[Synopsis]

After the events of Kamen Rider Kiva where Wataru Kurenai becomes the King to coexist Fangire with humanity in peace until a new threat arrived, altering the timeline until he's vanquished by the unknown enemy.

Years later in the modern when a young boy found himself in the abandoned church and found a petrified Kivat-Bat the 3rd until return it's original statw. In return the two become partners as they travel through dimensions to find Wataru Kurenai and restore the timeline.
