- Loki pt.2

I forgot what episode it is but this starts when he meets the variants of himself

"May I ask a question?" Loki asked once everyone had gotten settled in the makeshift bunker.

"Go ahead." Kid Loki gestured and sat down to listen.

"Do any of you know an Y/N?" Once your name left his lips the room went quiet. All the variants shared a knowing look.

"Indeed we do. Each one ending more tragically then the next." Classic Loki said sadly.

The others nodded, well all except Gator Loki.

"I see." Loki said and took a seat to process everything.

A minute or two passed before Boastful Loki spoke up, "Why do you ask?"

All eyes were on Loki as he looked to them before sighing, "Something a friend told me. I'm finally coming to understand it."

He looked to the others before continuing, "He believes what makes every Loki variant similar is their need to be loved. But the trick is they can never keep that love. A viscous cycle of heartbreak."

"Seems about right." Kid Loki added.

"You're a kid what would you know about love?" Loki inquired.

Kid Loki glared at him before a sad look came to his face as he thought about you and what had happened.

------------------------

A nudge to his side shook Kid Loki out of his thoughts and back to the boring room he was in, filled with people chatting and some dancing. "Loki." You whispered in his ear.

He turned to you and jumped back when his face almost collided with yours on account of how close you were to him. "What?" He asked.

"Lets ditch. Come on." You grabbed his hand and pulled him away from the room of people and towards your hideout.

Inside you never let go of his hand as you pulled him down onto the blanket covered floor. A smile plastered on your face as you looked over at him.

In that moment Kid Loki new he loved you. You had been best friends since you were just babies and now you were older. Old enough to tell the difference between friendship and relationship. What you had could no longer be counted as mere friendship, not after Loki slowly moved towards you and gave a tentative kiss to your lips.

------------------------

"Y/N I can explain! Just hear me out!" Kid Loki yelled as his best friend ran away from him.

The news he had killed Thor had spread quickly and many were devastated.

Kid Loki caught up with you and tackled you to the ground, "Just let me explain!"

"No! How could you! He was your brother! My best friend!" You screamed as tears formed in your eyes.

"I didn't mean to!" Kid Loki yelled hurting you in his hard grasp on your shoulders keeping you pinned to the ground.

"Let go Loki!" You yelled.

"Please Y/N just listen to me! You're the only person I trust you're supposed to listen!"

"I'll never listen to a monster like you." You said, face falling to that of a scowl. A tear escaping your eye.

------------------------

"Then in the next moment I'm being dragged away by the tva for killing Thor," Kid Loki takes a pause from telling his story, "and Y/N."

Loki stares at the younger looking version of himself, "My condolences." He says sadly and Kid Loki gives him a nod before finishing off his juice box. "I told you my story. How about yours?"

"Mines quite simple really." Loki said.

------------------------

"You're leaving?" Loki asked as he looked to you.

You turned to look at your best friend with a sad smile, "Yeah. My partner and I have decided to live together on Midgard. No more hassle traveling back and forth."

Loki nodded as you stepped towards him and pulled him into a hug, "I'll miss you. Say bye to Thor for me when you get the chance."

Loki said nothing to your request and instead gave you one last look before turning and walking away. He'd regret not looking back at you as he left. For he'd never see you again.

------------------------

Years later the news had come to Asgard. You had died a heroic death, saving the person you loved from a gang of terrible mortals.

Loki was outraged when he heard the news. A god killed by mortals? It wasn't right. You didn't deserve that. Mortals should have bowed at your feet not trample you with theirs.

He wanted revenge. To show Midgard gods were to be feared and worshipped. He would be the one to put mortals in their place and bring about order so no more would suffer your fate. To him he was doing the world a favor. But humanity didn't see it the same way.

------------------------

Classic Loki gave a nod of understanding to Loki, he then stood and patted him on the shoulder, "Come with me."

"Where are you going?" Boastful Loki asked as the two headed for the entrance of the hideout.

"To a place." Classic Loki said and exited with Loki.

Once they were outside Loki turned to the older version of himself, "Where are you taking me?"

"Don't worry you'll like it." Classic Loki answered as they headed off.

------------------------

An hour or so of walking later led them to a hut, it was made out of scraps and looked to be falling apart. Classic Loki knocked on the door and it slid open to reveal a man, his face was covered by a makeshift mask made out of old clothes and metal scraps. It resembled Iron Mans first helmet in a way.

"Nice to see you again." He said to Classic Loki and turned to look at the other.

He stared for a moment before lifting his mask, "Hi."

Loki stood still, his breath caught in his throat as he stared at you. He knew in his heart it wasn't the you he knew back then in his timeline but you looked so much like him.

"Y/N." He breathed out as he took a step towards you.

"That's me." You said with a smile, "It's always nice to meet new Loki's."

Loki didn't say anything else, his eyes still fixated on your face. He had so many things to say to you but he knew none of them would matter, it wasn't the same you, just a variant.

"Would you like to come in a have a chat?" You asked stepping to the side so he could make his way into the small hut. "It looks bigger on the inside."

Loki nodded and Classic Loki took a seat on a rock outside, "I'll let you too talk."

You smiled at him and sat down with Loki inside.

"May I ask a question?" Loki started.

"Of course." You said.

"What was your nexus event?"

You gave him a sad smile, "I'm still not exactly sure but I have a hunch." You started, "The tva took me right before my wedding night."

Loki looked at you curiously, "To whom were you marrying?"

"You." You said with a smile, "Well not you you a variant of yourself." You then clarified.

Loki nodded and pressed you to continue, "I think I was taken because as I've since found out, Loki's aren't that lucky in the love department. Really I think I was taken because they couldn't stand that he and I were happy together."

Loki again nodded, "I should sue them for being homophobic." You joked and Loki cracked a smile.

"I'd like to see that happen." He said.

------------------------

After awhile of talking and learning about each other's timelines you exited the hut. Classic Loki stood from his rock and looked at the two of you.

Loki turned to him and gave a smile, "Thank you." He then turned to you, "I'm sorry for what happened to you."

"As am I." You said and gave him a smile.

The two started to walk away before Loki turned back to look back at you. You gave him a wave and soon he was running back to you. "Come with me." He asked taking your hand in his.

"There's no where to go." You answered.

"Please. I can't lose you again." He begged.

You stared at him remembering what he had told you about his past, "I won't leave you." You said and squeezed his hand. He gave you a smile and a sigh of relief washed over him.

Maybe he lost you once but he wasn't going to lose you again. Same with you. You had lost him once and this time you were determined to stay with him.

I know it's kind of a cliff hanger but maybe I'll make a part three once more Loki comes out.

Probably following along with the string of events they'd meet up with Sylvie and Mobius and then Loki and Sylvie would go fight He Who Remains while Y/N and Mobius would go back to the tva. Then who knows what happens
