"back to school" Hoseok groaned, stretching his arms out. He glared at the beams of sunlight entering his room through the opened window, his sleepiness almost winning over him. He'd been so relaxed the past month, he couldn't even remember how it felt like going back to school.

"Seokkie? wake up!"

Ah, that voice. Abruptly he was awake as if he had taken a cold shower. It was his mother, of course. And Hoseok treasured her like a valuable gem no one in the world owned.

"come on baby, you're going to be late" His mom shook him gently. Hoseok rubbed his eyes, wringing the sleepiness out of them and gave his mom a bright smile.

"good morning" he chirped, getting down from bed and making his mom smile. "and mom, it's not even close to getting late to school yet"

"but I know how you are" His mom chivvied. "always saying, five miutes more, five minutes more and then getting terribly late"

"okay, okay. I'll get ready"

Half an hour later, Hoseok found himself walking down the peaceful side walk, humming slightly, his bag slung over his shoulders.

"oh, hyung!"

He turned around to face a beaming Jungkook. "morning, maknae"

"back to those nasty time tables, huh?" Jungkook remarked, whining.

"it was someday gonna happen" Hoseok knowledgeably said and earned a friendly smack from the younger. The two mafe their way to school in comfortable and companionable silence. At least, until they reached the school gates. They were both abruptly surprised to see Yoongi and Jimin by the gates. Upon further observation, they saw that Jimin was cowering behind Yoongi and that the latter was trying to drag Jimin inside to the school.

"oh, Minnie" Hoseok smiled at the trembling Jimin. He looked so scared. He was shaking in fear and trying to go back home.

"Jimin hyung!" Jungkook exclaimed, brightly. "come on, don't be scared. You'll love school!" Yoongi gave a grateful smile at he latter and mouthed 'thanks'.

"I-I don't wanna" Jimin whimpered, eyes big as saucers. "I c-can't..."

"of course you can Minnie!" Hoseok optimistically assured. "we're gonna be there too"

"Jimin, no one's gonna bite you. You'll be fine. And remember" he looked into Jimin's eyes. "you promised that you'll recover. For me"

Jimin took a deep breath, looking uncertain. He didn't want to go to school. School was were every thing miserable happens. It was were Jimin had been tortured to be in this state.  "b-but.." For Yoongi. Recover for Yoongi. Suddenly he squared his shoulders and gave a watery smile. "r-right...For hyung...."

Yoongi held on to Jimin's hand offering what comfort he could. Jimin took slow steps into the school property feeling like he wanted to wet his pants, but he didn't anyway. Like that would have been damn embarrassing. 

Slowly he advanced, hanging on to Yoongi like a five year old kid, attracting the stares of many students, but he didn't care.

"Jiminnie, you'll be fine. I told Mr. Kang about your situation. You get to be in class with Taehyung" Yoongi reassured the latter. 

"w-why not you?" Jimin pouted.

"because I'm older than you" 

"b-but-"

"Jimin stop stuttering" Yoongi ordered. "and come on. YOu're stronger that that. Get your shit up"

Jimin stared at the older in shock. But nodded. "o-okay..." He held his head up. "right"

"that's the way, Hyung" Jungkook smiled. "come on, Taetae said he'll come early"

When the first period bell rang, Jimin was walking alongside Taehyung, his heart beating painfully. Here he was again. The place where it still haunted him, the memories of his painful childhood. He took a deep breath. He was going to go through this. Because Yoongi hyung was trusting him. And he was going to live up to that trust. Yes, he was going to.

"you're fine right?" TAehyung asked worriedly. "I mean, we could skip-"

"no" Jimin determinately said. "I'm going through this"

"really? you sure?"

"very sure."

Jimin gave Taehyung a big smile. "thanks for worrying"

"you know you don't have to force yourself" Taehyung tried.

"no. I'm doing this. I can't keep stalling for ever"

Taehyung smiled back.

"right. Good luck Jimin."

And that was Jimin's first school day.
