Author's POV:

She walked out of the elevator.

"Ahh, I'm so hungry.. I need food." she muttered as she walked quickly towards the exit of the building.

Do I have to wake up that late this morning? Ugh, today of all day.

She reached for her pocket on her skirt and grabbed her car key.

Once she opened the the door of her car, she quickly started the machine and started to drive to her favorite cafe.

"Uhm, can I please have one waffle and latte please?" she ordered.

"Sure Miss.." the cashier woman said and smiled at her.

The girl paid and went to take a seat.

As she waited for her food to arrive, she opened her phone and began to scroll through her social medias, etc.

As she was scrolling, she suddenlt recieved a call from her dad.

"Nae Appa?" she said.

"Young-ah, I need you to come back as quickly as possible okay?" the man said on the other line.

"Oh.. Okay. Is there something wrong? Do you need me to do something?" she said sitting up straight.

"Young-ah.. There's a meeting in like 20 minutes. I checked your office and you weren't even there. Secretary Jung said you're out?" he questioned.

"Nae Appa. I'm so sorry, I was late this morning and I forgot about the meeting. Mianhae Appa~ I'll get there as quickly as possible okay?" She said as she looked at her watch on her wrist.

"Okay. Be careful sweetheart." He said before hanging up.

Wah.. Appa must be so buzy.

"Here you go ma'am," The waiter said as she puts down her order.

"Thank you" the brown haired girl say as she began to eat.

As she arrived at her office, secretary Jung quickly escorted her to the meeting room.

She can see people already sitting on the meeting chairs.

Shit, am I that late? Oh no.. Appa's gonna kill me.

She opened the door quietly as all attention are drawn to her.

She quickly bowed, embarrassed of being late and causing a lot of attention.

She took a seat next to her dad as she note down what's important for the business.

She could feel someone staring at her, but chose to ignore it.

A little while into the meeting, she felt her stomach churn.

Oh god, why does this have to happen at the worst timing. Now I really need go to the bathroom. Dangit.

Holding her hurting stomach, she continued to focus on the meeting even though pain is visible on her face.

Finally, after so much waiting, the meeting ends.

She stood up and bowed to everyone as they exited the room.

But one guy, cought her gaze longer than the others.

She smiled to him.

When no one was inside the meeting room; including her dad, she rushed over to go to the nearest bathroom just down the hall.

As she was walking down the hall, she felt a hand caught hers, forcing her to turn around.

She recognized the person. It was the guy from the meeting room earlier.

Sparks flow through her skin as it came in contact with his.

"Young-ah.. " he said.

A confused expression was written all over her face.

"H-how, did you know m-my name?" she asked carefully.

Don't tell me he's a stalker.

He tilted his head to the side, confused.

"Wha- You're Kim Ri Young right?" He asked as he observed her features.

She shook her head.

"I'm sorry... But my name is not Kim Ri Young.

It's Kim Ah Young,"
