People surround me, and pat me in the back. I made the team! I'm the new seeker for gryffindoor! Once I finally get out of the crowd, a red headed girl comes to me.
" hello, I am Leslie p. Weasley. ( yes, she's a weasley. George Weasley's daughter to be exact) I would like to know, how did you achieve that speed with just a clean sweaper?" She asked.
" logic, I just put more weight in the the front, less than in the back, but made the front thinner and the back thicker. The front isn't hollow like the back. It adds to my speed." I explained. I was such a science nerd sometimes.
" well thank you. Goodbye, congratulations on making the team"
She said. Then smiled and walked away. I walked to the castle, straight into Daniel and lunaine snogging. Ugh. As I passed, lunaine gave me an evil grin. I hated her so much.
Daniel looked at me, and let go of lunaine. He walked in my direction, but I tried to casually speed up.
" hey, wait!" He grabbed my wrist. " I saw you make the team, awesome job."
He looked at lunaine, who was telling him to hurry. " and by the way, I'm really sorry about.." I cut him off.
" just forget it. See yah around longbottom." Then I walked away, and turned the corner. Straight into Rose crying.
" Rose, are you okay? Look, you can have your place on the team, I don't really mi-" I ask, looking at her but she cut me off.
" JUST SHUT UP! and leave me alone!!" She yelled, and ran away. I shrugged, she never seemed to like me anyways. I walked into the common room and found Albus. He quickly stood up.
" hey, congrats on making the team. Umm.." I looked straight into his bright green eyes, who were now looking into my boring brown ones. I laughed, glad that he was speaking to me, but then I remember Rose.
" yeah, thanks. But you should go and see what's wrong with your girlfriend. .." I tell him.
" yeah, I.. she broke up with me.." he said. I was suprised.
" may I question why?"
" because.. I don't know..she said stuff. About you.." I was now fully confused, not knowing how to say the right words.
" explain. "I said. My voice cracking a little.
" okay, you came here, took place as #1 student in our year, her place I Quiditch, and her place.. in my heart." Those last words were to be quiet. But meant to be heard. I smiled, adrenaline going through my veins. I just kissed him. On the spot. His lips were soft and warm. He never pushed me away. I love you Albus, Always.
