I KNOW

"so to work on you rapping, there's one assignment that all you have to complete"

Yoongi listened raptly, yet his mind was still far away. The more he wanted to concentrate the more a certain younger boy would cross his mind. He sighed. How was it that he missed Jimin so much? He'd just seen the latter less than forty five minutes before.

Their teacher was an award winner rapper, Park Chanyeol who was still 23 years old. (author's note: forgive me). His slightly pointy years and his deep voice had most girls swooning. And better than that, he was a really awesome rapper who could teach exactly how to get on the right rail track.

"I mean, a rap is something you have to get from your very being. It won't work if someone else will make one for you. It has to be your exact feelings so you can get into the part exactly. You can't be half-hearted about it and sing like some donkey braying. You got that?" Students nodded, listening enthusiastically. The room was wide enough to easily hold about a hundred people. There were desks every where so you can sit where you wanted and not give a damn. Some desks were unoccupied, since not many had chose rapping. Hoseok, who was on the other side of Yoongi, was listening most attentively. And that in its self was a shock. Hoseok was never like that.

" And to fill in the time gaps you might get is a world wide problem. You can't always go on saying 'yeah' and 'baby' all the time right?" Chanyeol continued. "so what I suggest is, each one of you must absolutely go through the dictionary at least once"

"why?" a boy, from another school, asked.

"because" the teacher had been expecting that question. "you must know how to fill in the time. A rap is something that is very fast, so you can't wait for heck a long time to think for a word. And that being said, you have to use a related word or well, or the listeners will be...confused. I mean you can't go on saying about how shitty your life was up till now and then suddenly move on to cows and meadows right? You get my point?"

Many laughed.

"right, so your first homework is read the insanely boring dictionary. It will all be worth while, you'll see. And tomorrow we'll be starting practicals. It'll go on for one and half a week. The other weeks will be spent practicing your relative songs for the competition.

"anyway, has any of you ever wrote a rap? Or a song?" No one replied.

"okay" Chanyeol grinned, looking around. "I want you to start working on that as well. Let's start simple. Write about you and how your life is at the moment. Make the words rhyme. Make a simple tune and hum it for a few moments. The string the words into it. If the first try doesn't turn out well, start a second time and don't be discouraged. It's really not hard once you get the hang of it"

"he knows what he's saying" Namjoon said in awe at the teacher.

"of course he does. He's a pro" Hoseok replied with a slight roll of his eyes. "but he is amazing"

Now that he was here, Yoongi couldn't imagine how he had thought he wasn't going to participate in the first place. Well, it all turned all right didn't it. What with Jimin's beautiful voice.

He wondered what Jimin was doing. Yoongi had left him with Jin. So he wasn't really worried. Though Yoongi had recently been noticing girls looking at Jimin. And that was a complication. They filed out of the music room out to the pouring sunlight, notebooks clutched in hand. The students who had gone in for singing hadn't still come, so they lounged in the dining area, which was a wide and open place with round tables with umbrellas dotted here and there.

Jimin meanwhile, was hanging onto Jin's hand, slightly trembling. Yoongi wasn't here. And the natural panic was threatening to engulf him.

"Jimin, it's alright. None of the people here are vampires so give it a rest will you? And enjoy the present?" Jin assured, patting Jimin's hand. "And Yoongi is in this island so no need to be scared. Okay?"

"o-okay" Jimin nodded.

"eh, Yoongi's gonna start nagging you if you're gonna be like this" Taehyung pointed out. "And you seriously don't want that, right?"

"yeah, hyung, I mean he's a real preacher. Anyway if a zombie army comes I promise to grab you and run to the nearest safest place" Jungkook grinned.

"hey, you should take me" Taehyung protested, crossly. "I'm your boyfriend, remember?"

"yeah, but imagine Yoongi hyung when he gets to know something happened to his Jimin" Jungkook replied in a matter of fact voice.

"on the other hand, maybe you're right" Taehyung laughed, looking at the blushing Jimin.

"is every one here?" a female voice rang out and a lady- well, teacher- came to the room. "take your seats please" the students obliged, looking at the teacher with interest.

"I'm Dara. And I'm 22 years old and really love to sing and really, I hope we get along well." she smiled around to the room. "And we'll have to get a jump start on practicing. Time is limited since after one and a half weeks you're going to have to practice for the competition. So..." she clapped her hands.

"let's get started!"

Despite his worries, Jimin began to relax, concentrating on the exercises set by the teacher and tried his level best to improve his voice. Most of them were all trying their best, even Taehyung who had come mainly for fun.

More than an hour must have passed by when Dara decided to give them break and send them out to relax. Jimin stretched his arms out, and went out with Jin, his familiar feel of panic bubbling inside of him.

But all of that falling automatically erased as he saw a certain gummy smiled person. He quickened his pace earning a chuckle from Jin.

"well, you already forgot me huh?" he asked, teasingly. Jimin smiled slightly eyes glued to Yoongi. "geez, Jimin run to him already and stop dragging me behind, have mercy for you elders, will you?"

Jimin didn't wait for a second as he ran over the sandy path straight into Yoongi's surprised arms. He tightened his arms around the older, feeling contentment as Yoongi's chest slightly vibrated as he chuckled and took Jimin to his lap, putting his hands around the younger.

"Jesus Christ, there are people here if you haven't noticed, you guys" Namjoon exasperatedly clicked his tongue and looking around warily.

"you wait till you find your love, hyung. Then you won't criticize" Jungkook advised, sitting on the chair and dragging Taehyung on to the one next to him, fingers intertwined.

"pfffft" Namjoon scorned. "as if"

"well, I guess you'll have to bloody deal with the two bitchy couples then" Yoongi stuck out his tongue childishly.  "and there's nothing you can fucking do about it"

Namjoon rolled his eyes, the corners of his mouth pulled up to a grin. Jimin frowned, his eyebrows scrunching up in a cute manner and hesitated before opening his mouth.

"y-you swear a-a lot" Jimin pouted, his hands lying on young's which were on his stomach. The statement at first caused surprise, then the other six burst out in laughter. Yoongi was always swearing. It was no surprise.

"I know" Yoongi chuckled.

"h-hyung you're b-bad"

Yoongi smirked. "I know"
