Yu Ishigami (4) x F!Reader - Tummy Flutters

It was a boring day, and of course, that means Fujiwara was complaining and making incoherent noises. "Where's the president? He should be here by now." Kaguya sighs over Fujiwara, looking out the window. "He should really keep his word, especially if we don't know where he's going." Iino complains. "He said it was important, he clarified that he'd be leaving and return as soon as possible, not really quick." Ishigami states, typing away as usual. The girls glare at him, making him sweat profusely. The doors finally open, revealing Shirogane. "Sorry I'm back so late, we have a new addition to the council." He states, revealing a shy girl behind him. "She's a transfer from (Y/Hometown)." He smiles. "Yaaay a new girl!" Fujiwara exclaims, nearly jumping over the couch from joy.

"She'll be in charge of the Schools Events and trips, so Ishigami." Shiro starts, making the pro-gamer look up. "Hm?" He hums. "You'll be discussing the funds for these events. Of course, both of you must rationalize what the events are good for experience-wise, and not to make it costly." Shiro finishes. You wave, shyly, then give a deep breath. "I-I'm (Y/n)." You stammer. "I love her!" Fujiwara sobs dramatically, finally losing the rest of her composure and racing over to hug you tightly. "Fujiwara, don't take advantage of her because she controls the schools events." Shiro orders, returning to his desk. "What?! Fujiwara Senpai would never!" Iino exclaims. "Yeah!" Fujiwara huffs, still hugging you. "I need oxygen please." You request, and she lets you go. "Sorry sorry! I'm just so excited to see someone new here!" Fuji exclaims happily. "Yes, it's very nice to see a new face, come sit, I'd like to know more about you." Kaguya smiles warmly. You sit on the couch next to Ishigami. "I'm Kaguya, the girl who had you in a choke hold is Fujiwara, Iino was the one who defended Fujiwara, and next to you is Ishigami." Kaguya introduces.

"It's nice to meet you all, sorry that I intruded in your council...my father paid the school a ton of money just to get me in." You sigh apologetically. "It's no problem, really. You've shut Fujiwara up just by showing up. We have you to thank." Kaguya giggles, making you smile. "Hey!" Fujiwara exclaims. "So, (Y/n), do you have any ideas for events yet?" Kaguya asks. "Well, I've always liked planning things like festivals. I was hoping to plan an after school event to celebrate spring. I was also thinking about competitions for the festival, where everyone can set up their own, or maybe make their own vendor stalls and sell things they like to bake or cook, much like candy or sweets." You suggest, averting your gaze from everyone else's. "Wow, that actually sounds like a worthy event, perhaps we should make it reflect a bit of history." Kaguya smiles brightly. "Yeah it sounds so fun too!" Fujiwara beams.

"Y-You think?" You ask shyly, then bring a clip board out of your bag. "I actually planned this out while I was waiting in the library, as well as on my way here." You state, putting your bag down. "Oh?" Kaguya asks in interest. "I was thinking it should reflect traditional vendors and early ninja and samurai, I was looking forward to making games and competitions based on early traditions." You state, handing Kaguya the clip board. Her eyes light up, seeing as the festival idea was certainly fascinating. Fujiwara and Iino walk behind the couch and awe at the detail of your drawings and plans. "Woooow!" Fuji exclaims. "Those are a lot of notes." Iino awes, staring at your tiny writing. "Ishigami, you should look at this and talk to (Y/n) about it, I'm impressed." Kaguya smiles, handing him a clip board. He looks over at your beet red face as you're practically curled up in a ball, ready to drift into the void and never return.

He takes the clip board, skimming through it. "It's not exactly solid yet, but I do agree we can put a lot of history into it for the school to accept. It'll take a bit of planning, and if we can get the funds, we'll have our after school festival, but uh, how long is this supposed to last?" He asks, and your face practically shows gears turning for a split second and you sit up with an idea already in mind. "Maybe if we plan this after school on Friday and it lasts until Sunday morning, then we can clean up for the day and everything will be normal before school starts back up, also giving other students time to join in a lot later." You brainstorm. "That sounds acceptable, yes?" Kaguya agrees. "As long as there's nothing left behind on Monday." Shiro advises.

"But what if we can't obtain the right amount of funds from the school?" Ishigami questions. "We can always throw a campaign for students, allowing them to sell things like candles or pastries, maybe even have other clubs raise money as well as students who want to join in. If enough students campaign then we'll definitely have enough money to set up the festival." You state. From the looks of it, you have more confidence from brainstorming and it's like you don't realize you're in a room full of people. "Supposedly, but what if not enough students campaign and we can't raise enough money?" Ishigami continues to question, Kaguya and the others watch you both in interest. "Then I'll request my mom to help, she's always telling me they'll pitch in if the situation is looking a bit rough. I mean, I'm technically a student too, right?" You reply, a determined look in your eyes.

"What if the school doesn't like the idea?" Ishigami asks trivially, raising a brow. "Well..." you sigh, but smile. "I like holding little meetings, so...they can always participate in the brainstorming, we all have to agree on something. And if there's too many ideas we can do some voting and get the majority of their ideas, then the majority will be happy." You answer, not even swayed. "I see. Well, let's hope we can make this idea work." Ishigami smiles, handing your clipboard back. You smile as well, then realize you probably looked like a fool. "A-Ah, me too! I just think...it'd be nice if the students can take a break and relax, before returning to school." You say coyly, returning to your shy self.

"You two seem good at the rationalizing part." Shiro sweat drops. "I look into things, we can't just throw things together blindly, that's how things fall apart." Ishigami responds, typing away again. "I just want to be able to have answers, y'know, so no one's confused and everyone gets the idea." You state quietly. "That's very admirable (Y/n)-Senpai!" Iino exclaims, looking up to you already. "E-Eh? I'm glad." You reply, hiding your red face. Ishigami looks up, seeing you being swarmed by the girls, and he couldn't help but smile.

And like that, the day was already over. You left, talking to Ishigami about what would be proper to add. "How about I come over sometime to talk about the festival, it'll save us a lot of time, and we'll be able to get the festival in before the end of spring, so it won't be rendered pointless?" Ishi suggests. "Y-Yeah, sure. When you have time. Oh, here." You reply quietly, then take out your clip board. You wrote your number down and ripped it off, handing it to him. "T-That's my cellphone n-number, text me if you have time." You stammer, completely flushed again. Soon, you both part ways, returning home.

~Next Day~

You rerun to school and yawn, and Kaguya looks worried. "(Y/n), did you sleep yesterday?" She asks, getting you some water. "I...um...was working on the...project and studying. Really late, like...I almost forgot to sleep." You excuse, rubbing your eyes and yawning. Shiro himself was worried at the mention of studying and exhaustion. "(Y/n)!" He shouts, scaring the heck out of all of you. "Yeah?" You ask, unable to keep your eyes open, yawning uncontrollably. "Don't throw away your life studying all night! Being this tired is a curse!" Shiro advises, not wanting someone else to make this commune mistake. "Eh? Okay." You respond, yawning again. "Well, did you write down your thoughts, maybe you should rest for a bit and we can read your notes." Fujiwara offers. "Sleeping during school hours?!" Iino exclaims in disbelief. Fujiwara grabs the sides of Iino's face and gives her a sad look. "Look at her Iino. She's been planning a fesical for us all night and squished in some studying time." Fujiwara pouts as you take a clipboard out. You hand it to Kaguya and her eyes widen at the stack of 20 papers full of notes. "Well, uh...lets get reading shall we." Kaguya sweat drops, flipping through the pages. You sleep next to Ishigami, which he didn't mind since you slept quietly and peacefully. This also went on for an entire week, like you show up to school, tired and exasperated, blaming it on festival activities and studying, in which Shirogane grabs your shoulders and shakes you awake to tell you to sleep healthily.

And like any other day, you show up, exhausted and fall asleep peacefully on the couch next to Ishi. "Geez, she really must never sleep." Kaguya worries over you. "She must be serious about this festival thing, her notes have tons of solid ideas, maybe we should put this idea forward." Shirogane suggests. "Not just yet, those notes are scattered and unorganized, I still need to talk to her and go through the things we really want, so circle some ideas you guys really like." Ishigami advises, sitting back. He glances at you, seeing the circles under your eyes made him feel a bit bad, for some reason. Yet, he felt like you couldn't have been spending all those nights like that, there must've been something else.

After the day ended, you got your clipboard back and you left for home. Ishigami sighed, looking down at his phone, deciding to text you. "Hey, are you free today?" He texts, expecting you to just be sleeping at this point. Surprisingly, you're quick to respond. "Yeah, I'm always free after school." You reply. "What about when you're planning things?" Ishigami asks, getting ready to head over. "Eh." Was your response. "Alright, can I come over then?" He texts, ready to head out. "Yep." You respond, and just like that, he left.

He didn't have trouble finding your house, given the cherry blossoms and amount of lively plants you described gave it away. He knocks on your door, and it takes a couple of minutes before he hears foot steps approaching. You open the door, while also hiding behind it. "I'm glad my house wasn't hard to find, at least, I hope it was easy." You start quietly. "Welcome." You greet, opening the door wider. Once Ishigami got a good look at you, his face reddened.  You were wearing a (f/c), oversized shirt that had "Waifu" in white text highlighted in a red box that covered only half your shoulders, leaving the other half exposed. You were also wearing (s/f/c) shorts.

"Did you wanna talk about festival ideas?" You ask, grabbing pocky from the small snack box you carried. "Yeah, more or less so you can study before you sleep." Ishigami replies, following you through your house. "Study?...oh yeah." You recall quietly, then open the door to your room. He was amazed at how large your room was, it was also quite cozy. "Make yourself at home, do you want some tea or snacks? I have left over mochi." You offer. "Tea and mochi sounds nice." He replies, as you leave he notices a console left on, as well as your TV. "Hm?" He hums, setting his laptop on you bed. Upon getting a closer look, you had two large shelves packed full of games and a couple of the shelves had some movies. His eyes widened at the large variety of consoles you actually had. He didn't realize your room was full of anime posters as well. He glanced around more, finding your small bed stand dedicated for manga.

You return with fresh tea and sweet mochi. "Here, I made green tea, my dad makes a ton of tea and puts them in different places, so this is the only type I could find." You offer, grabbing your controller. You save your game, then sit on your bed. "So, and favorite ideas from my collection?" You ask. Ishigami snaps out of his gamer-trance and looks down at you as you reach for your clipboard. "The idea of the vendor stands and open spots for other students, I suppose, and some mini-games you thought up." He replies, he kept getting distracted by you room, he didn't expect this, and there wasn't anything school related in sight.

"Ishi? Earth to Ishi!" You call, waving a hand in front of his face. "Huh?" He asks. "I said I think the students should be given a chance to wear a choice of outfits, such as ninjas, kimonos or samurai wear. What are you thinking of, by the way? Is it embarrassing to be in my room?" You ask, beginning to panic. "No no, it's just...I didn't think you'd like so many games and anime." He states, looking over at a calandras with MHA characters littering it. "I-I can't help myself, once I get attached to one of the characters I just need to buy the merch. I get attached to them so easily, it's not fair." You huff quietly, looking away. "And I'm a sucker for games, I've played all of Final Fantasy, Legend of Zelda, Super Mario, you name it I've played it." You sigh, looking over at your shelf. "I've also had The Rising of The Shield Hero on queue for a bit, I just watched the latest season of Black Clover." You ramble, then your face turns dark red.

"Sorry!" You apologize hectically, making Ishigami smile. "Don't apologize for the things you like, I'm...the same myself." Ishigami states, watching the paused screen. Your face turns red, and you pick the controller back up. "W-would you mind...playing games with me?" You request, making Ishigami's face turn red as well, but his eyes light up nonetheless. "I wouldn't mind at all." He replies, making you sigh in relief. "Thank goodness, I thought I'd be lonely forever." You smiles, making him chuckle. "And about the anime you watch..." he starts with a big smile.

It's been a week with the two of you lounging around, playing games and streaming anime for hours until you both fell asleep. Even during school hours, the both of you talked and talked about your favorite games as if the world was going to end and you had a minute to describe the games you were talking about. He almost spent every weekend with your sleeping over and eating gluttonous snacks that you probably shortened your lifespan with.

"Ishi, any plans today?" You ask, plopping down in a fluffy/smooth, (f/c) beanbag. Ishigami has his own black, fluffy beanbag next to yours. He plops down next to you humming. "Not really." He replies, looking into your bright eyes. Every time you smiled at him he felt his heart beat faster, he hated it as much as he loved it. The warm feeling he felt when you laughed was greater than anything he's listened to. "I guess we can watch Junji Ito, I love those spooky stories." You say going through and picking an episode. Well, it was an awful choice since it was dark out and now you're both scared.

You both stare at the screen wide eyed, holding each other. Once the episode ends Ishigami does not let go. "I will never sleep the same." He mutters. "Agreed." You nod, then turn on your LED wall lights. "Well, it's 2AM. Should we...try sleeping?" You ask, peeking out the window. "Uh." Ishigami fails for answer, turning pale. "Yeah I thought so." You reply, sitting next to him. "Well...I don't think I'll have any nightmares. I'm not alone." He sighs, pulling the usual futon from under your bed. "Well, Goodnight then." You yawn, crawling into bed.

Except it was like 30 minutes into your sleep and you sat up with a short, but loud scream.

"Guh!" Ishigami grunts, sitting up. "Nightmare, huh?" He asks tiredly. "Mhm." You hum, hiding your face in your sheets. "You suggested we watch it." He reminds, making you whine. "I know I know." You sigh, then glance at him. "Can I...sleep next to you?" You ask, making his face burn like a wildfire. He made a few incoherent noises before he takes a deep breath. "I-If it helps y-you, (Y/n)." He replies, moving over. You take no hesitation hoping next to him and getting undercover. "Thanks." You smile, drifting back to sleep. "Wow ok." He chuckles, then lays back down, sleeping peacefully.

Morning comes shortly, and it's already 9 AM and your phone goes off. You go to reach for it, but something was holding you back. You rub your eyes, realizing Ishigami had an arm wrapped around your waist making your face burn. Your phone alarm wakes him up soon and he yawns. "What time is it?" He asks. "N-Nine..." You stammer quietly, holding your hand over your mouth. He takes a moment to realize what's going on and yelps, taking his arm back. "S-Sorry!" He exclaims, bracing himself for your nonexistent wrath. Instead, you reset the alarm, and hug him. "Let's just...sleep...for none more hour." You yawn, making him burn more. How he want actually on fire stunned you, but your face was numb from the constant flusters. The butterflies in your tummy never ceased to stop fluttering.

Ishigami smiles, hugging you back. "One more hour." He agrees, keeping you close.

Your alarm goes off once more, but you kept it on the floor this time, for easier access. You yawn, burying your face in Ishi's neck. "Morning." You mumble groggily, sending chills up his spine. "Good morning. Seems you slept well, given you didn't scream again." He chuckles, laying with you calmly. "Mm." You hum, sitting up. He sits up as well, stretching out. "Hey, (Y/n)?" He pipes up, making you turn around. "Yeah?" You reply, rubbing your eyes. "When we slept, you really...didn't mind me hugging you?" He asks nervously, looking away. "It...was really nice...actually. I'm-I'm glad you did! Sorry if that makes me weird." You apologize softly. "I don't think you're weird, I've...actually been hoping you'd..." he starts, then fades off. "I'd what?" You ask, turning around fully. "I-I...I was hoping you liked me back, ever since we started hanging out and playing games together, I've started feeling like that and every time you smiled or laughed my heart beat quickened...I mean! If you don't like me back that's okay, I just hope we can still be friends!" He confesses frantically, flushing dark red, covering his face.

"Y-You get tummy butterflies too?" You ask, making him look over at you. "Y-Yeah." He stammers, feeling the tension leave. You crawl up to him with a small smile. "I feel the same...actually...The first time you told me you and I were alike, I was so glad I had something in common with someone else. I felt like I wasn't alone. And I'm still so happy about it." You beam, your face was red, but not as red as his. "So...all I ask is that we can be dorks together, forever." Those words from you was all it took for him to press his lips against yours. The feeling was overwhelmingly delightful. The feeling of nervous warmth, yet comforting relaxation kicked in.

The next day you walk together to school, fingers interlocked. Ishigami let your hand go to open the door for the both of you. "Hi Ishigami! Hi (Y/n)!" Fujiwara greets happily. "Hey." You and Ishi greet, you giving a small wave. "Not tired today?" Kaguya asks, smiling. "Ishigami convinced me to sleep more." You reply setting your bag down. "So, did you sum up the festival yet?" Shiro asks. Both you and Ishigami sweat drop nervously. "Uh, we're getting there." He replies, scratching the back of his neck. Even if you had to rush the festival ideas, everything was going to be a lot better having Ishigami by your side.
