Hello again.

Today I have learned, along with the rest of the world, that there is a new superpower nation in the world. It is called Germedia.

They seem to have far superior technology to ours and the United States is currently attempting to force Germedia to join the U.N.

They're so advanced that their country is actually hovering in some sort of large craft above the ocean. They also have some colonies the main one of these being Haetaria, which is another floating craft. Although this one looks very war-torn and half of it seems to be missing.

That news, however, is not what I'm required to report.

Two escapees from our facility have evaded capture for almost 3 months now and we're beginning to worry that they've made it to freedom forever.

Project DIGIT And Project SOUNDWAVE Seem to be hitting banks and making it out of there before even the police can get there. Except for one time when police were shot at by what they could only explain as sonic bursts that flipped multiple vehicles and injured 3 Officers.

It seems that SOUNDWAVE is more aggressive than DIGIT and we believe that some batches of the A.S.H.A. serum were ever so slightly chemically different causing aggression.

We've seen this aggression so far in multiple Patients including BLAZE, FROST, and SOUNDWAVE.

Many of us scientists here at the Laboratory are worried that more Patients will begin to show signs of aggression and will have to be disconnected like BLAZE and FROST.

In other news, 4 scientists have traveled to the Underworld and only 3 have come back. This was a planned expedition and required PENUMBRA to keep a "portal" open long enough to let the scientists go through and come back. The 4th scientist however on his way back seemed to be grabbed and pulled away from the exit "portal". Seconds later we could hear a gut-wrenching scream, which only lasted for a few moments before it ended very abruptly.

We thank the scientist who gave his life for science. Carlos, you will be missed.

That's about all that's required for this entry.
