[Synopsis]

In the alternate world where magic and technology existed throughout the 21st century. Now Earth are endangered by the extraterrestrial alien known as Evolto, who is resurrected once again and purges beyond the dimensions.

The Four Heroes known as the Kamen Riders have come to the dimension to stop Evolto and his Blood Empire from continue their conquest. It was up to Build and the fate of the universe are on his hand.
