[Synopsis]

• (Hideki Kyoshi) a kind and cheeky person with a heart of gold who helps people in need. Until he was sent to another world by Tsukasa Kadoya otherwise know as Kamen Rider Decade, giving the Eyecon chose by previous Ghost. Hideki accepted his role as the Next Ghost.

• (Kaito Tatsuya) is aloof loner, acts cool, and serious demeanor . He's often misunderstood and hard-to-know due to his violent behavior. Until his true color shows a gentle and caring soul. He become Kamen Rider Specter during the Zwei Concert Incident.
