Avalon walked beside Aslan as we walked the beach. It was once more time for him to go, though she knew she'd see him in time, tears still left her eyes.

"Now I must go alone" he said stopping as she nodded. "I'll see you soon Avalon."

"What do i do about Peter I mean, I know he'll have to go home."

"You stay here, they'll be back soon. I will as well.
From then on you'll know what to do."

Avalon curtsied as he bowed, the two exchanging a hug. He nuzzled her cheek and she kissed his.

"Goodbye Avalon."

"This isnt goodbye" she reminded. "I'll see you later Aslan."

He smiled and off he went. A tear slipped from her eye as she walked back to the castle. Avalon approached as Peter waited for her. She turned to Aslan taking one last look before he was too far to see. She turned to Peter taking his hand as they went up the stairs to where everyone was eating, drinking and dancing. He held his hand out and she smiled.

"May I have this dance?" he asked, bowing as she curtsied.

"You may."

He spun Avalon around and off they were onto the dance floor. She was sad that soon he'd leave and Aslan was now gone but felt a happiness as well knowing, they'd both come back someday.
