In one of my previous entries, I mentioned that we were hacked. While we never found the hacker we had assumed they were too mortified by what they read to actually release any of it. That could still be the case, but it doesn't matter now.

All of the information retrieved from us has been released on the Internet. This information included conditions at the lab and some of the test subjects listed with their abilities.

Now Germedia has stepped forward in association with the U.N. to demand our research ceases. But I will not give up my life's work no matter what happens.

The government is still deciding how to resolve this issue. For now, we are to cease research or at least limit it tremendously.

The overall decision of the scientists here at the lab is to focus our research on PENUMBRA and GRAV who in these four years I have created false files for. Just in case anyone else was to get as curious as I did.

We are attempting to prepare them for military situations. Seeing as they have some of the most powerful abilities here.

PENUMBRA has learned to pull objects into their own shadow. He has also learned how to stop things flying at him in mid-air, like bullets. While GRAV has learned how to crush objects or fling them into the air, he too has learned the bullet stopping ability. It's one of the main reasons they were chosen for military training.

Sometimes I question the things I do here. Like, is it actually helping the world? Or is all of this going to eventually cave in on itself?

I can feel it. There's a war coming. And whoever it's between, it will affect the whole world.
