cuts to night time as it shows Latte sniffling with a pen and paper recalling all what happened in the predictions book.

After an hour of writing she stops. 'Was I really this dumb. I read the book thee no four times was my memory really this bad.'

The screen shows the caption 'Denying reality'

Whilst remembering this ploys she remembered her family was a Viscount.
'Latte was a supporting role who bullies Ibelin beside the main villainess. A super supporting role that is there just to help the main character shine brighter.'

"She was what!"

The crown prince stared at the screen in slight amusement at the fact Latte was a supporting, supporting role brought a bit of happiness to his tongue.

"That is not the point who is the main villainess?"

Kenneth spoke out of worry. With that everyone was stuck on those words well knowing they weren't going to get an answer they decided to stay quiet.

" 'Well that's sad. One thing I remember is the Ibelin comes tot the empire at 18. In addition'

Kenneth appears on screen

"Well you are quite different from what I know of  the creature called a woman."

"I don't know why I am remembering that"

' Anyways I came to understand my situation and began living my new life for now. As I washed ate and bathed I gradually familiarized myself with my life and the people around me. It took me about a month for me not to get startled at my own reflection'

A few laughs were earned at that line. Kenneth said 

"I wish I could have seen that"

Which summarized the majority of the audiences thoughts.

" 'And it took me six months to gradually get used to myself. And a year later.'

A servant spoke

"Please get in miss Latte Ectrie"

'I was fully able to embrace everything I owned. And two years later.'

"Ms. Latte!!"

Latte is shown turning around

"Yes"

With that the words 'To be continued'
Appear on screen.

"That's it?"

Spoke Esula in disappointment hoping to see more. Arwin in added

"We barely saw anything with all those thin skips!"

"Yeah!"

The majority of the other chimed in unison.

"Do you want to see more?"

The voice asked. Everyone nodded their heads and Chapter 2 began to play.
