Once I got home, I rushed into my mom's room to apologize for how long I was gone. Apparently, she didn't even notice I left. What a fantastic mom I muttered to myself as I walked into my room and flopping onto the bed. As I looked up at my popcorn roof and imagined all the shapes that they made up. I saw a dragon holding a guitar which suddenly turned into a demon bunny. My mind can do very odd things at times, but I didn't question anything. While I looked up at the roof my mind wandered back to the video Noah was showing me earlier, this boy Jonah was something different, and it was annoying how much he invaded my thoughts. I clicked open my phone and went to the app store, searched for You Now and clicked download. 

After setting up my account, I searched for Jonah and instantly clicked follow. I fell back onto my bed and sighed. It was only nine pm and the night was perfect, no clouds and a sky full of stars. I crept downstairs trying not to wake up my mother who was passed out on the couch covered in wine bottles. I stepped outside to feel a gust of warm wind hit my face; it was refreshing. Connecting my headphones, I started to play some Mxmtoon. While walking the streets of LA, I hummed along with the music and even made small dance moves at times.

 I passed the old park I used to go to every day with some of my elementary friends and laughed on memories. When I was eight there was this boy I'd always play tag with, and on one fateful day he was chasing me, and I hit my head on the bottom of the slide. I started crying, and the boy cuddled with me until my mom came back to get me. That was the last time I ever went to the park considering after that my mom never let me interact with any other children.

I walked over to the park bench and sat there watching the park, replaying the memories, and smiling.
